All the visits in the last 2 years going here have been great. I visit at least every 2-3 months for oil changes. I am generally in and out in under an hour and sometimes just 35 minutes. The customer service is excellent and all folks who I have interacted with are polite. I wish their prices were more affordable though. Nonetheless, definitely a place you can rely on for oil changes.

I went to another Jiffy lube n was told they didn't have my filter n said sorry, went to this location and was told they didn't have the oil n filter for my vehicle BUT said if I could wait, they'd order it and do the oil change... much needed oil change, so I was very grateful and content with the service

Not the jiffy lube service that I am used to getting bad experience from when I got there waited about 15 minutes before I got any help then she tells me to drive in the garage I have never been told that. Worst experience ever I have dealt with at a jiffy lube. They didn t top off my fluids make sure after you from you check your fluids no air check as well no vacuum nor windows clean. Until next time jiffy time to look for another oil change company .

Upon arrival, I immediately felt an unwelcoming feeling. I came an hour before closing, and they employees working did not say one word to me. I noticed they were annoyed that cars were still coming in. The employee rushed the job and wasn't even going to reset my computer for the oil change until I reminded him. My visit was very unprofessional and I won't be visiting again.

Good work and team by Anna, Jonathan, Ricardo, and Alejandro. Services received: Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed, front wiper blades/refills replaced, oil and filter changed.

Very fast and super friendly service. They even helped me putting on my rear blade on for free which I bought somewhere else. Anna was very kind and helpful. Reasonable pricing for synthetic oil change for my KIA $94

Overpriced brake changes when bringing own brakes etc... they charge for mores than it takes to do the job, and on last oil change they didn't put the oil cap on right it leaked all over the engine and put the front of my car

I decided to go to Jiffy Lube in Montclair off Holt Blvd to have my Ford Explorer. I normally take my vehicles to the dealership. I was not disappointed we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Hanna was very kind and communicated with me throughout the whole process as I needed an engine filter in addition to the oil change. Prices were fair and customer service was exceptional!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The professionals who helped me last Friday (2/3/23) helped me 1. change my oil & oil filter 2. change my transmission fluid 3. fill my antifreeze coolant 4. and rotate my tires. Great service! I brought 2 cars there yesterday. My boyfriend s car needed 4 new break pads, oil change, fuel injector cleaner, check engine light reset, air in tires, tires rotated & a sensor replaced. They did all this in about 3 hours. My car needed an oil change which they did in 15 minutes. Our cars are purring like lil kittens. Definitely going back!

I had called to book an appointment and found that they operate on first come first serve. So I swung by after my son's football game on a Saturday and they didn't have a wait time at all. Came in about 830am and left at 847am. One person was pulling out just as I came in so there was almost no wait. It was so quick I didn't hardly have a chance to get comfortable and use the free WiFi.Its a new location in a decent area so everything is nice and clean. There also doesn't seem to be much traffic there yet which is great because I'm an introvert who doesn't like to wait around. Some of the staff is new so there was a small error quoting the services I needed but it was quickly corrected.

I went in for an oil change for the engine, and somehow they drained my transmission, then overfilled my engine. They noticed a mistake and didn t tell me anything and try to fix it without me knowing once I caught it, they told me what had happened and that they were correct in it Regardless they need to be a little bit more careful because now I don t even think I have the correct transmission fluidServices: Transmission, Oil change

I live in upland, but will make this location my "go to". Reason being the staff is very professional, courteous and are about getting you in and out.The young lady who waived me into the work space talked me through the whole process and seemed like the team leader as she managed her team as they got it done.I know jiffy is pricier than most, but for the service, courtesy and professionalism i'll gladly be a regular here.John.....

Quick Service but Half done feel like my windows where wiped down with the closest oil rag they had available and the vacuum that goes with the oil change didn t even look like it was plugged in or wasn t suctioning or something $80 oil change n that w a $15 coupon maybe because I was trying to save a lil $ they feel I didn t deserve the full service Service: Oil change
