Amazing work! The service was excellent, quick and professional. I was always up to date on the progress of the vehicle through my messages and stunned on how it turned out. It looks like as if the accident never happened! Thanks Seidner's, glad to have my car back.

Erik V and all of the reception staff were professional, courteous, and kept our family informed often about our vehicle repairs. They even made sure our vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than promised, for our convenience! Awesome service

The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. They were very informative and kept a well communication throughout the whole process. I can not express how satisfied I am with Seidner s as a whole and Eric especially. The communication was great, they delivered my car weeks before I expected to receive it and my car looks and works great. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially considering I was there because of a car accident. Thank you Eric!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. I have a 2019 Mazda 3 in soul red which is very hard to color match but they did it beautifully. Their office team is very professional and is very attentive to your vehicle. I was helped by Faviola and she and her team did an amazing job. Hopefully I don t have to come back , but If my car gets hit again I know I will be bringing it here. I highly recommend this place.

Seidner's is the best! Their repair work is beautiful and their emploewws are professional and so nice. They are thorough and extremely communicative. They made excellent job. During the process, they kept me informed about everything. At the end, they cleaned up inside and outside my extremely dirty car. I want to thank Erik Villacana and the staff members for making the process smooth and quick. With the help of my insurance company, they were able to discuss the costs and labor without having me involved, which is a relief for me.I appreciate Erik for giving the rundown of what they were going to do with the car and assess if there were any other further potential damages.I m glad to see that this company was going to give the best care to my car and provide the utmost optimal experience to me, a customer. This location definitely lived up to their principle of taking care of each and every customer and making sure they are happy I will definitely refer this location to all of my peers if they do happen to need a collision center to go to (God forbid they don t experience a car accident but still)Again, I can t thank Erik and the staff members enough.Thank you truly.

Erik was amazing at handling my repairs. I never knew it can be this easy, and defy recommended for any repairs. This is how any business should be handled. He updated me daily with updates on my vehicle I didn t have to call once. The whole team was professional and awesome. I would not recommend this place took my car there because aaa recommended me to go there because someone broke into my car and broke my ignition, driver side door knob, alarm, key remote. I was told everything would get fixed get a call my cars ready and they hand me my key and tell me it doesn t work that they changed the battery but still doesn t work. I had to manually open my car with my key on the door and my alarm wasn t fixed as well and plus the guy told me it s because your key might be old but it used to work before. Then call my insurance aaa and they send me to the dealership for the mechanic to tell me that SEIDNER put the wrong part in my ignition. HIGHLY DISATISFIED WITH AAA & this place SEIDNER!!!! They deserve no stars at all both places!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car here at suggestion of insurance company. They gave excellent customer service. Once my car was being serviced they gave updated text messages on the status. Car was ready on date that it was promised. They were kind enough to pick me up at my home since I had no ride to get there. They did an excellent job.

I think most of us don't ever do reviews for good service rather most are about bad experiences! But I had to write my AWESOME experience! My car was being repaired from being hit! The other parties insurance was a troubled insurance & was difficult with the process but with the help of Seidner's employee Kurt he put me at ease! Kurt was on top of it with follow ups to the insurance & insurance appraiser to ensure my car was handled properly & expedited delays cause by the insurance! When I picked up my car I was beyond impressed with the work that was done! Thank you everyone @ Seidner's for the BEST quality or work & awesome customer service & a HUGE thank you to Kurt! I recommend Seidner's!!

Staff was amazing from the start. Took care of the car within three days and it looked great. Finding a new required part during the GM strike proved to be impossible. So used and repainted proved to be perfect. Thanks Seidner's for also accepting my car insurance!

My car was repaired without delay. The employees were friendly, approachable, and professional and eager to assist. The body shop manager has a good relationship with the car rental company and was able to make the process of renting a car easier. The estimate for repairs was also completed without delay. I would highly recommend services.
