I was referred to this shop after hearing good things about it and needless to say the work speaks for itself! My car looks better than before! Great service as well as very professional and friendly staff! Highly recommend this place.

I've had nothing but great experiences here, the staff is friendly and professional, and they always greet you with a smile. They've done a great job repairing my Caravan all three times I've brought it here. Thanks for the attention to detail, and for the detail at the end. I mean, who else details your vehicle after repairs? Great job everyone, keep it up.

I came to this establishment through a recommendation from a friend. I received great customer service and even greater results back. I took my truck in for a rear collision insurance fix. Not only did they fix all damage pieces, but they went above and beyond by detailing my truck inside and out. When I got my truck back, it just felt like a new truck again. Highly recommend this establishment

Well I took my car because they crash it. So I totally recommend this place they did a great job on my car. And you can't tell it was crash. And what I like the most is the warranty on the parts they fix. The paint job is great and everyone is very polite and they call you to keep you updated. Joanna was the person calling me for everything of my car. You deserve 5 starts.

Took a car that had been damaged in a collision since I previously had good results with this shop. After signing off to have the vehicle repaired, the insurance company informed me it would result in a total loss due to the shop updating its findings during tear down. As a result the vehicle was stored for approximately for a week and a half. Since they could not ( or would not) acquire the parts, the shop charged their outrageous rate of $250 a day for storage. This is an absurd fee to charge considering other shops do not charge this gross amount. Even L.A county charges a (comparatively) reasonable rate $140 a day. After not fixing the car, having to surrender it as a total loss since they did not wan't to be liable for any problems that might arise from a partial fix, they seemingly extorted my insurance company for the storage fee. This in effect, robbed us of most of our insurance payout, and now we are left with no vehicle and no funds. I would avoid this shop at all cost, as it is now also removed from farmers preferred shop. It would seem the owner(s) still holds a grudge or is comfortable extorting its customers, both of which the operators should be ashamed of.

Shady Place!!I was given a call from this place and when i followed up to get information they were helpful; Sarah gave me the name of the person that contacted them. I stopped to contact the police and once i was advised on what to do I called back. I called back and asked if my vehicle they inquired about was there ; when she stated it wasn t i told her my vehicle was stolen and wanted more information on the contact person inquiring about my vehicle, suddenly she had no upfront information and stated she d call back with information. She did not; I called back and the next day she knew nothing when she had already given me a name. She tried to say the insurance contacted them but that was it. She no longer had any notes on it she kept saying. i asked for name and she no longer had it. i called the insurance and they do not outsource. Clearly there is a criminal there or they have no problem aiding themIm a hardworking person and honest. if you like working and giving business to people aiding and not helping people that earn everything honestly this is the place. However i do not like to work with people that aide criminals.

Took my 2022 Ford Bronco for front end damage. Was very pleased with the service from start to finish was amazing process. I am a very (picky)person and wanted my BRONCO to look brand new again. They meet all my expectations. They make sure u leave Happy I will recommend Autocraft of montebello to family and friends.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE !!!!! so where should I start ? Basically my husband needed a shop to take his car to. He called around shops and asked this shop in specific if they worked with his ins . They said yes !!!!! so confidently he allowed them to tow his car there to fix . They were charging each day I would say 250 just for space , they didn t even touch the car!!!!! Long story short they didn t work with my husbands ins (didn t find this out until like 5 days later)So the ins wouldn t cover. they wouldn t let the car go until the INS paid over 2,000 just for SPACE !!!!! So basically all they did was charge for space, which I m sure maxed out my husbands ins . If you re looking for auto shops let your ins handle it . Do not ever come here !!!!

I had a really bad experience with this place. I had to take my car here because it was the only place available due to Covid . Took my 2020 Corolla to get an engine replace due to vandalism. This place took my original windshield glass that was perfectly fine and replace it with a cheap one. They also replace my orinal spark plugs and replace with cheap ones as well. When I asked why was this done they said that the car had came to them like that. I show them pictures of the day the car was taken to them with the original parts and they didn t not what to say. Also the paint from my hood was a complete mess, instead of getting it replaced as they stated on the insurance claim they fix it them selfs leaving it with a big noticiable repaint mark. I wouldn t recommend this place and I really regret using their services. Shortly after getting my car it stop on me in the freeway during slow traffic due to the spark plugs problems. My car was constantly hot from inside due to the cheap windshield glass. 2 months after my car gave up on me. NotOnly did they replace my engine with a cheap one but and old one with a lot more miles than my original. I honestly regret taking my car here.Services: Transmission, Painting

It took them almost 3 months to finish fixing my car and it is still not working properly. My heated seats were not fixed, nothing on my steering wheel works and gear shifter gets stuck.

They have excellent customer service! I was able to get my car looking brand new again. The damages to my car where on the front passenger side tire and my bumper had minor scratches but was able to get a whole new bumper included, which really made a difference to my car. They did such an amazing job I would definitely recommend coming here. The only down side (which isn t really bad) is that they don t call enough to give updates on your car. It took them about four days to give me my fist call and for the second update call wasn t till another four days (which they did notify me about the second call) but other than that, that s really my only complaint :)

I've been bringing my cars here for years. They are the most professional, honest, hard working individuals. Utmost comfort leaving my family's vehicles for repair, knowing they will be in good hands. I've seen their flawless work on BMW, Mercedes and Honda. They also know how to deal with the cheap, shady insurance companies/adjusters who try to discount your claim by finding supposed "pre-existing damage". Do yourself a favor and leave your car here for repair, you won't regret it.

It was great place to bring our brand new car to be fixed after the accident. All the team members from that location were very friendly and professional. We are very happy with the results. I totally recommend this place.

I've taken my car twice and both experiences were great. They did an amazing job on my car and made it look like brand new. I would highly recommend Montebello Autocraft because of their expert craftsmanship combined with great customer service.

Owner Varouj has earned my respect and highest appreciation. My niece, a college student, totaled her Corolla in an accident and the insurance subsequently deemed the car a total loss. The car was so damaged (and old) that they didn t even want the car for parts. Despite significant front bumper and hood damage, the car still could be driven. The money my niece received for the car was not enough to purchase another vehicle so she was left without a car to drive. I explained the situation to Varouj who was very sympathetic. He and his team miraculously restored the car so that I could get a new title and have it registered again. The car looks and drives as if it never got into an accident. I m so appreciative of Varouj and his teams commitment to make this happen for a college student on a thin budget.

Do not send your car here; you'll only be wasting your time and money. These workers are intentionally slow and lazy. They won't touch your car for weeks, even for simple repairs, in order to have you accrue garage storage fees; effectively preventing you from going elsewhere

Love love this people, was in a car accident and the one that got hurt was my poor Carrot (car Scion IQ 2012) , It was my first time and didn't know where to go, my fiance and I always driver by this shop Montebello Autocraft literally everyday and decide to go ,we took a look at the pictures on the website and I was SOLD. We took my car right away and if you guys see the BEFORE and AFTER pictures you would NOT think is the same car i took in. Really nice people that make you feel that you left your car in REALLY GOOD hands..when i saw my car it looked Brand New!! I really recommend this place , they gave my car life again.. The worst experience!!! I had my Toyota yaris fixed about a month ago. On the second day I noted my eyeglasses where gone..told them about..and of course they didn't do it...a week after my front fender already falling a part!!!the worst!!! I will not recommend this place at all!!!
