Great experience purchasing my tires. I had them order my tires in the morning and they called me later that they were in. The tires were installed along with a alignment in a timely manner. There prices were also great.

Went in for a flat tire. Guys were nice and quick. They patched it up for $30, I did my TPMS reset and was good to go. However, there was 3 things I didn t like. They didn t show me where they did the patch, usually they should mark it. The other 2 was they replaced my black tire valve cap for a gray one and left a long scratch on my new rim. If you choose to go here make sure to watch/ ask them be careful with your things cause they weren t with mine. Before and after pics.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Fast, friendly, and extremely considerate of your time. I went in right at open to fix a flat tire from the night before and they had me out the door again in 15 minutes. Cannot say enough good things!

I was within my warranty for my wheel alignment and they checked it and it was still in working order. They rotated my tires and told me to come back in a few months and have them rotated again. That is part of their great customer service. I appreciate that they are looking out for me and my vehicle. I have been coming here for more then 30 years and I don't ever plan on going anywhere else. Thanks Tire Pros San Dimas.

Employees are very courteous and professional. I needed help with one of my tires yesterday so I went to this shop during my lunch break. They had me out of there within 30-40 min. Highly recommend them. Happy New Year!

After going to 5+ tire shops looking for my specific brand tire and size . John went out of his way to go pick it up personally. He told me I d be in and by 12:00 . He kept his promise and provided excellent service.

I went in for a tire change and when I went to pick my car up, they told me that they were able to patch up my old tire and did it free of cost. This kind gesture saved me a lot and I really appreciated the honesty!

A about a month ago, needed the cables replaced. Today 12/30/22, advised John that the car won't start again. He now states I never told him to replace the cables, now why would I take it to him to have it replaced and it not be done. Well, now I know why he didn't charge me, cuz they just put a Band-Aid on it, but he kept the tip!Will find somewhere else to fix my car, again, just after returning since 2018, ugh

Got a notice from Tire Pros Burbank for tire rotation. Came in for that and also needed a diagnosis for engine light. They let me know what the light was on for, and reset it for me, no charge. Will go to them when the issue has to be fixed. Great service and courtesy as always.

My experience with Montebello Tire Pros was excellent!! Unfortunately for me I don t know a thing about cars. I am a single woman and always worried that I am going to be overcharged on car repairs. When I arrived and got out of my car, I was immediately greeted by a team member. I felt welcomed, and very confident that my car and I were in good hands.The whole team wore smiles, and they were very courteous. When I picked up my car I was once again greeted immediately. The price was very reasonable according to google :) Montebello Tire Pros is now my forever car repair shop.Oh, and they don t just do tires. They can take care of all your car repair needs!! Went in for another tire balancing due to a long trip and a flat tire. The tire pro s checked it out fixed it and reset my cars tpms all for free. Come here to find that confidence and trust in not only a job well done, excellent service, but also people you can trust in matters of your car without that feeling that your about to get taken advantage of.

They are professional and courteous. Well, it was pretty decent. The service was quick. A few points off because 1. I didn t receive a call when my tires arrived as I was told. I was actually doing some errands at the time and I had to call to see if your shop received my tires. 2. Was the fact that I wasn t told of what was done to my car or if I needed an alignment on my car not even when I paid for the service (which I had no complaints on that it was quick) I wish you could have told me So we did the replacement of your tires and we did a free alignment you can always come back if you need anything or have a problem with the tires . I also wish they would tell you how long it was going to take. Other than that it was good but could better. Thank you for your service.

I came across Tire Pros because my husband suggested I check pricing for a main engine service before going to where I was used to going. I called tire pros and they were open (it was early) and he quoted me a lower price than another place and said he could do it right then. I went over and had the best customer service experience. I was even able to keep knitting a blanket while watching TV and enjoying some coffee. He stayed true to the price and told me about their loyalty program. I Love a company that realizes and appreciates customer loyalty. The previous mechanic shop I used to go to didn't care that I always got my oil changes with them. They never gave any discounts and seemed to take it for granted that I took my car to them. Not here. I went back for a regular oil change and again had a great experience. It was clean, even the restroom and my boys even stayed entertained inside while the service was done. And true to their word I got a little discount for coming back. I even got a tire rotation I needed. They also let me know I should go in once a month to get my tire pressure checked at no cost to me. Totally just won me as a client and my recommendation to everyone else I know. 100% Recommended!

I've been a loyal, repeat customer of Montebello Tire Pros because this place has earned my trust.Staffed by knowledgeable and honest mechanics.Tire Pros didn't match a competitor's price. They BEAT IT. Why go anywhere else? Was in and out under one hour. Thank you Miguel and the team.

Isaac who is in charge of online sales communicated with me via the Yelp app on a timely basis. He gave me a great quote that others could not beat. He gave me an appointment on the same day I called and the whole experience was very pleasant. Isaac is very nice and knows how to treat a customer well. I will definitely refer this location to friends and family. Great customer experience!!!!!!

Beyond happy with Tire Pros. I literally drive all the way from San Fernando Valley to get my car serviced here. The staff here is very professional and honest. They had me in and out quickly. I d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks guys.

Been coming here since 2006 and I live in Santa fe springs. Customer service is great. Never had any problems with any work done here. Great pricing on tires and auto care. I feel more secure knowing that Montebello PD bring their cars here too for auto work. I recommend Tire Pros for all your car needs. They have great customer service.

This place definitely has My business from now on. I went in and even though they were super busy they still managed to squeeze me in and me and my son were home In a little over an hour! Knowledgeable mechanics, super helpful and honest and very nice.Absolutely recommended
