Don't have anything good to say about this dealership.. took my car in for a concern and got it back with damage to my front bumper, called to let them know and the "manager " was supposed to call me back.. still waiting.. would be nice to see what they have to say. Tried giving them a second chance after another issue but cant do it anymore.. dont recommend them.

Very poor experience in customer service. I have been waiting for my vehicle for over a week. I called them back and they explained to me that they cannot replicate the issue and that they want me to come in and try to do it for them. This is not my job to do this but regardless, I was happy to further explain the issue to them if I received a call back. I ve called the manager- straight to voicemail. I ve called several times. And I keep getting told that I m gonna receive a phone call back and I never do. I ve left multiple voicemails and I ve not heard anything back. This management needs some help and the operations needs to improve in order for these guys to stay in business. If I were you, I would go to a local shop and support a business that actually cares that you are their customer. Very disappointed.

Half of the star is for getting back my car in drivable condition. Another 1/2 is for their courtesy of a free tail light.Worst Honda service ever; I paid for services that I wasn t sure they did that or not, dodge phone call(s), pricey for just an inspection service.Malfunction sunroof (inspection) 175$ - was expecting to get it Closed, even if it can t be fixed I will never open it again (happy ever after) and will be so glad for doing that. (Maybe lack of skill????)Oil change and transmission fluid change - can t find the sticker (not even removed old sticker), seems not pay attention to reset oil lifespans meter or maybe they did not change at all!!! God know!Guys,,, pay attention! Have your mechanic friend ready or have your 2nd choice autoshop ready to make sure you really get what you paid for, or not.I ve missed their call around 12 noon, called back around 1, . One of the Most Super super busy Honda Service in the whole US; even you beg them oh hey,,, I want to pay my bill please lol.My review is solely based on Malfunctioned Sunroof check, engine oil change and transmission fluid change.Conclusion- had 3 services.. Zero satisfaction

Hi.. I dropped off my car at Metro Honda this morning for service since 7:00 AM and no one has called me back. I called about 10 times to follow up, and everytime, the girl send me to a waiting line and it gets disconnect. I called and asked for a manager, but was sent to voicemail as well. It seems like this Metro place do not care about their customers at all. They work as though they are robot. Same transferred calls every time. Even when I asked to speak to someone, I got transferred again to the line. This service is so bad!! Can't explain it anymore. I am writing this through service to see if anyone will respond. It is at 2:26 pm now.I was finally able to get someone at 2:45 PM. His name is Jim, the service guy that I dropped my car off to. He came online and talked about a fix that was week. When I dropped off my car, I told him that the part they suggested had been replaced. He didn't take any notes down. I'm sure it does not 7 hrs to check to see what is wrong with the car. When I dropped off the car, I told him that I needed him to check why all the lights come on and noise on the engine.This Honda place is the worst of them all. The girl who picked up the phone works like a robot. All she does is trasferred me to the same queue. I called transferred to the manager service and all I got is his voicemail. I asked to speak to the president and all I got is his secretary's voicemail. Metro Honda sucks!!!!

Be careful when Purchasing a Honda my Son gotten an accident over 4 months ago and the repair shop still has his car because of Honda not delivering a part. Hes got no customer service from the corporate office and no word on when the part will be available meanwhile it's cost him thousands of dollars in rental car fees and lost of income This is just a heads up they won't return calls they don't do anything not saying it's a dealer' fault it's corporate office. They shouldn't be allowed to sell cars that they don't have backup parts for It

This is the 2nd time i make an appointment and was told i have to come back because they don t have the parts. Why would anyone tell me to come for an appointment when they don t even have parts in stock. Ok you made a mistake the first time(no you didn t you have incompetent people working there) Now you insisted i needed appointment with sufficient time to order parts but yet you don t come through and now you wasted my time again. No longer doing business here at metro honda

Service dept is great and friendly. Parts dept on the other hand. Not sure if there's different people back there but the guy I got seemed like he hated his job. Overall never really have a problem there

This review is soley based on buying a used car. Its been about a year since I bought my car from here. When I first came to look at the car the price was $4000 more than what they had it listed online. Such a disappointment they would, really colors people's impression when they basically lie about the price online and ends up being something else in person.I really wanted the car and seeing how I drove down 6 hours to look at it, I negotiated the price down a bit until I was happy with the price point to purchase. I drove it all the way back home (6 hours) to find out that the tail lights weren't turning on at all. The fact that that this slipped their inspection was not very assuring of my recent purchase. It took me 4-5 days of calling to finally have someone talk to me about what they could do.I had to drive back down for one day for them to fix it and then drive back up.Honestly, a terrible experience overall purchasing a used car. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me not so much.Be sure to check their actual prices by calling ahead and self inspect any used cars your buying extremely close!

I bough a certified user car two weeks ago and had charging system problem light show up. Israel was understanding of my frustration and despite not having an appointment he was able to have fix the issue and have the car ready the same day. I went to look at cars yesterday on my own and was planning to purchase one. However, I was met with fast-speaking, self-centered rudeness. As a doctoral student who studies psychology, I must say that there was little, if any, attunement. Possible buyers should never leave a place crying. Please do not create a power dynamic between you and those seeking to buy cars from you where you are unable to hear no and attempt to force your sale onto people. It is inappropriate. Slow your rate of speech to match your clients, use active listening, and hold space with patience and kindness. We are not all the same people walking through your door, and you need to understand this.Service: Auto detailing

Estela Pulido Avalos was my advisor, and she was very professional, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable, if she did not have the answer, she went and got it! I appreciate the honestly and the transparency that they provided with my diagnostic service, even though I am down in San Diego, they took care of the 2017 CRV that I towed in diagnosis, got me the answers I needed! Left a phone message at approximately 5pm for the service dept regarding a 2017 civic with a/c issues.No one has call me back and it's been over a week. The car was taken elsewhere and already repaired. Very poor service in my opinion.

I just repaired a rear-view mirror, and I need them to take photos of the insurance company. I haven t repaired it after 4 days, and I won t give replacement vehicles.
