Took my BMW here for work I can t deny they got the car running but running properly is my issue I took it in due to timing issues and I am still having timing codes and vehicle is running a little funky .. he also ignores calls and text which is very unprofessional I already paid him for the service but dodges my calls . after my work is done will not be going back !

I trust this shop to take care of all the cars I own. The boss, Gustavo gives you an estimate and the time it takes to get the job done. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my cars. I have recommended him to my family and friends and they have also been very happy with the service provided. No matter the problem, he gets the job done and guarantees his work. I know for a fact Tavos auto repair is great. Fast, efficient, and no BS. The price he gives you ,is the price you pay at pick up.... As far as us being there yet? Still waiting on AAA FAMOUS FOR BEING LATE Freeway Tow".... Then refusing to take a vehicle that has both plates and registration. Up to date. Stating vehicle is not registered . Wow they shocked me seeing I had worked there before...

Don't trust them. They're liars. I went there for a smog check. The boss (Tavos?) will tell you 500 times how great they're and that people recommend them, and he will be very friendly. One of the mechanics will take your car and drive it without your permission. The boss will tell you that it's because there is a "light on" on the dash and driving it will reset the light. I know my car from bottom to top, there was no light on. I checked my dash camera that day and discovered that they will drive your car to Econo mechanic (the one next to the LA Fitness, near the DMV). There they will do the smog check and then bring your car back. I'm not sure why they're charging $65 for a smog check if they're not even using their own equipment or facilities. There's some trick there, probably some illegal trick.

I took my car for an oil change, they recommend synthetic but actually they added conventional oil and charged me for synthetic. They didn t even changed the oil filter. When you go change brakes they ll say you need rotors but they ll just turn your old ones. I also observed a lady took a 430 Mercedes. A chubby man made a hole on the side of her door to take the actuator out then covered the hole with bond o. If you want Mickey Mouse work done, I recommend to just take it to disneyland.

Worst service ever.They charge more money then other. They charge me $20 for only light check. Online it s showing only $5.

worst service ever they sold me a alternator and battery and my car still had the same problem after 2 weeks of my car in the shop i took it to a real mechanic and the problem is the grounding
