Won the "Nail in the Tire Lottery"!! Stopped by and Gavin was on it immediately. Tire was not savable but he was able to save me money on a new set and get me back on the road just a few hours later. They prefer you make an appointment but also know how real life works. Stop on by. You can thank me later..... Ask about that lifetime alignment special. Crew is awesome!

These guys are great! Had a flat on New Year s Day and found them at 4:55p (5 minutes before closing) and they took me in and fixed the flat. What a life saver. Can t thank them enough.

I came into Firestone and was greeted with a warm welcome from Gavin who I felt patiently listened to my car concerns. He was very professional and made me feel reassured that that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this location and Gavin's service to anyone in need.

I recently visited Firestone to get four new tires installed before our holiday travel. While the overall experience was positive, there were aspects that left room for improvement.The process of selecting and installing new tires was straightforward and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable, helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle, ensuring a safe journey ahead. However, the experience was slightly marred by an issue with a wiper blade installation.Shortly after the service, I discovered that the wiper blade was incorrectly installed, necessitating a return visit to the store. While the staff at Firestone promptly fixed the issue, the inconvenience of having to return and the lack of any discount or compensation for the mistake did affect my overall satisfaction.Despite this hiccup, the quality of the tire service was commendable. The staff s professionalism in handling the situation was appreciated, though I believe offering some form of compensation would have been appropriate.I give Firestone a four-star rating for their good service and professionalism. However, I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their service quality and customer care, especially when errors occur. I would still recommend Firestone for tire services, with the caveat of being vigilant about the quality of the installation work.

Had a blow out from a pot hole at 4pm. Couldn't get to Firestone until around 530, which they closed at 6. Nolan Ryan told me on the phone to just get there and they'll take care of it. When I got there they said they were backed up and I'll probably be there until 630. At 534 they drove my truck up all repaired. Great customer service.

I had a flat tire that was unrepairable. They ordered a tire from Riverside. The job was done at two. I'm very happy. My old tire was purchased at Firestone and it only has 5,000 miles. So they gave me some credit too!

Their expert advice helped me make the right decision to purchase the right tires for my vehicle based upon the freeway accident that led me to the Firestone station in Montclair, California. I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM on a Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, and AC check. I told the guy my AC was blowing warm air. It was busy, but luckily I had an appointment. He said it would be two and a half hours or so. I walked around and talked on the phone. Came back 2 and a half hours later and my car was still out in the lot. They hadn't even looked at it yet. They took it in shortly after that. A few minutes shy of 6 PM a guy calls my name and says they didn't have time to check the AC. He said the manager authorized a discount for me due to my patience. I didn't check the receipt until I got home and the paper said they did not rotate my tires, but the email invoice said they may have done it. It said NO CHARGE, but that's just an invoice. The handwritten receipt looked like a mechanic was using it and I bet that is a more accurate representation of the work performed. They also charged me $21.99 for an inspection I didn't ask for. When all was said and done, I spent five hours on an oil change. They lost at least two customers over this.

We walked in this morning without an appointment to check our tire which had been slowly loosing air for two days. This location was booked with appointments, but the guy in charge, I believe his name is Nolan, he was awesome. He said that he would squeeze us in as soon as he could. We were able to get in and out of there within two hours . And this was without having an appointment. Our tire issue was covered under the warranty so everything turned out great.Thank you, Mr. Nolan and teamService: Tires

Only come here if you want to wait 4 hours. They are the slowest repair shops around. Even for a flat tire that most other places you re in and out in less than an hour, Firestone will always says 3 hours or til end of day. Avoid this place at all costs. America s Tire just up the street is much faster and friendlier service. They actually have several employees working unlike Firestone that only had 3.

David was absolutely amazing and helpful. My tire was flat and had a screw it in and David was able to identify the issue right away and recommend the correct tire without hesitation. He educated me with my options and took care of the rest. He is an absolute professional and extremely helpful. They are efficient, I was in and out in no time. I can t say enough good things about David and this place!

I made an appointment for my Lyft inspection, I had never been to a Firestone before.... Had had them done else where previously..... Nolan was the best he made my appointment had me out sooner then expected... Excellent customer service... Five stars for Nolan =)

Firestone in Montclair was AWESOME David was professional, honest with the work that needed to be done, he made recommendations but didn t get upset when I said not this time . He ended up doing the job I needed and I was VERY satisfied. I appreciate his professionalism and business. I didn t have a great experience at the Firestone in Upland with Chris(kept adding services to my bill that I didn t ask for, and got visibly upset when I said no to those services), so this was worth the drive and my time.Service: Brake service & repair

Friendly staff, they patiently explained all the work that needed to be done to my car. I didn't feel pressured to do all the work they had recommended. Very efficient mechanics and staff. I came in without an appointment and they quickly started working on it. I would definitely come here again.
