I got into a car accident and I was searching for a Body Shop to take my vehicle to. the insurance company recommended me to a couple of different shops, but their reviews were awful so I ended up finding Beverly Collision Center called them and went in for an estimate, and ended up leaving my vehicle with them the same day I felt very comfortable. They explained everything in detail, what the process will be Overall, the experience was very great when I picked up my vehicle I was really happy with all the work that was done. My car looked better than it did before. The only thing was it took a little longer than expected, because of back-order parts but Arthur was always in communication with me and kept me updated with the whole process of the repair.

It's very hard to find trustworthy mechanics for the average consumer because we really don't know anything about cars. Arthur and Derek always picked up my calls no matter how dumb my questions were and helped fix up my car with affordable rates. They're very transparent on what will be done and give honest expectations. I am very fortunate to have found them and will always trust them with my car.

I was in a car accident and i was looking for a body shop because previously when I was in a car accident, the insurance company sent me to one of their own body shops and I did not have a great experience at all not only that it took them longer to repair my vehicle. I had to go back multiple times because there was issues with my vehicle one of the issues was I was not able to open up the gas cap to pump gas so I had to tow my car to the body shop, but the second time I was in an accident I found Beverly collision took my vehicle there and when I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than it they made it look like it was brand new. They also detailed my vehicle inside and out before returning it to me thank you Beverly collision.

So, I'll begin this with letting you know that the owners did ask for a review afterward, but didn't say anything like 'make it good' or 'please give us a five star rating!' and I really appreciate that, because I've gotten that so many times from different business owners and it feels wrong. I'd never been in this situation where I went through insurance for an accident, so I was unprepared for the process. I thought it would be a matter of a few weeks, but the other party's insurance was difficult to deal with both from my end and apparently from the owners Art and Derek. I was able to have a rental from my insurance for a month and when the month was up and I still didn't have my car, I was frustrated. Art did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process and there were delays in getting the right parts fro their suppliers and he explained to me that the parts they'd been sent were no good or had imperfections and they don't do work that produces anything less than perfection. I was still frustrated, but I totally get it. It was late November when I was rear ended and pushed into another car, so there was some major work that needed to be done cosmetically on both ends and the cage of my engine needed to be bent out again. Art, I apologize for my demeanor if I was rude at all during this whole time, but you and Derek truly did do such an amazing job. I would recommend your business to anyone and I so appreciate the fact that you pushed my insurance to get the right parts and even though they didn't approve the logo plate, you went ahead and ordered it anyways for me to make it right. I'm so glad that I found your shop online and God forbid I get into another crash, but I wouldn't take it anywhere else but to you to fix it. you are terrific!!! 10/10 Service and Value. I was unfortunate to have had a flying object into me in the freeway a few years ago, I did some research looking for body shops near me and found Beverly Collision Center. It wasn t the closest to me but my gut told me this was the perfect place. I went and Derreck took care of everything and even went above and beyond to get me my custom all black emblem just the way I had it on the front grill. He made everything go so smooth that I recently just got another fender bender truck merged into my lane and we hit side mirrors I was upset but at the same time I wasn t worried because I knew exactly where to take my truck. Again I just showed up and spoke to Derreck, told him what happened and left knowing my new truck was in good hands.Parts were in back order but they made sure I got everything flawless and in perfect condition. Happy to have my truck back hassle free.I highly recommend anyone and have done so with all the people I know when they re in need of a body shop Beverly Collision Center is the place you want to go!. they ll make sure you get the best customer service, make sure the insurance covers everything OEM and they have a really nice sealed Spray Booth to make sure you get the flawless paint job looking better than it did when it was brand new.

I couldn't be happier with this place. My son's first car was in need of body work, and we took it to a few places to get an estimate. By far the most reasonable was from Beverly Collision Center. Arthur was helpful and courteous. Very professional and yet sympathetic to the situation and the importance of the car to my son. When they finished the work, the car's body was once again flawless. Really wonderful. They also went above and beyond - my son said there was some work done on the interior that he hadn't expected. And in the end the price charged was the exact amount of the estimate, to the penny. I wholeheartedly recommend using their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm really happy with the service I received from Arthur at Beverly Collison. No one wants to get in a fender bender but they happen! When I reached out to Arthur he went above and beyond to help minimize the barriers that slow down the insurance claim process; as a result; I was able to get my vehicle back better than before! Arthur is so easy to talk to, he's calm, and collected which makes you feel much more at ease during a frustrating time. Highly recommend

Great customer service, owners are easy to work with, and the paint + body work on my Nissan looks good. However, the glue on the door trim they installed is coming off and my passenger doors squeaks a little each time I open it. Brought my 99 BMW 528i wagon to these guys after my rear quarter panel got smashed in. The sheet metal replacements don t exist anymore for my car, so they had to work the metal back by hand. Brought my car in because of a front end damage. It ended up looking better than it ever did. The mechanical repair and the body work was absolutely premium quality. They used the latest tech in paint mixing and paint booth to the point where the color came out EXACTLY as the original color of my car. Highly recommended to anybody!!!

Great customer service. Very trustworthy people. This place is the best. If you need a body shop the best If you need an Auto Shop and above. Go see Authur, Papa or Derrick any of the other workers as well. The best.

Took my car here on different occasions for different repairs that need to get done from body collision, to water pump, pully, air intake manifold replacement etc and different mechanical repairs. All the Staff of Beverly Collision are ever knowledgeable and handle every situation professionally, highly recommend them.

This place does incredible work, the people working here are very friendly and do a fast and honest job with no hassle. Highly recommend this place for any body work and paint job since the have fancy and premium tools, hardware and machines to fix your problem for an outstanding result.

My friend's BMW 2017 430i was considered totaled by these people and these people said my insurance claimed it and they disagreed but turns out after my insurance company shared the recorded phone call they had with themThey were lying to me the whole time , they were telling me one thing and the insurance another ... They wanted $6,000 to release my car after 1 week it being there .... And they wanted cash... They told me "no we accept debit too your insurance is lying to you" next thing my insurance provides me with record calls them saying other wise... They told me insurance only cash ... And told me they were lying when they weren't... It's okay we were robbed big time but we own a 2021 M4 now but this company is going to give us more money since there's a lawsuit on the way.

I pick up car from this bodyshoop and a lot of parts from car was stolen. So far missing driver airbag, side mirror covers , central lock compressor.Think about if u want put ur car there .
