Very impressed with the service we received from our sales guy Mike Prieto and the entire team! We were leery about purchasing a car from West Coast after reading some of the reviews but we re so glad we took a chance! Mike was amazing and we felt no pressure at all! We got a great deal on our beautiful Land Rover and they offered better financing than the pre-approval I had, although they were ready to use my pre-approved lender without any issues. I highly recommend buying from Mike and West Coast!

Bought a car here a few months ago. Noticed a leak in one of the tires and brought it back to get it patched, per limited warranty. Service advisor insisted they checked ALL four tires for leaks and found nothing, took them off and everything and it was all good now. Well, you can see that it was clearly something. I had to take it to America's Tire because it was leaking so badly I couldn't even make it halfway to work. Absolutely atrocious. Could have caused some serious injury, or worse. Oh, and their prices are all fake to get you in the door, expect 3-4k in markup.

I bought this Jeep from Westcoast Auto Sale, I got the best car for the bucks. Joseph is very helpful he gives me the full explanation of the car and history check and facts. The warm welcome gives me the confidence in this store. The boss is very kind and give me a good discount! I would highly recommend this place.

I seen a car on line I like for $23,888, went in on 4/18 & was going to buy it until we sat down finalize the price. The guy (Joseph) started informing of premium packages offered with car & now the price is over $28k. I said I didn t want the packages, he replied he would be losing money without the packages. Sounds like false advertisement if u ask me. Immediately the deal went south. Beware

Found the vehicle we wanted online , called and got a very friendly sales person, Remi. We continued to go in to work with him, he had the car pulled up for us ready to see.Negotiations were pretty standard for our vehicle purchase, But all of the staff was very kind. Chris took great care of us in finance. We were on the road with our vehicle in no time. Overall happy with our experience at west coast auto

My experience with this dealership was very short. I will give them 2 stars only because they do have some cars that are priced fair.However when we sat down to go get into the paper work I was upfront at the beginig that we where already approved for a loan with my credit union. The sales guy said ok let me go talk to the Mgr. A minute passed and he said only way they can sale me a car is I have to finance with them then re-finance with my bank. I sad No way I'm already approved and I have a secured loan no need to run my credit through your data. He said that was their policy. I shook his hand, thanked him and said bye. So if you want a car here just know don't get pre-approved at a lower rate because they won't sale you a car. Called a few other dealership around and they don't have an issue with being pre-approved this is a common thing always has been.

Where do I start? Ive been looking for an Audi Q4 etron for more than 6 months. I saw they had a 2023 on the lot. Not only did it only have 3000k miles on it, it was pristine and at a great price. They took the time to do a video tour of the car for me pointing out any nicks because Im a retired single women & live 2 hours away. The buying process was a breeze.BTW the reviews on here stating they "force you" to buy upgrades is ridicules of course they want to sell you other things like ANY dealership does but you can say NO! Be a big boy & negotiate those things. On top of that, they drove 2 hours to deliver it to my front door. Then the salesmen took over an hour to explain to me how the car worked. The paperwork was already to go & that part was done in 5min from my kitchen. Then the salesmen took an uber 2 hours back to LA. The car was perfect and I couldn't be happier. NEVER think twice about not buyer from a "brand dealer" This company has amazing cars, are honest and stand behind their cars. Best car buying experience in my life. Dont think twice on this dealership!!

BEWARE!!!I m giving a courtesy of 1 star, since the salewoman Ariana was kind but everything outside of that, my experience was stressful, frustrating and overall terrible. I had to return the new car because they tried to yo-yo scam me. I made the mistake of telling them this is my first time purchasing a car, and I think that s why they took advantage. Besides them trying to pressure you into buying 4K worth of mandatory add-ons to the new vehicle, they were comfortable enough to FORGE MY SIGNATURE on a new contract I NEVER consented to. Supposedly they want to claim I verbally acknowledged over the phone that the new contract (I never signed) was okay for them to increase my interest rate and monthly car payment. I asked Ally the car payment app for a copy of the contract that the car dealership sent them, and lo and behold, the contract they sent was the higher interest rate with my signature COPY and PASTED onto it! I was absolutely livid! I still HAVE the physical new contract that they mailed me UNSIGNED! I decided to return the new car and they tried to change my mind by keeping it and saying hey please don t, our bank said we can go back to the original rate you wanted . Absolutely not. Funny thing, when I went to return it, and was waiting in the office, there was a sign on the wall saying NO verbal agreements, everything MUST be signed . I was promised that they were going to mail me my down payment deposit, and when it didn t come they said oh, no we don t mail it out, you have to come pick it up even though I was told the opposite. I never want to step foot in there again, I felt used, and I was so stressed out. I contacted the GM that what occurred was practically unethical and ILLEGAL and he said we take this matter seriously, we will go ahead and mail you the deposit . And nothing else. After speaking with multiple people about my experience, they think I should make a claim with the BBB and even sue, so no other person can go through what I went through.

Walked in curious to see a car and walked out with a beautiful 2020 Mercedes'. Danny did an amazing job guiding us through the process and being very patient with detail to detail. Not only did we trust Danny but he made sure we fit right in as we knew him for a long time!!!! I highly recommend checking this dealership out! Great sales, great customer service!!! Watch out for the non-optional add-ons this dealership makes you pay for when buying a used car from them. The listed price is not the correct price, they add about 5K of additional fees and I'm not talking about the normal license, sales tax and registration fees. I'm talking about the optional add ons other dealer let you say no too like GPS, seat rip repair insurance and other crazy options most people say no too.It's NOT AN OPTION IF YOU BUY THERE CARS. So FYI the price they advertise is not the true price. Beware if you want to go there!!!!

Finding and looking at the car I wanted was all fine as well as a good test drive. The saleslady was nice and felt comfortable. However, the main problem was the dealership trying to add over $4000 in useless accessories you can get yourself for much cheaper or the car has already? Navigation is part of the accessories? Really? The original price it would've been was ~27k after tax. If that was the case, we would've taken it. Instead the they want to add useless accessories and add over $4000 to the final bill. Don't waste your time here. They don't say a word about until it's time to talk numbers. Don't fall for the borderline scam.

Purchase My First Car Here With Gerry (jerry) . He was very helpful & informative & made the process as smooth as possible for me . I was indecisive about what I wanted and he worked with me and was able to show me the deal I was receiving for my vehicle. I love how much he was able to educate me and my family . Visiting this car dealership was the worst I have ever experienced.Firstly, I have made an 1130am appointment with Mike, and upon my arrival, his colleagues tell me that it's his day off and he is not in. Then, a female associate upon my check-in didn't give me her name or an introduction nor was she wearing a name badge to identify who she was or if she was even qualified to sell me a vehicle.Next, as my wife and I go out to the lot to look at the vehicle and are given the keys to test drive the vehicle, it wouldn't start. The female employee at this time went back to the office to get someone to jump start the vehicle. She comes back with a man with a dark-tan complexion, bald with a beard, who "greets" us by speaking in a sarcastic Asain accent in a mocking tone in another Asian language (Chinese ) which is not the nationality we are. We felt racially profiled, mocked, and disrespected and left immediately.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT A CAR THAT THEY HAVE, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THEM!! I don't know how they are still in business with the shady stuff they pull. NOTHING about buying my car went smoothly. I wish I would have never bought my car from them. I'll try to make this as brief as possible, but there were so many negatives about my experience....after showing up there John gets us to go into an office to "talk numbers" making it seem like he's going to work with us on the price. I have my baby with us and my husband is trying to make this quick so he tells them, if you can't do the price we want, that's totally fine, we will be on our way. John tells us he can make the deal happen, but then it turns into over an hour of him going back and forth with his "manager" trying to make the deal happen. Finally, we get somewhere then they throw on the GPS tracker charge, paint protection charge, and window tint charge. These are all absolute SCAM CHARGES. The GPS was an insane amount and why do I need a tracker on my car?

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership. I had the pleasure with working with John and Chris. John was great. I was very indecisive and he had a lot of patience with me and wakes me through the whole process. I love that they offer the extended warranty as it has saved my life in my precious BMW from them. Over all the experience was great and got what I wanted. Great buy!

I have been shopping for a mercedes for month, found one listed on car gurus at west coast.Called them and scheduled a time to come in for a test drive.Everything about this dealership was amazing 5 star service. They got me a better approval and I end up purchasing a nicer mercedes than the one I came originally for.Very happy with my purchase at West Coast Auto.

We just purchased a great car and it was very pleasant working with the guys. John and Patrick were able to get us a great deal and payments within our budget for the car we wanted. They were very transparent about everything and it was an easy smooth process without the need to haggle!

Buyer beware, I went in to look at a few different cars only to be told the price you see isn't the price you pay. They have additional "accessories" that are added to the cars and that's how they make their profits. I still ended up buying a car there only because there was a car there that I wanted that thankfully did not have any added accessory's. I was told that the car at one time did have them on but since they could not sell it so they removed them. Do I think that is true? Who knows with car dealerships you never know what is true or not.Now for the 2nd upsetting part, I test drove the vehicle on Thursday and the car was advertised $19,888 I was unfortunately unable to purchase the vehicle that day since I was waiting for a total loss insurance claim to be confirmed. Tuesday ( 5 Days later) I called and to set up an appointment to buy the car for the next day and was told the price had now been increased to $21,888. When I went in to purchase the car and asked why the price increased $2,000 for a car that had been sitting on their lot for 119 days at that time. I was told it was due to the Autoworkers Union Strike and blah blah blah.At the end of the day they did have the best car for the best price that I could fine even with the added $2,000. Which is why I'm giving them 2 stars, however the consistent bait and switch advertising and marketing plan they use is completely shady. They just want you to get in there and then hit you with surprises.

It was a fantastic experience. Jerry was a relatable, welcoming, and very patient man even though I gave him a rough time, yet he stayed composed and very helpful. Chris took over with the paper worker, and he worked his magic to give me the best car experience I've ever had. I left happy and will be coming back in the near future as long as either jerry and Chris are still there.

But I couldn't stop I Brought 3 cars from Westcoast Auto sales 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo, Mercedes Benz CLS 550 - 2014 MAGNO COLOR AMG TIRES AND!!!!! Jaguar XJL Super Sport 5.0 Not only are you going to get the Warehouse prices But.... You will be treated like family. I cannot get enough of buying cars from them. Reliable low mileage, unique, top quality cars foriegn or American. Bomb asf I'm looking forward to spreading the word out about WESTCOAST AUTO SALES Because they honest people and real business owners. Who thrive off morals and standards. And I love keeping company of real honest people. And low prices.

I don t know my salesman s name but he was very friendly and not pushy. We started by looking at one of there jeeps and immediately had to close the door because it reeked of cigarettes and had clothing in it. We looked at another one that was probably still smoked in but not nearly as bad as the other. He showed me a car that I never imagined I could afford we took it on a test drive and as soon as we got back my dad asked if there was any way we could get it to $24,500 rather than $24,888, he proceeded to tell us how the add packages to the vehicle so they can make a profit. After there packages the price was going to be $32,000. We called before driving the 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and they never mentioned the packages. We tried to leave after that and the finance guy would not let us back out so we went in to humor him. He told me I would have to finance with them gave me a quote for a 72 month loan, and told me they d only get $1700 profit. We tried to leave again after that and again the finance guy followed us to the car and was basically holding onto the door so that we could not leave. They explained that the list there cars low so that they re the first vehicle you see in your search but this whole dealership is a scam and all this good reviews have to be fake.

TERRIBLE experience, I was humiliated by the salesman: "we don't sell car like this, this is a joke man!"I went ~7:30pm and they close at 9pm. A salesman (male, tall, bold hair, black eye, no glass) told me the ford edge I was looking lost the one only key and would cut it tomorrow, and then he just left me with being quite rude.I looked around the car inventory and wanted to look at santa fe, and video called my mechanics friend to discuss (their parking lot has bright roadlamps so we could see well under the hood if it's in a good light spot), but this salesman relunctantly started the engine and would not move it out and left me alone. Later he came back and saw me calling my friend inspecting the car, he said:" we don't sell car like this, this is a joke man!"This guy obviously didn't want to sell me anything and I was shocked he walked away and got me another guy, who is much better in service. The second guy came with the KEY for the ford edge!Yes the first guy might have had a bad day but he made my day bad too. I needed a car urgently and was about to make the deal that night! He totally ruined it.The other salesman called me second day and I told him I already purchase the vehicle elsewhere. On the 3rd day, the first salesman called me, still want to sell me the car, apologized and wanted to make it up, with nothing promised. It was too late.Btw they have the old switch and bite hidden fee as well
