I was very pleased with the service and oil change package price offered. They will complete a thorough inspection of the car and give you detailed information if repairs/work is needed. I liked the waiting area; Has tablets and games perfect for parents that bring their kids with them, very clean and the complimentary coffee and water is a plus.Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, we waited for an hour and time went by fast.

My service with the team at Metro Nissan was exceptional. My Pathfinder was completed on time like promised by my service advisor Sergio. Sergio is friendly and professional. I might have sold my low-mileage, burgundy 2009 Nissan Maxima years ago but ace service rep Sergio Gonzales and his team of mechanics have kept the car in like new condition. The car has been relatively trouble-free (which speaks to Nissan quality control) but Sergio and his team keep an eye on things. I trust his expertise and advice. He recommended some front end work about 18 months ago which definitely improved handling and performance as did a recent fuel injector cleaning. Service is almost always completed on time or ahead of schedule, and Sergio automatically applies any applicable discounts. (During the COVID pandemic, he drove me to and from my office or my home.) New customer waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Maintenance and servicing of cars these days is as important as the initial purchase. I don t trust people easily, so 15 years of excellent service at Metro Nissan merits mention.

Purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue, Metro Nissan Montclair did not disappoint. Customer service was excellent, professional, accommodating, and welcoming. I recommend this dealership if you re seeking any new vehicle purchases. Process was extremely quick and smooth, I only had to come to the dealership once for paperwork and left with my vehicle that same day with a very low down payment. Definitely will be back in the future!

I came here to get my transmission fluid (drain & filled) on my 1997 Nissan Sentra as well as an oil change. So far Metro Nissan has the best service in my opinion, and I have been to many dealerships! They even put plastic on the seats when they step inside as well as some paper floor mats to not dirty carpet. I will come back here again for future service. They are sure doing it right!

excellent service in sales, but in financing it was a bad experience with customer service, he was very rude and inappropriate, he did not let me see the contract on the tablet, he made me sign it without reviewing it, he did not let me read the terms, and told me that I had complete coverage for 3 years, but I didn't explain that I was paying for insurance. It was really a bad attitude on the part of the financing service.

Let me start off by saying this place is FULL OF SCAMMERS. I am only giving them one star because that is the lowest option. ****Employees Araceli and Richard**** They are liars and CON ARTISTS. My husband and I saw a vehicle we wanted to purchase online, the listing price was a range we were comfortable with and the car was decent.When mentioning we hadn't made a vehicle purchase in a while the salesman tried to convince us that a 10k car would result in a 400$ payment this is without prior knowledge of our credit score. At the start of our visit we were told a different price than the online available price. When we told them that we came in comfortable with the online price the manager became frustrated with us and told us that they couldn't agree to THEIR ONLINE PRICE. We already had a preapproval from our bank with a check for whatever vehicle we decided to get. They continuously told us that we needed to sign the DMV registration but the headline on the paperwork was a credit application with a disclaimer that it was in fact to run our credit report. Which we didn't need because we had already done that with our bank. My husband reminded them that we didn't need a credit application due to already having the check for the vehicle. They again pushed for us to sign the document saying it was for the DMV. These are just a few of the HUGE RED FLAGS that we experienced in our short time at this chop shop. These people are PREDATORY, DISHONEST, and DISCRIMINATORY to minorities. The behavior they exhibited is DEPLORABLE and CRIMINAL. We are considering a LAWSUIT for the mistreatment and dishonesty we experienced here among other things. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!

They will push and push to pull your credit even after you tell them not to. I brought an approval letter to them and they tried to have me fill out a credit application claiming it was for the DMV. Most unprofessional experience I ve ever had trying to purchase a vehicle.

I had a very positive experience at Metro Nissan when I went to get my car serviced. My service advisor, John Williams, was extremely helpful and very friendly. They don t try at take advantage of you. John let me know what maintenance my car was ready for, and what could wait. I will always take my car there for service and ask for John.

I had one ignition key for my 2007 Nissan Murano. .I called Metro Nissan and asked how much it would cost to make me a new key and they quoted me a price over 400 dollars. Well I found a locksmith who made me a new key for 100 even. Needless to say I'll never go to Metro Nissan for anything.

They will waste your time and tell you they have a car that they don t actually have. So you drive hours to come look at the car and then they tell you it sold 5 mins ago. Sorry my dear I might have been born at night but I wasn t born last night. You will not be receiving any business or recommendations from me.

We purchased our car at this dealership and have continued to go back to this same dealership for car services. We have always had a great experience when we take our vehicle in. I would recommend asking John Williams to help guide you through the process because he is so friendly, detailed and works with you to get exactly what you need done, even if you can t get everything done in one visit he will guide you in what is most important to least important. It s hard to find a patient and kind person who isn t full of it or rushing through the process. We will continue to request him for my future services since it makes a huge impact on our overall experience with getting our car serviced. We also liked that they had a shuttle available for drop off ( free) and the waiting room was really comfortable and clean. The women at the front desk were also kind and helpful during the process.

Really nice location. Previously I had taken my car to Duarte Nissan. What a difference!!!! Great service, great communication through text. Ability to approve or decline atonal services. Comfortable service edition area:; tvs children s tablets free coffee clean bathrooms comfortable seating plenty of room. Even a follow up phone call!!!! I will definitely be back

Raj and his team are simply the best! In the current state of the car market where vast majority of socal Nissan dealers are trying to put ridiculous markups, Raj was able to get me a deal on a brand new car that both sides can be happy with. On top of that, it was the most efficient and painless car buying experience I have ever had. The whole car buying process, including a test drive, took less than an hour! Highly recommend going to Metro Nissan of Montclair for your Nissan needs!

John Williams is My Service Advisor now for about ten years! He does an Amazing and Outstanding Job to take Care of Me! Treats me Just Like I m Just Part of the Family!!!!! Always let s me know what is happening with my Car, which I really Like! I come from Victorville to Montclair Because I know John is going to take such good care of me and my car, I m going to get in and out of the car dealership!!!! Prices are great!!!! It s right down the street from me and I ve been looking at cars for the past few months. There was one car that I found that I was interested in and I texted a message via one of their advertisements. I left a message for the sales department and they never responded, so I never visited other than online, but the lack of response was enough to tell me to go somewhere else

As always, I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive from Metro Nissan. This all starts with the serviceman that approachs your vehicle when you arrive. Sergio Gonzalez is a one of a kind. He greets you with a smile and "Good Morning, how can we help you today!" Always a pleasure to work with him from the beginning. Definitely a start of a good day!

Horrible customer service made an appointment and didn't get helped until 3 cars later arrived and were helped first. I spent 15 minutes waiting for them to help. And I was told they didn't see me. Most employees are very rude. Sadly this isn't the first time they are rude.

I purchased a car there on Monday everything was fine 7.99 APR $ 479 payment no extra accessories, I told Julio and sales lady Araceli we all agreed, and then they send me to a financial department Name Jay Noor everything was unprofessional made all paper work by just telling sign this forms are for the extended insurance u will need it I thought it was a dealer offer after signing all documents with out explaining the cost well was my fault too!!! Jay just told me we are done here s your contract.It was add it $5900 more on thing that I didn t request extended insurance- gap - ikon technologies- windshield protection and ended with a 11.2% APR $499 payment may be my credit was low I understand that but no one was willing to help me after signing the contract that s not right I been going back to the dealer for the last first 3 days they don t care nothing they can do!!!I was told by Julio be back in 30 Days we will cancel the gap and extended insurance I hope that isn t an other lie !!! or will get legal advice and will be updating my post for the next 75 month of same as my contract.
