I went today to give them another chance from my last experience and this time it was even worse! We wanted to know the prices before we entered and they kept telling us to go in and we asked them what the price was the guy was very rude and told the other car to go in first, we just left! Don t even bother coming here, they take advantage of you (in terms of pricing) and very rude service!

This establishment lacks employee proper mannerism. They do not show customers any greetings, very discourteous attitude. Other than that they get the job done, but with an added in awkward service.

Initially gave it a 2 star. Came back on Thursday due to a similar issue as Sunday.The staff available who helped me on Thursday, were Jose and a younger gentlemen named Jose in the lower bay. I showed the staff my initial receipt, and they were very cooperative, courteous, and rechecked my vehicle.If management sees this - I appreciate your staff, and they were extremely helpful. I had no ill intentions in my previous review, it was more of a safety concern. I hope staff get rewarded for fixing this issue.Gave it a 2 starts because the Staff was transparent, but the work was done improperly.Unfortunately, my oil filter and oil pan nut wasn't installed properly- as my oil completely leaked the following morning when I drove off.I was able to take it to another Jiffy Lube in Lynwood and the staff informed me of the issue.I know the staff here is new, just double check for future customers. Hope the Quality control improves.

There was only 1 car waiting ahead of me while a truck and car were having their oil changed. I was able to have my truck on the "rack" fairly quickly. The oil change was pretty quick and thry allow you and the occupants of your vehicle to remain inside while they are changing the oil. The price was reasonable given the amount of quarts my truck needed and the quickness of the service. Much faster than going to the dealership.

I didn't even go for my own car because I have a good mechanic and I work on my own car. We did a favor for my boyfriends sister and it was a total rip-off. They did it in like 10mins (which isn't suffient time for an oil change) and they overcharged. We went in and told them full synthetic and charged nearly 100$. We then told them that we wanted a more affordable option (per request of his sister) before they commenced the oil change. However, they did not do so and went with this overprice bs job. When it was then time to pay we noticed they didn't go with the economic option we asked for. As we go to pay and attempt to iron out the details, the original person that helped us told the guy charging us to just us give us the other price and the guy shushed him and told him no. It was very clear this guy scammed us cause he definitely didn't do a 90$ oil change in 10 mins and also didn't realize that I spoke spanish. Never again!Service: Oil change

Needed an oil change for our Toyota Camry, so decided to go to Jiffy Lube because they are convenient and resonanble. The attendant guided us in quickly and asked what kind of oil change we wanted. He checked all the fluids and filters and showed them to us. He was professional and friendly. While they did the oil change I checked my phone for a coupon and found a $10 off our total.

Alex was friendly and changed my oil within 15 minutes. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because the service was suppose to include vacuuming and window cleaning, but neither was done. Not a huge deal though, I was just glad my oil got changed and there weren t any problems!

Service was fast because very few cars were there in the middle of the day which was great. I was headed for a long road trip to the hot desert and feeling good about getting my oil changed without realizing they didn t even tighten the drain plug properly.... wait isn t that what they do 24/7??? How could I ever go back with confidence to any place like this. if I hadn t parked on someone s pristine white driveway and been horribly embarrassed that my new car was leaking out the clean oil I had just changed then maybe by now my engine would have blown and what would Jiffy Lube have done for me then? I would have waited the 7,000-10,000 miles to change oil on my VW and there would be ZERO oil left...maybe more training is needed and cameras to watch what these guys are doing. I wouldn t say it s a simple mistake either. I m really disappointed and upset and so is my mechanic! $125 seems like a lot and I tipped them tooService: Oil change

Fast, Great Service! The employees are polite. Enrique is great and honest. Tells you what your car needs and what it doesn't. I recommend this Jiffy Lube.

The guys were very helpful,worked as a supportive team, Jiffy lube tool boxes can be better maintained by Organizing the measurements of their sprockets instead of guessing what size to use.These guys are Auto Surgeons.Good Job Guys.

Check your oil afterWent in for an oil check because i wasnt gonna wait two hours at walmart. Big mistake. They charged me $98.00 for a simple oil change and they didnt even change the oil they just added new oil to the old one. Go to you tube and type jeffy lube scams. These guys shouldnt be in business anymore.For some reason these guys think people is so dumb theyre not gonna check the oil after. Stay away! You can go ahead and wait for a phone call from the better business bureau smart guys

Great service. I was out of there in 20-25 minutes. I've been to places(Walmart) to get oil change and I've been robbed because some shops where you can't see the work, say they did the job and they don't change the oil. (Walmart Pico Rivera). Here I got to see the work and the guys were fast and professional. I felt the difference in my truck when I drove off. The price here isn't too bad. Its worth the work. Never again will I go to cheap oil changes.(Walmart). If you live around the area the shop is great. Give it a try.

Went this morning for an oil change. Perfect time. No one there. Oil change without having to get out of the car. Then decided to get transmission oil changed. Very quick.Thank you Jiffy Lube .

SLOW SERVICE I could of done it faster myself. Should change their name to Slowffy Lube. And the New Supervisor or Manager is Rude. I would recommend another place Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Went to this place on August 16,2015. Pulled in asked how much, he said 79.99. I said no problem, how long he said about 20 minutes. Got my kids out of car. Went into the baking tiny waiting room. Few minutes later came up to me asked if I'm paying with cash I said yes,he said 50 bucks no receipt. Was afraid if I sad no he would damage my car,now I'm nto even sure if he did the oil change

Probably about the worst Oil Change ive Ever had! Walmart in Pico does a way better job then these people! They did my oil change & DIDNT put the oil filter on right and my oil was leaking out bad! For two weeks i was driving like that, another shop noticed how bad i was leaking oil and brought it to my attention. After Getting ANOTHER oil change i go back for my refund and they are not willing to help me at all making it seem like i did something wrong to cause the filter to Come out ?!?! NEVER had this problem anywhere else. Tom The manager at this jiffy lube was rude and trying to speak to me like Hes My Father. Then said well if you dont watch your mouth im not going to help you for a month! WHat kind of manager are they getting!! According to his employees Hes ALWAYS Late and NEVER THERE! It looks like a bunch of newbies UNSUPERVISED when i went back. I got there one employee was texting and sitting in His own car! And the other employee was no where to be found. Idc if you see the manager texting back and telling people hes sorry and genuinely concerned about there service, he doesnt care! Thats all just play for His bosses NEVER GO HERE EVER !!! Unless you want your car messed up!

I recently got an oil change at this jiffy lube a week an half ago, soon after my oil started leaking unexpectedly. Never had any oil leak problems before. Want my refund ASAP will be going back to speak with owner or corporate soon.

Their Oil Change price of $47.00 for a sub Compact 4 cyl car is harsh, but thats why their banner shows 27.00 and when you go in there is no estimate written , when its time to pay they ask if paying cash, then they tell you its $47.00 my fault for not checking. Service was ok, but felt it was schetchy , they did get me out quick and I did see they checked the oil level when done. likely will have Oil Changes elsewhere in the future, Oh and no cups avail for their water dispenser when its 100 degrees outside.

Always convenient. Down side is they have a $20 coupon, however whe you get there, they add an extra $10 to the total of the bill to cover... who knows what. So is not really a discount.

The worse jiffy lube ever!!!!! I always go to different jiffy lube s since I m an Uber driver and wherever I am that s where I get my oil change. This place is very unpleasant and unprofessional too small to wait at the little room they didn t check the whole parts as the other do nor they vacuum my car nor clean my windows that s very unprofessional service and to top it off they didn t wanted to give me my uber driver 15% off since they said that jiffy lube is franchise they also put a Toyota Scion 2008 part on my Toyota Corolla 2014 and the guy Enrique looks very unprofessional by not wearing his uniform I honestly thought he was the janitor from there but it turns out he was the manager by wearing a simple t-shirt. DONT GO THERE IS SCAM.. they charge a lot and for extra stuff that wasn t replaced.

Drove in, gave them the keys, quickly rushed into waiting room with no observation windows. I come out to see what's going on and a little short mexican guy is already working on it. He didn't even ask me what package I wanted. He literally CHOSE the Signature Service Oil Change for me. He was going to put an additional $18 oil cleaner in, but I stopped him just in time. He seemed offended that I didn't have the extra cash for it. Finally, when it's time to pay, they give me the total, I look at the receipt and they ADDED a "special" air filter (again not asking me if I wanted one). Add another $8 to the package. I go to pay and their CC/Debit machine is broken, so the guy in charge tells me to walk down the street to Mexican restaurant and use the ATM, which added an additional $2.75 for using it because Jiffy Lube didn't have their equipment working. All this happened under a guy named E. Saquil. NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service was great and they had us in and out really quick. A little pricey, but that's just jiffy lube corporate setting prices. Not these guys' fault

They charge me $180. I saw them change the air filter inside & outside but when I got home I check the oil they didn't change my oil & oil filter they are the worse jiffy lube if I can give -0 star

Literally just called and received the worst CS over the phone. I was explaining to rep what vehicle I had and he cuts me off and asks me what car I had. Than he asks me well what kind of oil do you want?, This place clearly has a bad rep and I could tell why simply over the phone. I ended the call immediately.

If your a women stay away! They will take your money a $29 oil change will cost you $47 it just happen to my girlfriend I told her a 4cyl honda would be no more than $35 well they just charged her $47.. last time she will go here. I had a oil bolt stripped here on my tahoe the manager said it wasn't them. The manager is a thief becare full they will try to sell you anything to take your money. I had taken my truck here 6 times before and the last time. They will no longer have my bussiness.
