I had a couple of warning lights that I have never seen show up after starting my '18 Camry Hybrid. Bob did a diagnostic and discussed the possible issues as well as the likely. (anything electronic is almost never 100% sure to be "one" answer). Bob gave me the honest truth instead of telling me whatever he needed to just to get my money. His business will thrive as trustworthy mechanics arent that easy to find.

I called bob on a wednesday night and he answered. My car wasn t starting and the told me bring it in. They were very honest and they were able to fix my car the next day. Matt and Alex also helped fixing my car and remove all the check engine light. I would definitely recommend the shop if you have a hybrid or electric car

I went to get my Prius C batteries replaced and they had my car done within 24 hours! Bob was very kind and knowledgeable. Even with the three year warranty, the price was 1/3 of what the dealership had quoted us.

Very nice with very friendly and knowledgeable employees.Bob and his team were awesome.They were able to fit me in their schedule for a diagnostic of my car and hybrid battery.They told me that it s at the threshold of starting to have some problems soon, so i will be visiting them again.

I am very happy with the service I received from Bob and his crew at United Hybrid.When my 2005 ford escape hybrid battery decided to retire, I was really shocked at the cost of replacing the battery.Im really glad I found United Hybrid. The prices were better than what I was finding and the reviews were really good.I like that they took the time they needed to make sure they were setting me up with a really good battery.Definitely recommending United Hybrid!(I was also able to easily take public transportation to and from so I didnt have to inconvenience friends with a ride to Montebello)

I recently inherited my mother's Camry hybrid, which had not been running for several years. These individuals were exceptionally helpful, guiding me through the process step by step and going above and beyond to assist me. I am sincerely grateful for their patience, time, and assistance. Absolute life savers!!! I found United EV on a Facebook marketplace ad and after Telsa told me that I was going to have to spend $16k on a new battery for my Model S, I was willing to try anything. Their ad read "Tesla Battery Repair $5,000" so, I took a shot called. Bob was very informative about how they do their repairs and upfront about the possibilities. After only a few days they informed me that the issue was caused by my pyrofuse and only charged me $565 for the repair. HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM $16,000! I could not be more grateful for the honesty and integrity of this shop. When needed I will happily make the 1hr and 45min trip from Palmdale again. I highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid or electric vehicle.

I had issues with my 2015 Porsche Panamera hybrid. I took my vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic and was told the hybrid battery needed replacement. The dealership was charging alot of money to have the battery replaced. I searched online and found several hybrid shops, but none had the experience working on Porsches as United Hybrid did. When I went to the shop to get a free diagnostic, I was helped out by Bob, who was one of their technicians that has experience working on Porsches. Bob diagnosed my vehicle and confirmed the hybrid battery was bad. He answered any questions that I had and explained how common it is for the battery to go bad on these vehicles. Concerned about how much the price of replacing the whole battery would be, I was surprised when they gave me estimate that ended up being a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership! I got my hybrid battery replaced by them and the team at United Hybrid had my vehicle up and running fast. 10/10 would highly recommend United Hybrid for hybrid (and also EV vehicle) service.

If I could I ll give united hybrid more than 5 stars I have a 2010 gmc Yukon Denali hybrid my power inverter module got messed up and no one would take this job because the part was discontinue but Bob and his guys fix my truck really professional guys I mean it and the price was right thank you so much bob I would recommend anyone.

2013 prius v ABS, 2 2000-3000 United Hybrid, Leito DC Leito Leito Bob and Matt United Hybid I cann't speak English very well, so I use Google to translate Mandarin to English. Some grammers aren't correct, Please pardon me.When my 2013 Prius V was driving on the highway, it suddenly lost its hybrid function and could only be driven using the engine. At the same time, several warning lights appeared on the dashboard, including ABS, battery, and exclamation mark. It was tested at two Chinese car repair shops and attempted to use a computer to turn off the warning lights, but was unsuccessful. It was said that the hybrid battery was broken and would cost $2000 to $3000 to replace it. So, I took the car to United Hybrid, Leito carefully checked the vehicle with his computer and was very certain that the DC charger was broken. The hybrid battery was good and could be replaced for a few hundred dollars. Leito was very professional in removing the damaged parts, replacing them with good ones, adding coolant, and brake fluid. He checked the vehicle again with his computer and drove it to the road for a test drive. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much to Leito, Bob, and Matt, who are professional, sincere, and friendly. I strongly recommend friends with hybrid vehicles to United Hybrid for repairs.
