Oil Change done within 45 minutes of arriving. Even wen its busy. Some places might be cheaper for synthetic but customer service here is EXCELLENT. From the Manager to the guys in the bay. Definitely returning with all my cars for service.

These clowns tried charging me $200 for an oil change when I normally pay about $150 at jiffy lube. Be careful for these dirtbags they will try to rip you off.

This place is a rip off. Took van in for oil change, tune up, and lube job and took all necessary parts. So basically just paid for labor for a tube up and oil change cuz they didn't do the lube job. I was charged $375 . After I told my daughter we went back and after 2 hours of complaining the owner gave me $50 back so I paid $325 for labor on a tune up and oil change in my birthday. Was never given an estimate or signed anything prior to service.

Great Work!!! They get the job done right the first time. They gave me an excellent price also. The only thing I didn't like was the wait time... Like 3 hours. Diagnostic guy came in around 9 am... Then disappeared to the store, and then by 10 am he was eating a bowl of soup!!! But he did an excellent job so I'll deal with it I guess. Owner gave me a price $50.00 less than what a mechanic actually quoted me so I'm thankful for that.

I came here for a smog check required by the DMV. They were quick and very professional. They even changed and install my license plate the same day. Saved me a lot of time. Would highly recommend.

I've coming to Economy Lube & Tune since 1990. I brought all my cars and so does my family members. The mechanics are easy to talk to. They explain themselves very thoroughly when they fix or about to fix your car. When they explain what could wrong they will tell your more or less how much it will cost and if they cant do it, they'll give you suggestions to where to have it checked out. The owners son is polite and so its Sergio.Thanks guys for everything

Hi I give this company 2 stars I like that they were able to check the services for my Smog check correctly and told me it passed. However I would give them ONE STAR for scamming people on prices and service. They falsely told me I needed brakes and rotors that were completely gone. Best price $800 and no matter where I'd go it would cost more. I had my mechanic look at it.. rotors were fine and breaks and labor was $200 bucks. Rip off, don't let their their nice attitudes fool you.Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Brought in car for a quick oil change and was not satisfied with the work, called the supervisor and they immediately offered to make things right with exceptional quality service in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable trustworthy staff. Family has been coming here for years and will continue to trust them with our vehicles. Highly recommended!

If you need an oil change for a Mazda or Volkswagen take it elsewhere. Took both vehicles on 3 separate occasions they placed the housing for the filter wrong which cause the oil to leak.All other services and cars I ve taken are great and turn out perfect.

I went on a Wednesday morning took the car about 9:20 a.m. for my rear brakes which needed to be changed cuz you can literally hear that nasty noise when I was breaking. Took it on a Tuesday first but they said the car would have not been ready till 4:00 p.m. cuz they were busy could not leave it had to pick up the kids from school so took it the next day which was Wednesday. So brakes got worse and messed up the rotator .So I had to change that as well. But basically I went in for the brakes called different places and there were the best price out of five different places in Montebello that I called. Well that one's in 9:20 a.m. when I took it I ended up getting the car at 12:20 p.m. They did a good job It's been 3 days but if anything goes wrong with the brakes which I have a 6 month guarantee on them then I will be updating.

I always pass by this place and notice it's not very full, in the end this was a good thing, just read on. I got an oil change without an appointment. When I arrived in the morning there were 3 cars ahead of me, so I assumed I would wait about 2 hours. My car was ready in less than an hour!!! They work incredibly fast and are all very kind. This place was referred to me by another mechanic who was close by.

Well i was going for a regular oil change and tune up.. Price was i think too high over $240 i dont know much about prices for a tune but thought this price really high.. They said spark plugs only everything extra.. But then it went down to 185.. Can anyone tell what is a reasonable price for a tune up.. I want change spark plugs, check hoses, top off fluids and check tires..

So I came for something so basic and simple, I took my car to this location for an oil changer they charged me $65, so after an hour I got my car back, I used my car later on that day I came home at night woke up the next morning I was about to go to a store when I noticed a big puddle of oil coming under my car so I took pics and a video,l of it, I took the car back to this place they got my car and fixed the problem, so my concern here is these are supposed to be professional workers doing a very simple oil change this is my cars first oil change, and they messed up, make sure you save your receipts and make sure you check their work before you leave. Me on the other hand I m not coming back here ever again, I wasted my morning time to bring my car back to get it fixed and I had to buy a bag of sand to clean my parking spot from all the spilled oil.Service: Oil change

I visited this shop day after 4th of July.. As my car dealer was closed and was provided excellent service for my routine oil change. Also further advised had a leaking battery I was not aware of. They are honest and go the extra mile here. I will come again for service.

Sergio is an honest mechanic. Discovered this shop 2 years ago been going ever since. They are friendly but go early because they are usually pretty busy. They adhere to Covid also which makes it even nicer.

So I go there for oil change and brakesFirst the owner or manager quote me 60 for oil change and 100 for brakes labor only for some miracles reason I end up paying 110 for the brakes I didn t know why! After 8 hours they called me and told me the car broke down and it s not starting long story in short I had to tow the car to another mechanic shop next day and while the tow truck driver trying to help me out start the car I asked the mechanics there if they can tell me where the starter is located on my car surprisingly they replayed we don t know. So think before you go to mechanic shop were the mechanics don t know where the starter of your engine is located. Oh and they did brake my hub cab.

This place told me I needed a new radiator for my car because it leaked. Told me it was going to be about $500 to fix. Took it to another mechanic they said it was a crack from the water tube. I don't trust them like before.

I really trust this place, I take my boss's work vans here for oil changes,tune up's and never had a problem with their service. I take my own vehicles here and never had them try to push unnecessary repairs. Great place!

Avoid this place they way over charge u for everything. Sure they gotta make a living but they r ripping people off left and right for things your car doesnt need.

Best place to get brakes and anything ive had my whole car fix here and they do such an amazing job! Next time you need an oil change or brakes dont even hesitate this is the place to go!!!
