Gerry came out right away, and sadly the water heater had seen better days. We had to have a replacement, and the next day he went out and bought it from Lowe's on his own time, brought it over, set it up, and took away the old one. He even provided us with several price reductions! Gerry was knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Gerry made us feel so comfortable that we almost forgot we were having a complete stranger in our home. Many thanks for your diligent efforts.

We contacted at 11 p.m. on a Saturday night because there was a clog in our main sewer line. There was no additional charge for the after-hours contact, and we were given the option to arrange a morning appointment. The following morning at about 9 a.m.,He came out and took care of the problem. He handled himself in a most competent and helpful manner. Later that day, a camera was planned to watch over the area to make sure the obstruction had been removed. We are so pleased with the work that was done for us that we will definitely be using Monterey Park Plumbing again in the future.

The Plumber from Monterey Park Plumbers was very knowledgeable and professional regarding the situation. He stayed until the task was finished. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. Gerry will be the person I contact the next time I need plumbing assistance.

Ruben was the on-call electrician. I cannot appreciate him enough for assisting my family when we were in need. He repaired a leaking conduit and collaborated with us as best he could. I could not have asked for a greater business. Please increase this employee's salary. This individual and this organization are the kindest I've ever encountered. Thank you incredibly, Ruben.

For nearly a year, Ruben from Monterey Park Plumbers & Drain has been here to aid us in fixing any and all plumbing difficulties that have arisen. He has been so helpful throughout that period that I now specifically ask for him. Ruben and Gerry came out today to clear a drain blockage. There is a reason why Monterey Park Plumbers & Drain is not the cheapest option out there. They tend to keep on the same group of journeyman plumbers for many years. When it comes to fixing plumbing difficulties,Ruben is clearly one of them. He solved the problem and provided some excellent suggestions for the future all in one day. They fixed a problem they had with one of their toilet installations while they were here. Gerry and Ruben surprised everyone by showing there early. They wasted no time getting to work on what turned out to be more simple repairs than the costly replacements I had anticipated. Their promptness and helpfulness as well as their kind service pleased me greatly. My husband purchased a car for me from Action Auto Body Shop. The customer service was 100%. They took the time to listen to our concerns and delivered 100% satisfaction. They are not a dealership, but they have top notch vehicles for sale. Highly recommended!!!

Action Auto body shop was referred to me by my brother who takes his cars there and I'm glad I did the same thing. For the past 5 years, they have been my Auto Body shop of choice.
