Went here yesterday with my parents to get them a new battery for there car. Marcus was extremely helpful and informative, he helped us choose a battery and make the right decision. On top of all that he even installed the battery with smile the whole time! Amazing service at this auto zone and from him! Will for sure be coming back to this location for all my needs in the future. Thank you marcus!

Do not recommend coming to this AutoZone! Yes the store is clean but it takes a lot more than a clean store to bring customers in. The guys there barely help and the guy with the tacky blue hair doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Honestly go to another store or go to O'Rileys!

The young man who was helping me find a fuel filter he didn't think they had one there so he called every store within 10 miles looking for one,,, the woman who worked there thought she seen one a couple weeks ago... She looked and looked and found the filter,,, good job,,, friendly and great people this is now my new store...

They are awesome!! What was going to cost me $69.00 dollars at a mechanic shop only cost me $12.00 dollars! The workers at Auto Zone really care about helping you. They changed both my car headlights for Free! Since I was already there, I needed windshield wipers so I bought those too. They Also put them on my car. I also buy my car indoor filter at Auto Zone because they replace it for me. The prices at most mechanics shops cost me about $29. 00 dollars . But at Auto Zone the cost was $12.00 and that included installation. I love Auto Zone! If you a girl and need extra help, with your car, like me the employees at Auto Zone are their to help you. They have done many things to help me with my car for many things.

Love the Customer Service here and is the reason why I come back to this Autozone!! The guy in the colored hair was very helpful and went out of his way to get a part I needed that wasn t at the store !!!

AutoZone is a great store for anyone who needs parts for their vehicle. The store offers a wide variety of parts and tools for cars, trucks and SUVs of any make and model. All of the products I have purchased from AutoZone have been of excellent quality and have worked perfectly on my car. Also, the staff is very helpful and they always make sure I have everything I need to fix my vehicle. Another positive aspect of AutoZone is its loyalty program. With each purchase, you accumulate points that you can redeem for discounts on future purchases. This is very valuable for those who make frequent purchases for their vehicles. Overall, I highly recommend AutoZone for their quality of products, customer service, and loyalty programs. It is definitely a store that I will return to for all of my automotive needs.

A man named Marcus was extremely helpful. I felt embarrassed and dumb for asking questions that it s common sense to have an answer to, but Marcus was very informative and helpful about everything. He made the whole experience easy for me, and helped me out a lot with not only fixing my car but with my purchases as well. Super trustworthy, honest and respectful. Will definitely be returning here. If you see this Marcus, thank you again. Genuinely appreciate your help!

Employees are rude and unhelpful here. Especially the girl with the deep voice and the big guy with bleach blonde hair! I watched them refuse to walk 20 feet to help a customer and being condescending trying to make the customer feel stupid even though the customer was actually right! Ridiculous

this location is one of the worst location I have shopped. the store is well socked but the service is horrible. the crew just don't care, from the floor manager to store manager. When leadership is this unprofessional the crew will follow their lead. don't waste your time here there are many other locations willing to help.

I love Autozone but this is the worst location. Went there to get my battery checked because we had to jumpstart it. They told us to turn it off so it could be tested. It turned out to be good but low on the charge. Then they couldnt jump start us so I had to walk the parking lot asking customers for help. Staff could care less. Must have been 6 employees there and one girl was doing all the work. Everyone else seemed to be hanging out.Don't go to the Montclair location.

I needed to replace my power steering pump that went out, I didn't end up having the receipt and after speaking to the store manager Richard he did let me know that I would need my receipt or figure out what account they put my part under. I ended up going to the store and even though Richard was no there to assist me, the staff David C in particular went above and beyond to find my transaction I HIGHLY advise when going there asking for Dabid, even when it looks like he's having a hard time finding something he is very persistent and does not give up on the customer at all. It felt as if Richard gave up on helping me while David helped me to the fullest THANK YOU!!!!

I stopped by AutoZone today to have my battery tested after I was told it wasn t starting without jumping it. Robert, the store manager, promptly assessed the battery life and found out that it was the corrosion on the cables. He cleaned the cables free of charge! A wonderful and quick resolution when I was unsure what to do! Highly recommend this store and team!

I asked for a fuel tank gasket,grommet,seal,o ring from fuel filler pipe to gas tank...they did NOT know what i was talking about...i called the other Auto Zone and they knew and ordered it for me...i was charged $26.00 + tax...a bit mor than it shud be ( $12.00+tax )...i may not shop at Auto Zone anymore...some place else charged that...

Well went to AutoZone to get a part for my vehicle I need it to borrow their diagnosing tool which they advertise the young kid behind the desk told me he didn't have one and just stood there staring at me I argued a little bit and told him I needed and that for him to check finally another person came in and they said yes they have one loan it to me went outside and tested my truck came back in and purchased close to $200 worth of parts. I wonder if AutoZone know some other guys act like that kid I rather go to one of the other places there's an O'Reilly's just around the corner from every AutoZone Napa. And these days people forget to treat their customers good we are the ones that are paying their paychecks AutoZone is losing one more person. They're so big they probably don't care I'm just one guy.

Just an honest warning! These guys have absoulety no clue what their doing here. I mean if they actually type in the computer and go by what it tells them. Don't ask any questions that require thought because their answer will be "I DONT KNOW" Even the store manager has no clue. OMG! If you happen to get the district Manager don't expect a better out come because he can't remember one day to the next what he tells you. My advice to you if you happen to still shop here is get everything in writing. This place is a 3 Ring CircusWith the Clowns behind the counter. Personally I now shop at Rockauto.com they nail it every time and prices well there's no comparison. My part thru Auto Zone Montclair would have been 189.99 before tax. Same part including shipping and handling and smooth transaction $68.43. It took Auto Zone Montclair 9 days and ordering twice plus a Migrane, don't ask the Manager why, don't ask the District Manager why they won't have an answer for you. If I was you I'd run as fast as you can away from here and just check out Rockauto.com on line. Their prices blow AZ away, as does their customer service.
