My car has had quite a year with a sideswipe while parked and an accident a few months later. I took my car to Don's for the first time after the first incident and I was so impressed that I didn't think twice about going back when I needed work done again. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, Joey was very knowledgeable, kind and honest about the whole process and made me feel at ease leaving my car there. Both times his work was impeccable and I'm very glad I have someone I can trust to get my car looking like new again.

I have been coming to Don's Body Shop since I got my first car about a decade ago. Recently I needed to get my passenger side door replaced and they did such a great job that I felt compelled to finally write a review.What stood out to me the most about the repair was the thoroughness they displayed. Not only did they replace the door flawlessly, but they went the extra mile by cleaning out the entire interior of my car. It felt like I was getting back a brand new car, both inside and out. And the fact that their prices were affordable was the cherry on top.All in all, I can confidently say that Don's Auto Body is a gem. If you're looking for top-notch service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, this is the place to go. I visited Don s Body Shop today for the 1st time based on positive reviews. My husband and I were walking towards the entrance and we are ask by a guy. Can I help you? We answer yes we want an estimate! His answer was we are closed. Then he ask What insurance you have I responded my insurance company and still he didn t help. He just responded we go based on the estimate sheet you have. you need to decide what shop you want it fix. He had no interest at all.While I was looking for another shop he returns with the other 2 people he was talking to. I told my husband I thought he was closed. Check the closing time online said 5:30pmI was there at 3:30pm. So you ask customers what insurance they have to check if it s convenient for you to make business? Todays visit 9/2/23

I had previously taken my Toyota Tacoma to this body shop because my tailgate was stolen and this body shop provided excellent service with that. Installing a new tailgate from the dealer the same day they received it. Joey even went above and beyond by recommending a tailgate lock which he later installed himself. About a year later they stole my catalyctic converter and once again this body shop provided excellent service in getting me a new one from the dealer and installing it the very same day. And in the mean time that I had to wait to receive the caralyctic they recommended a muffler shop that installed a temporary pipe that removed the loud noise and also that same shop installed a protector to prevent it from being stolen in the future. I want to especially recognize Joey because he definitely, without question, goes above and beyond in what he does. He makes sound recommendations and those recommendations have always been super helpful. I went to a previous body shop before this one and the representative wasn't that great. Joey and Don's Body Shop are absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family without a doubt! Extremely excellent body shop!!

I called and someone answered and said hello? Hello? Hello? And I said hello can you hear me ? And they hung up because they couldn t hear me. So I called back and then the answering machine answered with a huge loud tone whistle. Then I hung up and called again and a lady answered and I said hello? Can you hear me? (Thinking my microphone was broken) and she yelled in my ear saying HI I CAN HEAR YOU with a lot of sas. And I said oh man that was rude. And hung up.Can t even call the place without a bad experience I can only imagine the service they provide. This may seem like a weird post for a review but I can t make this upI was genuinely just calling to ask for a quote.One gentleman couldn t hear me. Then I get my ears blown off. Then the rudest lady answers not understanding that the only reason I m mic checking the phone call is because the guy who answered before couldn t hear me.

I came in to get a quote and when I was greeted I was told it would be free ..but I would have to come back in 15 minutes when the gentleman gets back....when I had gone back he asked what I needed and I barely could get out what I needed and he spit out a quote is 150 in a very short and rude manner. And then asked if what I was asking about was going to go through insurance and since this is my first time getting rear ended I was unsure of anything...as soon as he was to tell me the price is how whick he was to shoo me off. Went to a shop down the way the guy didn't take more then a look at my truck to tell me it's what was wrong.

They have lied to me 3 times about my parts being at the shop when they said it would be finished in a week it s took 3 weeks I don t know if they are trying to get more money with labor but I would not recommend this place to anyoneService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Good people!!! I called regarding an issue on my car that required an auto shop and not a body shop. Silly me!!! Henry was nice and patient enough to listen to me blabber about my problem (didn't make me feel silly about it) and even recommended me to another shop who could help me with what I need. Thank you very much! Asari Auto are also really nice people to talk to. Even if I didn't use your service,, I would definitely recommend you to other people because of the customer service you provided me.

great and honest service! scratched the bumper on my rental car, and Donny was able to to buff it out in 5-10 minutes without even charging me, where other shops quoted $150+

I recommend this body shop if you have been in an accident. This place is hassle free. They take so many insurances. Fast and friendly service!
