Left my car in the morning and got it back before closing. It is driving so well, it's sexy! Customer service was great, especially with their new virtual notification system. They continuously made time to assist me in person and by phone, just as promised. It is hard to thank just one of the fellas here because I truly appreciate each one! I'm definitely bringing my car back to this place for needed services.

Great place an trustworthy in my opinion. Mike is a really good man at heart. He cares for what he does. If you don't need it to be done, he won't push it onto you. He will let you know an let you make the decision for yourself without being pressured. He is really busy all the time. That's really good, but if you need your car in a pinch, it might get tough for him to have it done in time. But he does his best to accommodate everyone, in a timely manner.

Great customer service! I needed my headlight bulbs changed and they didn't even charge me for it, even though I kept asking if they were sure. The mechanic that did the installation was very polite and attentive.Mike was very helpful. I'll definitely go back. If for anything else, the great customer service.Definitely two thumbs up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have the worst experience from Joe. He provides the worst customer service i have ever come across. He doesn't answer phone calls due to there caller ID. He says he will call you back and he doesn't. When I had to ask about getting back to me about my car problem he doesn't get back to me. I was told that he treats the other customers the same as me. You can find better service elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

This is thee most honest shop in all of southern California. I will never go elsewhere for my repairs and i bring my family's cars here for service. Keep up the great work Mike and crew. Professionalism at it's finest. Thanks Mike!!! Two thumbs up!!!

The best automotive repair shop in Los Angeles county !!!. From a simple oil change to a complete engine rebuild. Hands down you will not be disappointed. Honest.... Honorable.... and fair pricing. If you love your car and want the best service for it, with out the high dealership prices this is the place. Mike the owner has all the tools and equipment needed to service your automobile. He is so knowledgeable in his field he can build you a race engine if you ask for one. This place is a 10 star establishment !!!

Just recently spoke to stated owner/operator named "Mike" about removing an oil pan of a 1994 Olds Cutless Supreme 2dr 3.1v6. Author stated that he had all parts available including oil for removing old parts and re-installing new parts. Mike indicated a 5.2hr job @ 90 dollars an hour labor cost.Okay you do the math. Unless I just fell off that turnip truck, the job should be estimated @ $475. bucks at the most. Owner/Operator "Mike", came back and quoted $1,200 bucks straight up. Again for those of you who are slow to understand this is a 23yr old 1994 Olds coupe with decent mileage.Nevertheless, author wants to advise all citizens of Montebello and nearby that you must get at least 3 estimates for any storefront automobile operator servicing vehicles in our city. There are many reliable, qualified, respectable and honest automobile repair shops in our city. Just seek out those who are honest and use your gut feelings when acquiring a quote for automobile repair on any vehicle you own.This Owner / Operator is dishonest to say the least and appears to be acting in a corrupted manner when dealing with Montebello citizen consumers who want to keep their hard earned dollars locally.Be Advised and Be Aware.
