My Xterra was having issues no one could explain, not even Nissan. Orr Auto ran the diagnostic and solved the mystery, explained it clearly, and fixed it. They even performed a 50 point vehicle checkup and went over that with me. The price was fair and I received an AAA discount. There's a reason Orr Auto is AAA recommended, they are top notch, honest, and earned my trust. I'm using them again because they've earned my business.

Orr Auto was recommended to me bya friend after I purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider from an online company. I wanted a reputable mechanic to give me a professional opinion during my 7-day trial period. I was impressed with the timeliness of being able to get in the day I called, and my car was ready before the projected time. I ll continue to use Orr Automotive; Lisa, receptionist, and Nate, mechanic, were great!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

I took my car for 4 wheel alignment after tires were replaced and was pleased with my service. Time frame given was spot on and I received text when car was ready. Will be taking my car back when it needs service, as Orr Automotive services hybrid cars and it can be difficult to find available service other that a dealership.

My catalytic converter was stolen. Orr replaced it, working with my insurance even though I'm from out of state and getting it done asap. Everyone who works there is super nice; they gave me rides, gave me a generous deal on a loaner car, and helped me through the whole process. My SUV was in the shop for a upper and lower oil leak and Radiator leak. My apartment was August 21. The shop didn't submit the paperwork until 48 hours, I was Without a car for 48 hours, my insurance require you to submit the paperworks before a rental could be Approve. I called the shop numerous time to asked the Receptionist to submit my paperwork, This person made me feel that I was bothering her. ON August 28 I received a text at 4:15 informing me that my vehicle is ready. My vehicle Radiator fluid reservoir was over filled and the oil was a quart low. I informed the receptionist and she was dishonest, Tell me that the technicians was gone for the day and I clearly see them in the shop. This team is always extremely helpful! They put my mind at ease when I m stressing out about my car! They are communicative when they half to delay because of parts or insurance. But you can tell the hard work that they put in to get your car done right and as soon as possible. I've used ORR Automotive for 10 years since I moved into their area. I trust these folks to be honest and professional. They give me heads-up on repairs that will be needed in the near future but are not necessary now. They take me home when I leave my car and pick me up when my car is ready. While a little on the pricey side, the customer service is great. I had my brakes done and a week later got into a tiny fender bender. I stopped on a dime and just tapped the car in front of me. I was so happy, I called Orr to thank them!

Orr replaced my radiator and made a couple other repairs that were needed for $1400. The first shop I went to (Sunland Tire) started with an estimate for $1700, and when that was approved, increadedit to $4,000 and later $5,100. I just wanted the radiator to stop leaking, not to rebuild my entire engine! They did what I asked and my car runs great, and the lady in the office is really sweet.

They had to replace the throttle body in my car. There were additional issues with the car, but the mechanics were able to get the car running and me back on the road with just the repair of the throttle body. Throughout the process Mindy and her team were extremely caring and helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

Expert service at a LOT less than dealer prices. I rely on Orr Automotive for my car s mechanical upkeep.The friendly staff always make me feel at home. This is the only place I will ever take my car. I used to live in Claremont as a college student and Nate helped me when I was so overwhelmed and getting taken advantage of at another shop. Years later, when my car needed service I was sick of rifling through reviews and decided it was worth the 45 min drive from LA to go out to Orr again. And I am so glad that I did. Mindy at the front is so helpful and knowledgeable. Their system for keeping you updated and informed while they have your car is top notch. There s not a single thing they ve ever recommended that I haven t done or don t plan to do. Their rates are competitive and fair. All of their diagnoses and quotes are spot on, clear, and honest. Needed to have my steering coupler replaced. Not only did they have the best price around, they fixed it quickly. In and out with no hassle. I ll definitely check with them if I ever need future work done on my car. It s hard to find good mechanics sometimes. Orr Automotive is honest, respectful and trustworthy. I feel confident in knowing I will receive quality work anytime I may need to bring in my vehicle. I was informed of an issue that was found when having taken my car in for a different issue. With that, of course, came an unexpected expense. There was no pressure and I was told to just take time and think about it, they would be happy to service the issue if I decided. I m very happy with their service and definitely recommend them for your repair needs.Service: Oil change

The us amazing. I've been taking my car to them for almost 10 years. They are my extended family. I was really let down by my visit to Orr automotive. I went because it had so many great reviews here on Google, but my experience was the exact opposite. My appointment which was estimated to take 2 hours for a simple electrical diagnostic for my front headlight. It ended up taking 8. The girl up front, Mindy was very unprofessional and failed to leave any information about what the shop was to do with my car after she clocked out for the day. If I had not called to check in, I dont believe they would have had any idea my car was still needing to be picked up. Basically the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing here.Service: Electrical
