Save yourself some time and don't come to this place. Took my car to do an alignment twice. The first time they told me that in order to do an alignment I was required to change my ball joints and control arms so I did. I took my car to my mechanic. Came back 3 weeks after and guess what? They told me the same thing... They gave me a quote for 500 dollars. My mechanic did it for me for 160 the first time. Obviously I said no. They wrote in my paper that I needed to change the ball joints and remove the camber/caster bolts for 95 each. I obviously told them that it was fine that I would bring it back another time. I took my vehicle to my mechanic and explained what they had told me and he said that I was a bunch of B.S. They obviously were trying to make a huge profit from me. Save yourself some time and don't bring your car for an alignment here!! I wish I could rate them a 0!!

I was on my way to the gym when my tire pressure sensor came on at the red light. As I waited for the green, I could see the air pressure descend and I knew I had a puncture. Luckily, I was at the corner where there was a gas station and was able to pull in and park before my tire went completely flat. After my tow was due to get me, I realized I was only going to have about half an hour before the local tire repair shops would be closing and had to choose one that was less than ten minutes away. So Avalon popped up. I called and they were cool with me bringing it it as long as it was before 6:00pm. Sometimes, they clean up and close earlier, if it is super slow, so call them before you drop by. I was able to get there before 5:45 and they were able to get new rubber on. Very nice and super professional. If I ever need them again, that is definitely where I ll go!I ve included a photo of the can opener/brake caliper that tore open my tire. Yikes!

Best place to go....Quick service as you get out of your car...Before this location....I waited over 40 minutes just to talk to meYes...I drove out of Walmart,they made feel like a statue or a ghost standing next my car

A good place I needed a tire just the left side the tread was worn out badly. And a good price for a used one. Will go back and a pleasant staff all were and kind.

First off my car is a modified vehicle on lowered suspension. I was looking to get an alignment. I must have gone to about 15 different locations to get my car aligned, everywhere I went everyone would tell me they couldn't do the alignment to my car because it is lowered and modified. After about 2 hours and almost giving up for the day on the alignment I was on my way back to work and figured Id make one last stop and ended up here. THANK GOD! Without hesitation they confirmed they were going to be able to perform the alignment and had all the right equipment in order to do the job. Pricing was even reasonable. Definitely recommended for modified lowered vehicle owners.

I used to take all my cars here every car i have owned has gone 2 avalon for alignment but this last time i went with one of the same vehicles i had already taken before the workers were being so rude and also customer service sucked i never had that problem till now and for that you guys lost a loyal customer i dont recommend this place to anyone anymore sad that someone that would take all there cars gets bad service 1 day. Never taking any of my car here or family and friends cars anymore .

Went in for a low tire pressure light. They checked the tire and were able to fix the tire (it had a nail in it). Very polite and quick. Reasonably priced. Great service!

They upsell and scam those who dont know anything. I Would give no star if possible. My wheel was missing a weight and the guy from the start said my tire was the issue, said I was at 5% life. Went in to check how much they charge for tires right of the bat 120 I said nope, can we just balance the wheel. Said ok and left when I came back all they did was change my back tire to my front tire mind you nothing was done. Charged me $10 which I thought was a rip off paid and left with the same issue now in the back. I was sent here with a high recommendation now they lost about 2 customers. Hope this helps anyone

Excellent service..Juan n Miguel nd all workers always take care of my car needs nd me..Lady at front desk excuse me don't know her name is always nice n professional nd i recommend Avalon Tire shop for your car needs..Was in this morning 1st customer when they opened got an oil change, tire rotation n new wiper blades just in time for another rain storm nd don't have to worry about oil n tires for a min.. .. ..

Don't take your car here for any mechanical reasons they don't know anything about cars. Tires ok but not to work on other stuff on your car.

5 stars across the board..Came in with a flat tire and left with a replacement in 20 minutes..Front desk were very professional and nice..Plus the mechanics are friendly and professional as can be...Thank you for everything

Did a horrible four wheel alignment on my 2014 jeep wrangler. It has a 3.5" lift on it, tried to tell me they couldn't get it any better because of the lift??? really, like no other vehicles that have lifts can be properly aligned? Best part is 2 days later my adjustable front tracking bar snaps!!! I call them back after talking with two other mechanics, and they lie to my face telling me "Oh no, we never touched the tracking bar"! Funny, the two other certified mechanics I spoke with said "of course they would adjust an "adjustable" tracking bar to get the alignment"! Stay away from these amateurs, doubt they are even truly certified or trained!!!

Best tire shop in Montebello. Stop by and see Miguel or any of the guys in the shop. Quality service. They also have tire service for large tractor trailers. New tire sales and repairs.

took my ws6 in told them I wanted the calipers ground down until I could fit 15s without spacers as I've already seen others do it we agree on a price and when I return I see just a little bit of grinding and SPACERS on my car two spacers per wheel and a receipt for MORE than we agreed ondont bring ur car here they are both incompetent AND dishonest and there are too many other garages in the area to put up with a business like this
