My first time coming here. I wanted to find a good Auto Mechanic nearby. I found them on google. They had some good reviews. And some negative ones. But you never know on the negative ones. They didn t complain about their car not working. It was more of the customer waiting too long. Anyways Luis was very nice when I first came in. He gave me a good price for two front disc brakes with new rotors. $464.00. Not bad. I m hoping they used good quality parts. So I will start a new relationship with them and see how it goes

I've always had a great experience at Meineke. I would always take my previous car there, and now I've started taking my newer car there, too. Recently they did an oil change and tire rotation while I waited, and it was very convenient, and they even did a brake inspection, too. They let me know that my tires would need to be replaced soon, but still had some life left. All in all, very knowledgeable, helpful guys.

Great shop, very knowledgeable mechanics and friendly customer service staff. I always work with Luis and Diana, they are the best! The staff takes the time to thoroughly explain all the repair options to customers so an informed decision can be made and I feel I can trust their advice. I highly recommend the quality of their work.

They were very nice and courteous. They helped me get my daughters car ready to leave for college ( up north) . Had an appointment Saturday 3pm, let me come in earlier around 12:45. Professional &well spoken. On time with my service. Looked at all the areas worked on with clean service looking in great shape. For my 1st time being there at Meineke, I felt trusted leaving my vehicle in good hands.Also they gave me 30%off my oil change, really appreciate that!

Excellent customer service by Luis at Meineke Montebello. He was thorough and took his time to explain my multiple car problems. One I didn t even know I had! Never did I feel pressured to make any final decisions which allowed me to think about what I should do. Luis was great every step of the way and went above and beyond. I am very happy with my vehicle and definitely paid less than going to the dealership. I highly recommend this location, but especially serviceman Luis. Thank you for everything Luis!

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Called late Saturday to bring vehicle in. Mechanic was very accommodating, quick to diagnosis and repair. Appreciate having an excellent customer service at a fair price. Mechanic seemed very honest as well. Vehicle repairs are always scary, but felt like we were in good hands with an honest, reputable company and mechanic.
