I like to think I take care of my car with routine maintenance and brought my 2014 Audi A6 to Zack for an oil change, an issue I was having with car stalling to start and my display screen not working. Zack was able to diagnose the issues and fix all the same day. He s very knowledgeable, an honest guy and was very detailed in explaining what was going on. I live all the way in Inglewood and it s hard to find a trusted mechanic but happy with the services I received. I will be back. He even followed through with a text to ensure car was running good a week later. Thanks again!

The best experience of repairing my Audi with people who really care about it. Fair breakdown score, good prices and amazing service. Zach is really attentive and trustworthy, he provided me with various solutions to my problem and told me about every step. I highly recommend it!

Great little shop! Honest, knowledgeable and lastly capable. I took my car to the dealer to which they could not or would not fix my problem. I bring my car here and car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner with communication on any progress or delays. Would recommend and return business.

If you are looking for a real German car specialist, look no further. Peter is German, from Germany and is dealer trained, certified and experienced. Even certified on EV and PHEV. Best part of this shop is that they won't overcharge like the dealer. They tell you what work actually needs to be done and charges you a reasonable price. Don't go to a dealer and get ripped off. Bring your Audi, Porsche, VW here to Zape and get better work and better service.

I was looking for a shop to install my aftermarket clutch and was browsing the web and found this shop. Decided to give it a try and stopped by since its about 10min away from me. BOYYY was i lucky to find this shop!!! Peter was great and straight forward. installed my clutch and had my car the same day. Other shops i had called said it would be two or three days but i needed my car sooner to get to work but Zape Motors had it the same day. What i liked about this shop is that they give you details about what they did. Definitely coming back for any work i need done!!!

Brought in my Bentley not too long ago. They gave me pricing breakdowns, charged a competitive hourly rate, gave alternative parts options, provided part numbers, performed diagnostics, sent borescope footage, wrote all of my requests down to not miss anything, and even charged for labor by half-hour increments where applicable to avoid overcharging. Look forward to and feel comfortable bringing my Bentley back soon.

Approximately half a year, I came to Dusan with 2002 VW GTI 1.8T. It had issues with rough idle, random stalling and low power from the engine. I looked him up and he was near by and had great reviews. I now see why his customer gave him great reviews. Dusan is very knowledgeable about my car. He kept my car for a couple day to do some indepth trouble shooting. Dusan cleared all the faults in the car and even did the smog check as well!! It was running GREAT now.Fast forward to recent times, i decided to remove the throttle body for a cleaning because it had a rough idle. After that, the car was displaying all weird and erratic symptoms. I took it to Dusan for him to work his magic to re-initialize the throttle body. He pretty much remembered me, I don't know how, but anyways he fixed it and now it s running just strong as before!!I recommend him for anyone who wants a trusty technician and will keep you updated on all the details of your car. His inspection of the car is way more thorough than any dealership i've been too. GREAT GUY AND GREAT BUSINESS ETHICS!!! It also says a lot about the guy when the neighboring shops says nothing but good things behind his back!
