Third time making a purchase at STG. They have a nice selection of luxury vehicles. I had a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to see. I made an appointment with Danny Diaz. I was able to check out a number of cars considering I only wanted a car in black. I chose the Audi Q3. I traded in the Range Rover. The process was very fast and easy. The car still needed to be detailed and serviced so I picked it up 6 days later. Very happy once again with the service that STG provides. Everyone has been very nice to work with at STG.

2nd time purchasing a vehicle from stg Montclair and the experience was even better than the first . My sales rep. Caesar was very helpful and informative. Going above and beyond to get the most for my trade in, and helping purchase my new vehicle . I am extremely happy with my experience and would def recommend STG to friends and family when purchasing a used vehicle.

Mo and Anthony were really helpful at got me the deal we wanted on the new Infiniti . It was a tought battle working with them but I did get the car we wanted and at the price we wanted . Thank you mo and Anthony for helping us out ! I recommend going to them for your car buying !

Daniel Rodas is an amazing salesman. He is very kind and thoroughly explained my options for new cars. I test drove the vehicles 4 times and he patiently went over the demonstration of each vehicle. My mother came with me as well and he made sure we helped ourselves to any snacks or beverages. My mom purchased her car at STG Auto Group Montclair location as for me I m purchasing my vehicle here as well today. I m so excited to drive my new car and would recommend Daniel for the next step to your new car. Thank you Daniel and STG Group!!

Worst of the worst. My wife and I drove 3 hours to find a 2021 RAV4 Prime. We looked at several dealerships and the vehicle they had in stock not only had 3 different types of tires with different levels of tread the back two tires had nails in them and they had us test drive anyway! The manage not only refused to work with us on price but increased the price. Then had the audacity to say, enjoy your drive home On a great note we went down the street to Claremont Toyota where we found a better quality Rave for $2000 less and 22,000 less miles. I can t remember the manager but he was tall and balding so stay away from him. Below is the photo of the Rave we bought from Claremont Toyota.

I made a appointment with Joseph at STG Montclair and the best help there hands down! I was interested for trading a vehicle, he let me know what it was valued and test drove for what i was looking for. I couldn t do what i was looking for but i still didn't leave empty handed! Joseph was kind enough to help me look for better car insurance rate and was a great help! Definitely, coming here for a new vehicle when the time comes and recommending this place to friends when i hear about car shopping!

My experience with STG felt like I was with a friend. I didn t experience high pressure sales tactics and was overall very relaxed during my purchase. Christopher went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car I wanted at the price I needed. He gave top notch customer service and I will definitely refer others and buy my future cars there as well.

First time at STG and let me tell you it was a great experience. Amazing customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left with a new pair of keys in our hands. They have a huge selection of vehicles available from gas to fully electric. We had the opportunity to select a hybrid vehicle. Smooth ride and wallet friendly, I should add. We had a payment due in mind and the manager did all in his power to work with us and helping us to walk out with a great deal. My daughter, who we purchased the car for loves the car. We highly recommend anyone who is ready to purchase or even sell a car to visit STG before going elsewhere.

Car shopping is an exhausting experience, but STG made it relatively easy. Dante was able to work out a deal that was pretty easy compared to some of the other places I had gone to and continues to help me out even after the sale was completed. Will definitely consider for future vehicle purchases.

First, If I could give more than five stars, I would. My experience with Joseph was above my expectations! My deal was not an easy one for sure but Joseph made it seamless. Keep in mind STG is located in California and I live in Ohio! I spent months navigating all the websites, local dealers, getting turned down due to my less than perfect credit score, or the car being sold by the time I would get there to look at it. I was to the point I didn t even want to buy a car, but I thought OK. I ll spend one more night looking. And there it was! It was the car I had been looking for with the interior I had been looking for, in the color I had been looking for, with all of the options I wanted and it was At STG In California! How was I going to get this car? That was the one. So, I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I did everything online; my application, financing, all the things. I was blessed to work with Joseph the sales manager. Y all he is absolutely amazing from start to finish. He got me a rate that was better than what initially I applied for, and a payment I can afford. He sent me video of inside and outside of the car and has been with me every step of the way with every question, every concern I ve had and he has gone above and beyond in all areas of this deal. I definitely recommend STG and make sure you ask for Joseph. He is AWESOME!

Sales team was responsive and went out of their way to show me only the vehicles I was interested in looking at when I walked through the door. Pricing was very reasonable. I came with my own financing, but the contract process was still quick and accurate. No funny business in the haggling department. Would consider STG for my next vehicle purchase.

Wonderful service, wonderful prices, a wonderful experience. Mo (I m guessing on the spelling), the service manager, took excellent care of my wife and I as we picked and financed our new Volkswagen. Great people, including the salesman whose name I didn t catch but who helped guide us to the car that fit our needs and our price range to a T. To be honest. I have been to several car dealerships and all have been a miss when it came down to customer service.Upon arrival we were approached by Rommie who was very helpful and patient in understanding what our needs were while car shopping.He then introduced us to Ceasar who would be able to further assist us.Let me tell you all the anxiety I have had from previous dealerships had melted away with the assistance of Rommie and Ceasar.They made the process quick and simple. And were able to hook us up with a wicked deal.We will be back when it s time to purchase another car for the hubby. And will 150% recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I had called ahead to go look at, and hopefully purchase a 2020 subaru forester that we found online. We were told we would be able to leave with that car that evening. We drove two hours away to the dealership. When we got there, we test drove the car and it had some issue with the trunk and was beeping non stop during the drive. We were told they wouldn't be able to fix it that evening since their maintenance department had already left for the day. So that car was not actually ready to go home with us that night. They told us they had a 2021 forester we could look at instead. We drove the car, it seemed fine at the time, but we've ended up coming across several issues.When we were discussing price of the vehicle, the dealership employed their typical slimy tactics such as the listed price online being completely different than the actual price of the car, we were essentially forced into paying for tinted windows, and the dealerships own security system which was never disclosed online. The first price they showed us was even more than the car cost when it was brand new, for a 3 year old used car.They told us the car would come with all weather mats, which it did not.The key fob had low battery as soon as they gave it to us.There is damage to the back bumper that was never disclosed to us.The infotainment center is completely broken. We had to take it to a dealership near us and pay $625 to have it fixed.We were overcharged $267 for the registration.They did eventually send us a refund for that in the mail, about 3 weeks after purchase.Overall, we did not have a positive experience at STG Auto group.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Tesla with the assistance of Mina Gad at the dealership. Mina was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. My experience at STG Auto Group was exceptional and far above any other dealership I've been to. Their staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing valuable insights and guiding me through their extensive inventory to ensure I made the right choice. Their staff was patient, and genuinely dedicated to meeting my needs unlike many other used car dealerships where the focus is on pushing for a quick sale. The car also came with a complete service record and was extensively inspected to ensure the car I purchased was in prime condition. This review is specifically about the sales associate Micheal. He was amazing. He spent a long time listening to what I was looking for and helping me find the right vehicle for the right price. This is our second car from here and I'm very happy. I highly recommend if you come to this location asking specifically for him. He's extremely kind and not overly pushy (like many lots I visited).

If I could rate lower I absolutely would. We were there for almost 3 hours getting no where. They took my husband and I license and refused to give them back. we were there for Rene in the beginning but he was busy. We got Cesar which brought us the vehicle we were looking at to the door. We test drove and walked back in to talk numbers. The vehicle was $35k and after everything they said the price would be $50k with a $10k down payment. The Price on the website had a red slash through it which we brought up to him. He then proceeded to tell us that the price is like that because it s always subject to change, but refused to negotiate with us. They predominately spoke to my husband instead of me despite the vehicle being for me. They brought in 4 different people trying to sell us a vehicle that was astronomically over priced than what was advertised. We told them we were not discussing anymore unless we got our diverse license back. They finally gave them back so we could leave. They wasted 3 hours of my time I can not get back. We even offered full payment in cash and they refused to negotiate.

Worst car buying experience of my life.. Avoid this company!! It took a very long time, was unprofessional, incompetent employees in the company, plus they wanted to impose many different services, which would increase the cost of the car by $5,000, but this was not the most critical thing. I asked to send documents to a new address, since we are moving. We talked to the manager and promised to send everything. but they sent it to the old address as if on purpose. How can these people be called competent in such serious matters? How can you treat a client like this??

When buying a car, I often times feel rushed and pushed to buy a car, but today was very different on a very good way. We received an excellent service from Joseph and Daniel. They both are the most kind, well-mannered, knowledgeable and patient sales representative and Manager SGT has. Highly recommend doing business with them, you will not regret it. Will definitely come back again!!!
