Great work! Alex was a pleasure to work with! My car looks better than it did even before the accident! Can t praise them enough! (In my case the other driver s insurance took care of 100% of the repair cost which was the cherry on top!)

The Montclair office and shop they gave our care the best care the customer service was great Kenny was awesome. They where prompt on due date and informing you by texting u what they where doing to the car I loved that thanks caliber collision

From a friendly hello upon drop off to a very warm thank you when i picked up my vehicle. Perfect all around experience. True professionals from front office to the personal that performed a perfect job well done. Cant think of how it could be better. This is the best customer and repair experience i have ever had. I would definitely recommend them. Alex kept me updated on my car and finished it before due time. And even after I got my car, I had a small problem that wasn t related to the bodywork. They kindly help me and fix the issue. Thank you..

Great work! Customer service is excellent. Handled everything with my insurance. Kept me updated twice a week on my cars progress. Delivered before the estimated delivery date. Car was clean.

Excellent very professional. Great communication skills, timely return. Excellent body work couldn t tell anything ever happened. Positive experience with everyone at Caliper a kind gentleman even helped me make a coffee for the ride home and gave me a bottle of water. Everyone very kind and made me feel special. In the aftermath of a car accident, my Telluride ended up at Caliber Collision Montclair, by way of multiple other Calibers. Besides doing a fantastic job repairing my Kia Telluride, Kenny Potashnik & his team (Managers Marcos Macias, Fernando Macias, as well as Jose Sanchez, Santiago Resendiz, Dilan Martinez, and Frank Barajas) demonstrated a level of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and customer support that is unfortunately increasingly rare (almost non-existent) in this society. A situation arose in which Kenny could ve easily dismissed me & my concerns. But instead of taking the easy path, he did the right thing and handled the situation, even though he/they technically didn t need to.It is frustratingly difficult to find trustworthy professionals these days. But I can definitely say that Kenny & his team at Caliber Montclair displayed true integrity. And I am beyond grateful (so much so that I m taking the time to write a review which is something I VERY rarely do).

Noe was my Rep and he did an amazing job of getting my car done in a timely manner, and as per usual I love the lifetime warranty I get with Caliber. Everyone was so kind and courteous. I do recommend this location for your auto body needs!

Caliber is the best,my car had some rodents get into the engine bay and mess up some electrical parts I had all the lights on on the dash and the car wasn't running right I was worried it would need major repairs but the team at caliber really set my mind at ease. They explained what they where going to do to the car what it would take to get it back in the road. They took really good care of our car and kept us updated on the repairs and when we would be able to pick it up. So happy to have our car back and thank you to Marcos, Nolan and the whole team at caliber collision

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the location in Montclair, CA. Upon returning my car, I noticed dashboard indicators were on, and my steering was also affected.I completed the survey and worked with Edgar at the location mentioned earlier. He was no help; upon asking for his supervisor, I began to work with Kenny due to management being unavailable. He was a great help; he scheduled me to come into my local repair shop in 29 Palms, CA, where I met with Kyle.Kyle took my vehicle to diagnose it to ensure I was taken care of. I left disappointed due to my indicator still being on and steering highly affected. He was willing to accept the risk associated with me continuing to drive it. I communicated that I felt unsafe because I had to go across the country. He recommended I follow up with the local Caliber Collision upon reaching my destination in Quantico, VA. I have since had significant issues and almost lost control of my vehicle while driving across the country. I need assistance ensuring my car is repaired correctly. It sucks knowing at the most negligible levels representatives are not carrying your brand in the manner in which you advertise. Willing to disregard the risk and accept liability, not ensuring I left in a vehicle safe to drive.Update 9 January 2022: I was contacted by Jason, a regional manager, who provided assistance with getting me prepared to have my vehicle repaired at the Caliber Collision in Dumfries, VA.I have made contact with Catherine at Caliber Collision in Dumfries. I dropped my vehicle off on 9 January 2022 to be ready for them to resolve my issues this upcoming week.This has been a hassle and a huge stressor going into a educational course with a very rigorous curriculum. I hope this issue is resolved without any further stress.

This is the second time we have taken our vehicles to Caliber Collision and we were not disappointed. The customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately, this time the vehicle was a total loss, therefore no repairs were made. However, the shop kept in constant communication with us all the way till the end and they even gave my dad a ride home. They went above and beyond. I completely recommend them.

Noe,I turned in my car with it looking a hot mess and it was returned to me as if it was the day I bought it. I appreciate all your help with the repairs and updates in the meantime. If you need someone to treat your car with care, come to this shop. You will not regret it.

The whole team at caliber collision inland empire was amazing the whole entire process. I would like to give a big thanks to Bianca R, for making the process enjoyable, and worry free. My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing short of great, im am really pleased with the way my vehicle turned out. The highlight of the experience was my service advisor Noe, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed with the progress of my vehicle and that i was satisfied with the end result. Noe made sure to address any worries I had with my vehicle and he always assured me the issue would be addressed and always followed up with an update and he did so in the most professional manner. Over all 10/10 experience with Noe and the team at Caliber Collision.

I recommend this Caliber location to anyone that needs repairs after an accident! I was treated very well here and my vehicle repairs exceeded expectations! I was given a promised completion date and it was completed within that timeline. KENNY was the person in charge of my repair, he was extremely personable and always kept me informed of the process of my vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned inside and outside when I arrived to pick it up. In my humble opinion, it s rare these days to come upon great customer service but this Caliber Collision location was a pleasant experience all around and I recommend them for any of your vehicle repairs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
