Great place for wheels and customer service. I have had my fair share of miscommunications mostly on my end as to ETA of stuff but they have always came through and reassured my confidence. I have purchased Heritage custom wheels many years ago and they are still in amazing condition. I also purchased vintage wheels on Black Friday sale with great success.

Got my first set of three piece wheels from these guys. The wheels and fit were perfect as described. I did have to get my wheels resized when I ordered them which took a very long time in my opinion but the end product was worth the wait.

I got sold THREE leaky wheels that I had to all get resealed because these guys are so incompetent and don t know how to seal wheels correctly. When I tried to reach out to them they just ignored me, when I expressed my frustration they just blocked me on all social media platforms. Their once you mount the wheels on tires, they can t be returned. philosophy is utter garbage. These guys need to be investigated for the shortcuts they take because a wheel debeading is a safety concern and could lead to injury or death. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with them and take your business to VR Wheels because they ll actually seal your 3 piece wheels correctly and be helpful if you need customer service.

Wonderful customer service. I had lots of questions when I was looking into a set of wheels and had them all answered. Was even the first to know when my dream wheels came in from shipment. Shouts to Marissa and the rest of the team for hooking me up big time! I love my wheels so much

I was interested to purchase a set of WORK ZR10. Marissa reach out to me and help me along the way. She helped me check if the wheels is in-stock, I have a Stoptech BBK and I was worry the wheels won't clear the calipers. She ask me to send her a template and have it check before I purchase. I m super happy. Everything work out as I hope for. Shipping was way faster then I expected. 3 days it was at my door.Marissa customer service is top notch and willing to go extra miles to help out. Also they are the best price I can find. Absolutely no complaints.Thank you so much Marissa and the staffs at three piece.

I ordered replacement barrels for my HRE wheels. The wait time was reasonable and the parts I received were OEM-quality. The fit, balance, and finish were absolutely perfect. I honestly didn t expect this level of quality for the amount I paid - they literally saved me thousands of dollars vs a wheel replacement or a factory repair. I couldn t be any happier with Threepieceus.

My wife and I ordered some M7 rose gold hardware for her new wheels. When we got the order we realized they sent us a couple M8 bolts. We emailed them to get the correct ones sent back out and it took forever to get them. Now after having them for a little under a year this is how they looked compared to a new one, completely covered in rust even with keeping up with routine cleanings. Never using Three Piece US again, this isn t even my first bad experience with them and I should have learned my lesson.

Horrible customer service. Took almost 2 years for me to receive one barrel. That they had already made for me before. And even after I got them to finally send me my barrel they shipped it to the wrong address even after I provided the correct address in numerous emails. I spoke to at least 6 different employees during the entire situation. Never buying from these guys again. I have better luck buying a set of multi piece wheels from Facebook Marketplace.

I came across a used set of wheels for a great price but one of them was bent, told my self I ll just order a new barrel from here, website at the time had a 6-12 week wait time. I ordered the barrel on 5/8/22 and i wasn t given a straight answer on what the status was or anything through email or calling until finally on 11/10/22 I got an email saying my package had shipped, I feel like if you can t meet your deadlines don t post one and if you don t have an update on the product just tell them don t send open ended responses. Luckily I will give a two star because the barrel was in good condition the valve stem was slight off in location but was the correct bolt holes and held air.

Best wheels on the market!I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for neck turning wheels. They have it all here. Also, did I mention their customer service is fantastic?! Marissa was able to hook me up with the most perfect wheel set up. And if you have any questions in regards of anything, feel free to ask. Their customer service is one of the best ones out there.

Threepiece has an incredible selection of wheels, however it s frustratingly difficult to try and actually buy them. My billing and shipping address didn t match, so I updated it, they would not allow my purchase to go through until they matched.Finally purchased the wheels I wanted. They took my payment, but then I received an email from Marissa Ray stating that I had to fill out 2 additional credit card forms for my order to go through even though they already took my money I emailed Marissa Ray back and asked to cancel my order as to me this was highly unusual. She was very fast to severe communication with me and never responded to my inquiry of when I would receive my refund. Every other person that I spoke with or emailed with at three piece was very professional and extremely helpful.

Knowing very well of what I was getting into when purchasing from the site it felt like a gamble. I ordered a set of 4 rebuilt in stock weds cerb II wheels that all had new lips. Took about 2 weeks for them to ship but understandable due to the holidays and black Friday sales as Jake communicated. I reached out to them the same day I ordered via the chatbot and received a response within about 45mins from him on my questions!I was skeptical at first but overall satisfied with my purchase. I got the rims via Fedex and unboxed immediately. Signs of obvious wear on the hardware, nothing that should prevent me from taking them apart... But I was expecting that. I just wish they would have posted more thorough pics, also the rims are coated in brake dust still.A good polishing would give you guys way better results in feedback! I think you guys put in some serious work that might be overloading your staff or maybe it's just an attention to detail however thanks for the communication and sick wheels!

Not my favorite. Ordered a lip from them for my wheel, took them like 9 months to get it to me. I asked for a refund multiple times after 3-4 months with no update, called multiple times and was ignored. I even had to contact the new owner of my home and have him ship it to me at my new home!!! Sucks when there s not many suppliers out there for this market and the business that is plastered all over the internet served me like this.

Terrible, stay away. I d give them zero stars if it was an option. Took them over a year to make me a staggered set of lips for my 3 piece wheels. Standard size that they referenced so nothing out of the norm or custom. Multiple tries to contact them through this process with zero communication or notification of delays and worse customer service when I was finally able to get ahold of a sales representative in lieu of a customer service rep. No refunds would be issued since it was in queue even though it never started any kind of production process months into my purchase. By far the worst experience and most incompetent company I ve ever dealt with.

Customer Service Was Amazing, Shout-out to the homie Ian for helping me through the whole process in deciding which wheels to get and then through the whole checking out process! I had a ton of questions and he was able to answer them all. Love the wheels i decided to go with and they were 100% built with care and precision. Ordered barrels no warning of 15 month backorder. 30% restocking fee on stuff they don't even have. Waited it out. When I got my stuff the chrome finish was messed up and incomplete. Sent it back 3 months later and it was still trash because you have to do it right the first time. This chrome is incomplete has brown spots from the missing layers underneath, guaranteed corrosion failure. Got a dent in the barrel flange I need to sand down the chrome to fit, what a nightmare! Don't waste your money, this is not a quality company. They have no hesitation to burn customers. Just read their store policy. If you make a simple mistake of different shipping and billing addresses they will "take" the order and charge you 30% restocking fee, they're slimey. Focusing on weird ways to make scam money instead of just selling wheels. Shop anywhere else go to VRwheels or AMCrimhalves. I was warned by others but I thought it wouldn't happen to me. I read their policy in detail and avoided most traps but they still got me on quality of work. 1.5 years of waiting with my car on jackstands.

Worst experience of any company I ve ever had. Improper machine work and refused to fix the issue. Never got my money back and got lied to on the phone, then proceeded to be name dropped on other drivers that are famous that use their products.

10/10 I always find myself either browsing threepiece.us on the can or laying in bed at night and I decied to shoot them a message asking if they were going have any black friday sales. They couldn't leak that information due to insider trading policies which is completely understandable. I went about life dreaming of scoring a absolute dreamy set of SSR MS3's for my whip when I get a text from Zach on November 24th at 11:21 PM letting me know the wheels I wanted were going to be on sale! Let me tell you about the deal I got! 20x9.5/20/8.5 SSR MS3's for $1619.00! YES THATS RIGHT! One thousand six hundred and nineteen dollars! That is $500 more than one FREAKING WHEEL at MSRP! A SET OF WHEELS FOR $500 MORE THAN ONE WHEEL WOULD COST NORMALLY!!! All thanks to a homie reaching out at 11pm the night before Thanksgiving! But wait there's more! The deals were so incredible I ended up buying a second set of 19x9 Trafficstar STR's for $600! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THATS $6500 worth of wheels for $2200! The deals were insane! I saw a set of BBS LM's for $1200! I really had to stop myself because things were about to get real expensive if I didn't put a stop to the shopping real quick! I can't praise these guys enough, the service was top notch, the shipping was super quick from Cali to Maine, Packaging was 10/10, I can't say enough good about my experience with Threepiece.us and they will always have my business.LOVE ALWAYS,JMFP

Make sure you pay close attention to what you buy i d recommend VR Wheels over Threepiece.us this is the second time they screw me over first time was my Medusa Napre the valve stem was on the lip instead of being threw the barrels and into the face you can see on picture one i paid 2.6k for those second time was this week i bought these Weds i thought they were complete rebuilt turns out the barrels were all bent up mind you they didn t even provide pictures of the barrels i paid basically 2k for those and there no return policy they won t even ship my a free barrel cause of that last time i ll be shipping with them

There is somehow no coordination between their website listing and their employees / the people who handle the wheels. I order a set of wheels online, and called the next day to ask a few additional questions about the wheels. The employee who helped me couldn t find the wheels I had purchased. Canceled my order and got my money back.. the wheels were never found. Sorry guys, just need to fix your coordination or maybe rebrand. I m not the first to experience this.

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews, ordered my wheels about 3 weeks ago. They needed to be redrilled, they told me it would take 2 weeks. They were spot on with their time estimates. Received my wheels almost in perfect condition! Nothing wrong with them at all. Customer service was A1, Zach the manager was great! Definitely recommend these guys!

was in search of a set of period correct wheels for my FC, i came across Zach at Threepiece. he sourced me a set of stitch evolution wheels for my RX7 with good specs and within my budget, the process was made super simple by him and the wheels/lips were shipped to my door within the month. thanks for making this a great experience. will be getting my next set from you guys!

Initially the projected wait times had me worried. I didn t want to wait 9 months for my wheels but they DID come. I will say that when the wheels arrived to the states threepiece did a good job of shipping the wheels to me across the country quite fast. Their email response times are a bit slow but eventually they eventually will get back to you. Patience is key here and it ll be worth the wait just trust the process.

Product was received as expected, However communication from the company is very poor. I tried reaching out multiple times just for updates on my order and I got one response from the first email I sent, then never heard from them again even when I replied to their email.I rate it three stars, Good product. However poor communication is what makes me not want to give the 5 stars.
