On Friday, 10-27-2023 I brought my Chevy Silverado 2500HD to WestBuilt Suspension. I paid for a leveling kit, wheels, tires, and installation. I arrived at closing time, but the employees were yet to be done at the promise time given. Upon my arrival I observed both employees drinking Pacifico tall cans while working on my truck red flag #1!!I waited outside of the shop one more hour and they stated it was complete and I took my vehicle home. The next day I drove to Beaumont, and on my return to the chino area my vehicle started swerving. I decelerated and felt my driver side rear end fall to the ground. I observed my tire flying past me at approximately 60mph and I swerved off the freeway almost colliding with other vehicles. Thankfully, I or my tire did not hit anybody, or cause great bodily injury.I was in the #3 lane of the 60 freeway westbound, and the California Highway Patrol and Triple A arrived. The officer pointed out I was missing lug nuts on the front two tires. The officer also observed the lug nuts were hand tight and had not been secured properly.My vehicle had to be towed back home, due to the damage it caused. Refer to the photos for all the damage.On Monday, 10-30-2023 I went to the shop and spoke to employees. The employees advised me that the owner would be in contact with me to handle the situation.The following day, 10-31-2023 I spoke to one of the owners who stated they would not fix the damage. The owner stated it was because I did not bring it to their shop for the repairs. Instead I brought it to a more trustworthy shop.I advised him, why would I take my truck back to a shop that didn t do the proper work the first time??If you value your life or the surrounding uninvolved motorists, and want to do business with an honest shop owner, do not bring you vehicle here.I gave the owner an opportunity to make the situation right, but he refused to do so.CHP took a incident report, as well as Triple A both documenting the all four tires had loose or missing lug nuts.Refer to the photos for the damage.Service: Tires

Went in for 4 new tires. I was shown different options for my price range and went with toyos. Great price, truck drives smooth, no issues whatsoever

I was looking for a cover and a lift kit for my Tacoma and found a great deal at Westbuilt. I brought my truck in on a Saturday morning and everything was done in about 4 hours. Very professional customer service, these guys are pros.

Called this place for a leveling kit and they told me they would call back with a quote. They never did. Then I find out they did a leveling kit with tires and rims on my buddies truck and the one of the tires came off on the freeway a day after he picked it up from this shop. The rest of the lug nuts were loose on the other rims as well. So glad I didn t have them do a thing on my truck. Plus the owner wouldn t make it right. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Great guys over there, very knowledgeable, they got my f350 a new set of 10 ply A/T tires and a 2 inch lift, truck is very smooth and works good the random times I go off road with it.
