Angel helped me select a new battery for my van and even carried it to my car. Service was quick, polite, and helpful. Would highly recommend this location.

The manager Eddie C. was a truly huge help. Came out and looked at my strut with me and walked me through the problem as well as showed me the part I needed. He is knowledgeable and professional but it also felt like he was a friend helping me with my car. This guy needs a bump in pay and his own store, he clearly is passionate about what he does and autozone would be stupid to let him go.

This place is a joke. The least helpful staff, unwilling to help, they didn t seem they even know about the merchandise. That s how you lose customers,hiring the bottom of the barrel. Do better Autozone.

This place is awesome. The young man there was polite, very knowledgeable, helpful and he figured out our problem and didn't quit till we solved the problem and gave us a great deal. We saved money, was treated like we were his top priority. I can't stress it enough. This place is a life savor ! Thank you young man that helped us get home safely! .God bless you...

Excellent customer service!! Came in late, almost before closing and had a difficult battery to replace. Delfont and his coworker quickly solved the issue while all other auto service stations were closed. Truly appreciate this team!!

8 guys there and all seem to be lost . I ordered online and called right after to see how long my order of 5 items would be ready and guy said 15 min. I showed up 1 hour later for worker to tell me I have wrong store so I showed him email with there address and about 10 min later he finds me and says not ready . I told him that I called and worker said 15 min and that it s been 1 hour so he patiently and slowly starts picking my order while there was about 8 other customers waiting and only 2 workers on register. All the occasion workers gave look like if highly stuck up . So unless your white and don t mind waiting and waiting than definitely go to 8780 Central Autozone .

Robert B. The store manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole team has a can do attitude. They helped me get the best battery for my car and installed it. He even pointed out something loose on my hood and helped with that as well. Customer service like that is why I choose AutoZone

Great help from Karen and Francisco!! Karen helped me look for an old 1996 part and Francisco helped with my AC Issue. I actually have to say that O enjoyed spending time and Cash at this Auto Zone...Great team despite the store being busy.Thanks again.

This store is amazing I went in after being to several autozones in the area 5 to be exactly and to be given the wrong part every single time until I came to this store and cullin The manager at the time was literally the best customer service I've ever had in all my years of coming to autozone not only did he help me locate locate on my vehicle where I need to find the exact part but he helped me cross reference and go through and show me examples of a different ones That were available to ensure me and make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I received the correct part this man clearly needs a raise clearly It's people like that that keep people like us coming back keep it up but you're awesome

Great experience! I was embarassed to ask about changing windshield wipers, yet the employees were very helpful and showed me how to change it! They also answered several questions regarding my car, thank you! Christopher was very respectful, great customer service! Thanks again! Will come again!

The purchase and replacement of the car battery was fantastic at Autozone. Beats the bloated and bureaucratic process that is currently in play at Honda dealerships and the application of their "100 month warranty" with excuses and exclusions to not honor their warranty... Dealer: "Our [Honda] warranty on batteries is nationwide but only if you buy it from the Parts Department so if you bought it from Service it has to go through Service".... ME: "Soooo... it's not a nationwide warranty then, is that what you're saying?" Dealer: "No, that's not what I said, if you buy it from Parts then yes otherwise you have to go through Service if you bought there." Me: "I see, OK, 'whatever, dude." In short, terrible experience with Honda and it's dealerships on battery warranties. With Autozone it's different, they offer a 3 year warranty with no fuss or hassles. I will buy car batteries from Autozone from here on out.

The employee who helped me did not understand when I was asking for a 2010 Prius engine air filter. Yet he brought me an oil filter so when I said nevermind that part and ring me up for the rest because I will be going elsewhere where an employee will understand what I am asking for, that employee straight told me to have a good day and put the rest of my purchase away.... Then when I called the store manager and Andres answered, I had explained the situation how I have given this store several attempts and they have not been a good experience he then to say sorry before he hung up the phone. What horrible service all the way around. What a way to lose business.

Amazing Service! Jazmine answered the phone Very Professional, & took time to look up my warranty for my brakes. She must have went through 7 different phone numbers before finding me in the system. I was ready to give up, & she wasn't she started typing in my first and last name. Then I realized what phone number I had the warranty under. Jazmine never seemed frustrated nor was she impatient! Thanks Jazmine for your Excellent Custoner Service!

Got what I needed but John Kim was very rude and stated he had a PhD and knows more about cars than I would also while talking he farted and tried to play it off with a cough... Not cool

There were lots of help but they gave me the wrong paint color for the scratches in my car but that wasn't their fault I can't figure it out either have to go to the Toyota dealer but they were good
