Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and have kept coming back because of the excellent customer service provided by Justin. I have brought a few cars here, as well as some friends, my dad and relatives who have all returned because of Justin! Recently though I've discovered that he no longer works here which is disappointing. Turnaround times on cars can be a hit or miss, but it's a hot location that's more or less walk-in based and we've never had any issues with our cars afterwards. But he made the stay worth it! I will be finding a new shop closer to home as I would drive out from Valencia just for his customer service.

Went in to see availability for tires and ended up purchasing through Just Tires. The staff was quick and professional. I also got an alignment and Manny was on top of it, he made my truck feel like new going down the road. Definitely check them out.

We went in to have our tires checked because the light kept coming on and off. The employees were friendly and professional. The store was clean, and the waiting room was clean.Our issue was resolved, and we were reminded that since we bought our tires there, we should bring in our vehicle to be checked monthly. This a great service they provide.

Today My wife and I had an Emergency need to have Our tire Fixed on Her Cayenne. Called this Location to get Help and Received a Nightmare Experience they Couldn't Help Us once we Got there and Once they Couldn't Make the Sale..Guy Became Vary Unwelcoming and Vary Disrespectful with his UnProfessionalism..(DONT COME HERE!!) SUNDAYS NEED HELP

I used to take my PT Cruiser here for years and never had issues. Now I have been taking my Trax here for 4 years and still FANTASTIC service every time! Took my car in as a walk in for an oil change just before Memorial Day and they not only fit me in for an oil change, cleaned my air filter system out just in time for summer, and recently a fast food chain had spilled a huge cup of soda into my drivers side all the buttons were sticky I had been unable to get it completely unstuck and they got it cleaned out, they work perfect again, I didn t even ask!

I have several cars that have been serviced by Just Tires in Montclair. Every time the service has exceeded my expectations. Paul is an honest salesman that will give it to you straight and tell you exactly what your car needs. He will go beyond the call of duty to make you happy! He and all the staff are all great people! I highly recommend!

Just took my 2020 Ford ranger in for an alignment. I purchased a three-year plan and I m very happy with the service today. Justin and Joseph took care of me. Justin was very friendly and got me through the process. Joseph did a great job in a line in my car and making it right. I would highly recommend them.

I called Friday to see if they can check a tire and they said that it was ok to brig it Saturday morning but when I GOT THE THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE CLOSE BUT IT WAS OPEN AND THEY MAKE ME DRIVE ALK THE WAY FROM THE HIGH DESERT.

I spent over $800 on 4 new tires w/insurance. Few months later went in 4 simple flat repair, guy says due 2 nail being in wrong place tire was beyond repair & I needed new tire. I was happy 2 have purchased insurance because one of the benefits were new tires of equal value at NO cost if mine were not repairable. Conveniently 2 them they NO LONGER carried those tires & I would have 2 PAY 4 for a new one & offered me a discount. DISCOUNT NOOO I refuse 2 pay more $$$ & asked 4 any other tire brand as long as it fits if course, they refused.. Well I Left pissed off w/same nail in tire because they refused 2 even repair.. drove few miles down 2 another tire shop wich was repaired in minutes. many months later same tire is running great it has taken me 2 Las Vegas 3 times, work in Los Angeles back & forth everyday errands. As I read their reviews these people seem 2 do it often... very unhappy/unsatisfied. Will never step foot in this rip off place again

I got help from Justin at this location after hearing some funny sounds from my car. They took care of all of my issues the same day! Very quick and thorough service, I will definitely be going back!

While my car was being serviced here for an existing contract, another patron shared that no one should expect much attention from the in-house staff if one doesn't intend to make a new purchase. He nailed it, from the get-go when these two members at the front counter came into sight, one middle aged, another reaching the threshold as a social security recipient. They both looked like had a long day, or worse the long night still carried in them. Despite it s early afternoon, with most of the car lifts empty, these duo were wearing a grumpy face, as though hinting why anyone would be encroaching their tranquility and calmness on a rainy and supposed easy day. More pathetic, when I was ready to exit after the service was done, they staged more bizarre acts, lecturing on why my tires are in their last leg, and how uncommon the spec of the tires are for my aging car, trying to promote their balloon-priced overstock. Even though they never uttered any pleasantries or even spared a smile the instance I stepped foot in this premise, having the dare to muster some attempt to make a sniper sale to a lucky candidate on a stormy day!

Always great service when I come here for my vehicle alignments. Been taking 2 vehicles here over the course of 5+ yrs. Online appointments are easy to make, and checking on is always quick and easy as well. The service techs are always friendly, and always make sure your vehicle is worked in a timely manner. If there are any delays, they are usually very upfront about it.

Had to have a tired checked and went to Just Tires in Montclair today. While there had the pleasure of meeting Paul, Tamika and other members of their team. They re outstanding in every aspect of customer service. I d like to express my appreciation for such a positive experience. Thank you.

Mike and Jason were a great help and they got me squared away with a flat tire issue I had with a rental. More importantly, they did this on a Sunday when most dealers, rental car locations, etc. are closed. Even though the shop is understaffed like a lot of businesses, I really appreciate Jason keeping a calm and cool demeanor despite the barrage of impatient and difficult customers. The team of guys working were professional and worked efficiently and diligently to get cars finished quickly. Given the shortage of staff across all businesses and the need for places like this on the weekend, just budget to spend more time to get something done when you arrive.

Great customer service and honest about the waiting time which is rare at any place of business. I went for a nail in my tire and a rotation, the manage gave me an estimated time and met it. Other places I ve gone to tell me 1 hour or 2 and I end up waiting 5 hours, not being able to plan the rest of my day. These guys at Just Tired are top noch and the manager is extremely personable and professional. Multi tasking the whole time in a timely manner that still made all the customers including myself feel attended. Thank you. I will definitely be returning!!

Paul took care of everything from the beginning. He welcomed me with a happy good morning. He didn t had the tires I was looking for, so he recommended a similar tires for the same price, and rebate. The mechanics guys are so nice. I didn t wait to long for the whole process. Also, he took care of the rebates as well. I m very pleased with him. Thank you Paul you are the best.

Not Paul, but the other guy said he'd call me when the vehicle was done. He never called. I just finally came back after 3.5 hrs for the oil change to see that it WAS done.I've dealt with Just Tires for yrs and literally only 1, maybe 2 employees at the front desk are legit. Small things matter, they show ones character when they think no one is noticing.This company has real organizational, behavioral and cultural issues. That's why they shut down La Puente location and the Azusa location. Im sure supply chain issues are partly to blame, but these front desk agents have poor character.I'd like to see improvement in the long run. Good luck.

Jason Wheat provided me with excellent customer service. I came out of Best Buy and I had a flat. I took the the tire off and took it across the street to JUST TIRES and Jason helped me right away. He even went above and beyond by offering to help me get back to my car so I didn't have to carry my tire back! Thanks Jason! Keep up the great work JUST TIRES!!

I like the service there. The price is too high there. The place is not very clean there. The restrooms are nasty in there. There is enough parking place there. The neighborhood it's good. Not too hard to find.

Got my tires in installed in September great customer service...different manager of course...fast forward 4 months later had a leak in one of tires took it in they sprayed tire instead of taking it off to check it...they said we need a new tire couldn't fix...we leave and go to garcias off of holt...they remove the tire and the leak is in the middle! $20 to fix...moral of the story...support the mom and pop shops!

Weird to say but this is my favorite tire changing place? Lol. Always good customer service and am usually in and out under an hour when I've made an appointment. Recently, the manager, Jason, saved me like $200 by remembering that I had gotten the road hazard insurance when I had bought the tires when I went in to replace the flat. I've always had good experiences here with tire changes and repairs.Would recommend you call ahead and make an appointment. Waiting room has good AC.

Jason, the store manager, was completely pleasant and helped me a ton. I did not feel overcharged, in fact he did everything he could for my budget. I will be recommending Just Tires to everyone who needs tire service or oil changes.

By Far The Best Experience I Had Getting My Car Fixed IN A WHILE . The mechanic Manny who was working on my car made everything very clear on what was needed and what was going wrong . He Was Completely Transparent throughout the whole process. And I couldn t be more thankful for that : And the New Manager Jason Wheat is astonishing ! He Made Me Feel Confident The Work Was Going To Get Done, Efficiently ! Great Dude , Super Nice , definitely a customer first type of guy . Whatever You re Looking For , Make Sure To Check This Place Out ! Great Service All Around !

Great customer service! The manager here helped check my tire pressure himself. Unfortunately I had a flat tire with a nail embedded. He helped me fill the pressure anyway so I can get back to my own mechanic. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot my problem without trying to push a sale. Awesome guy!

Wow. Best tire change experience ever. Getting a flat tire couldn't have gone better! Jason, Joe, and the whole stuff were kind, knowledgeable, very efficient and quick. Although it is stressful and a bummer getting a flat tire I immediately felt taken care of and was back on the road in no time. Thank you Jason for taking care of me and Joe for changing my tire so quickly! I will definitely be referring people here for their tire needs!

Made appointment for 10:00 am. Got there at 10:29am. When I checked in, I found out the following. Appointment means nothing. You are still put in order of your check in. That means everyone is a head of you with or with out an appointment. The information you provide on your online appointment form will have to be inputted at the store. So a waste of time inputting the information on line.

I've been a customer for several years, and have been satisfied each time, whether buying tires, having a leak repaired, or swapping tires between cars.The staff are always helpful and polite, and have a strong customer service attitude. Prices are good, too.The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is that one time the manager on duty (not the regular gentleman) billed me for an optional roadside assistance plan that I did not ask for, and did not want. But overall, I'm glad these guys are in business.
