Worse place to get a used car I bought a used 2022Silverado did all the paper work and everything few days later I found out that the truck had previously damage and I sign the paper saying it was never in an accident or crash I informed the dealer to request a exchange for a different one they told that they can only make it look better not repair the right way only to look nice I told them I need my money back or exchange forAnother one they are total rip-off don't buy there people it happened to me and it could happen to you now I have to get a lawyer and waste my time and it hasn't been a Month

Want to give a shout out to Ramiro, he is the one that you go to when your car is acting up. He is very attentive, listens to your concerns about your vehicle. Makes everything easy and comfortable for you. Had to give him a shoutout. Been there a few times and this dude knocks it out the ball park. Ask for him when you go to services. I had an amazing experience at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! Everything that I went in to inquire about was addressed and resolved. I definitely recommend coming here at this dealership! The staff and service director all have excellent customer service, and made sure my car was taken care of! That s what I really enjoyed that once I was attended and asked about my car issues they reassured me that they will take a look into the concerns I had, and they did! The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and amazing! Communication is very important to me and that s something I am very grateful that I got to experience at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! I picked up my car and started to drive. My car is running very smoothly on the road! I love it! I will forever be grateful with the staff and especially the service director at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! Thank you everyone!

A huge thank you to service advisor John Pinedo and tech Gabriel Rojas for the excellent service I received on my 2011 Traverse. John provided me with recommendations and answered each of my questions with patience and detail so I understood properly. I appreciate the level of professionalism this team displayed and the courtesy extended to me during my visit. GREAT JOB team!

The technician told me that they could only take care of the recall on my Chevy Colorado, "unwanted emergency brakes turn on by itself" and that I would have to come back another day to take care of the noise the truck made after I turned off the engine, "truck makes a silly noise every time I turn off engine like something cracking inside the engine." and that I have to leave my truck in dealer for at least 3 to 4 days!!!! like if I don't have to work and waste more days.The brand-new truck just bought on December 12, 2023,;-( Chevy Colorado 2023 WT and I'm having all these issues with truck ;-(By #arfeb5A shout out to Mia she kindly got me a lift ride 2-way.

My experience at Chevrolet of Montebello was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff is personable and friendly. The manager found out I was a vet and introduced himself to me and thanked me for my service in the US Army. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

It was great , really glad I found Jim , he was super patience with me since it was my 1st 30 day visit and was encountering an issue on my brand new car. Jim at service desk made it possible to make my issue a priority. I did have to leave my car but I was able to pick it up with in hours the best part was they couldn t find anything wrong.

My experience of the dealership was OK.When we went to sign papers. The guy in the finance department was very unprofessional very negative. He continued to offer extra packages to our deal, and when we told him we were not interested the more unprofessional he became!Due to this I would never go back to the dealership ever again

Well l just purchased the 2022 Chevy Suburban, and it s a great vehicle. I am very happy with the service department for their 172 point inspection of this vehicle and for taking care of the couple little issues it had. I recently had a truly frustrating experience with my local Chevrolet dealer, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. My 2017 Chevy Equinox recently encountered timing chain issues, and the entire ordeal has left me thoroughly disappointed with both the exorbitant cost and the lackluster customer service.First and foremost, the cost of replacing the timing chain in my Chevy Equinox was nothing short of astronomical. It's disheartening to see how a routine repair can turn into a financial burden for loyal customers. The dealership's pricing for this service seemed completely unjustifiable, leaving me questioning the fairness of their business practices.Equally disappointing was the customer service I received throughout this process. It felt like I was treated as just another transaction, rather than a valued customer who invested in their brand. The lack of empathy and understanding from the service representatives was evident, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.In addition to the financial strain and poor customer service, the overall experience has made me question whether I made the right choice with Chevrolet. As a customer, I expected more from a brand that boasts reliability and customer satisfaction.I hope that Chevrolet takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its approach to customer service and pricing. As a long-time customer, I had higher expectations, and unfortunately, my recent experience has left me contemplating whether I will continue my association with the brand in the future.

Jim was great he took care of me and explained everything well. He was very nice and answered all my questions and went the extra mile to ask me how I was doing as a person. Jim is my guy. I was bummed to find out my chevy trail blazer brakes will continue to make noise. I wish someone explained that when I bought the car. For maintenance visits going forward I think it would be great to give an estimate of next things that need to happen for my vehicle, that way I can start to budget for my next scheduled service because I'm on a budget. Or even allow some time of payment throughout the year so I don't have to come up with a large lump sum of money.

My experience on 12-30-23 was not good. I think you need more representatives to help customers when coming in the have your car serviced. When going to check out the representative forgot to deduct 40.00 from my balance. When I went to check out the cashier was rude when questioned my balance I was sent back to have the representative to change my paperwork. I feel it was unnecessary step that I should have to take.

This is the second time in the last week ive taken my car in for a electronic problem wich they said it was taken care of a week ago. Next day same problem, so i have to now take another day off to drop off the car so they can supposedly have it looked at again. Which i understand some time its not there fault but at least accommodate the customer with a loaner car. Cant believe they dont take care of there customer very disappointed in there customer service and this is the 2nd car ive purchased with them probably will look somewhere else for my next purchase. Maby if i were a female things would be alot different..

Worst car dealership please what ever you do don t buy used cars from this dealership I ve spent numerous hours and days in the service department tryna get my vehicle fixed I had a major oil leak coming from rear main seal. Then when I receive my vehicle back I have body damage. Took it back three times for same issue oil leak smh I didn t even own the car for a month . Now due to the oil leak I now have a check engine light that has to do with the oil pressure valve 700 dollars smh . I m an amputee now I have to take time out my therapy session and doctor appointment to find a law who can help me

Hello. I wanted commend Service Advisor Marco from Chevy Montebello. His sincere friendliness and professionalism made our experience seamless making all the appropriate arrangements with regarding our Trailblazer . He even ordered us a Lyft to give us a ride home being that our car needed to be left over night.Service Advisor Jim was also very helpful & friendly and assisted us as well.Great Team at your Montebello dealership.

Service was fine and the tech was fine with communication. Wasn t a fan of being charged almost $2000 to install $100 in parts. Also a bit annoying that within 30 minutes of dropping the car off I m getting calls from sales asking me to trade it in

Gerardo Landeros came out to greet me promptly at 7:00am for my scheduled appointment. He walked around the car marked all previous damages. One quick check on the computer told him that in addition to my scheduled maintenance, I would also need a factory recall issue dealing with. He said it would take a little while which was not an issue. A couple hours later he informed the car was ready to go and had been washed. Perfect customer service.
