I've been calling all morning today and I get is a busy dial tone. I was promised by Miguel that my vehicle would be ready by today. I called all their available numbers and it says that the number is busy or I get a busy dial tone.

Deigo awesomeness service representative.. came in on 11/14 .. will be returning on Friday 11/25 for 60k transmission service.. he set up appt for me at 7 am , I only ask once, excellent service.. I also extend my warranty fir another 3 yrs or 100k excellent service representative as well .. thank you Ford of Montebello Loyal Customer since 3 generationsService: Auto maintenance

I bought my first new car here back in 2019 and have been coming here for a while now to get my oil changes done as well as other stuff like brake jobs and warranty work. I was hoping to be able to create a great relationship with my service advisor and technician that works on my car like i had with O'Donnell Buick before it closed down but I keep getting random service advisors and the techs that work on my car never have anything to say, there is so much more service missing here that isnt even on par with Hyundai or Buick, they at least offer free coffee, Doughnuts in the morning. Here at Ford they offer nothing as you wait hours to get your car back from sitting for such a long time. I have come here many times and that relationship I was trying to build failed here, the times I have came here to get service with an appointment done weeks in advance, on the day of appointment I have had to come back twice because of out of stock parts that should have been reserved for appointment customers not being available at the time of service, wasting my time, mileage and fuel. All I can say is that after having to come back 4 times for two different services, and having some warranty work done with the service advisor wanting to leave my car for 2 days with no opportunity of a free loaner car which i refused to do, i won't be returning here anymore and will be going to a Ford dealer closer to home as I live 23 miles away from this dealership and again I kept coming here thinking I could build a solid relationship with my service Advisor and Tech like I had a master tech for my Buick and my Genesis at those other dealerships but this was a complete fail!

Grossly over priced, double that of a local auto garage. Actual discussion on the phone didn't match what was written on the forms. Left the car at the dealer undrivable, was informed car wouldnt run and what the repairs would cost. Called around for other estimates. Today I go to tow and bring to another garage and the car was running fine. Paperwork even states it was road tested and there are no concerns at this time yet suggested repairs totaling up to $1000. Local auto shop totals up to $500, about half in cost of the parts.

I always take my car here for service. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. Even though I got my latest Ford from another place I still take my car for service here.
