I ve been a Hitch Depot, a family owned/operated, customer since 1994. I appreciate the expertise and years of experience provided by Bill/Charlie. I fully trust the knowledge and materials used to service all of my trailers and RV. I m glad to know Charlie will continue with the business after the retirement of some family members. Keep up the excellent work Charlie!!

Paid $1500 for a ladder rack including labor for my 2022 tacoma. Looked great for about 8 weeks and keep in mind I don t even put ladders on it (I just use it to strap my deionized water tanks to) and the paint was coming off of rusted metal within 2 months. It was clearly very rusty when it was painted. When I called to complain I was provided the manufacturers number who said it was hitch depots job to fix it. I am disappointed to say the least. I would only use this as a back up option if you REALLY need a rack asap. Good luck!

Best price i could find for my hitch with harness. 2022 frontier. Dealer wanted over $700 just for hitch and wiring. I paid was less. Guy at front counter he used to have a blazer is dope!!!!!! Love this place will be come back life time customer from now on!!!! Thanks a million

I walked in looking for a tire and rim for a trailer. I wasn't geeeted. However, I did notice that the gentleman who helped me, whose name I didn't ask, was well focused on what another customer needed. When he helped me, I noticed that he went above and beyond to ensure that I got was I looking for. Unfortunately, he didn't have it but he gave me the name of a place to go. I was pleased with his attention to detail. GREAT customer service!

Used them many times over the years for multiple vehicles and trailers. They do many things well beyond hitches. They always take care of my needs quickly and effectively never letting me down. Their prices are reasonable especially when considering the the quality of their work and years of experience behind each of their people. If you need maintenance, repairs, or upgrades related to towing you can't go wrong going here.

They have pretty much everything to rebuild axles and wheels and brakes on most trailers. They're not an RV trailer Service Center but more of a construction or utility trailer repair and parts facility. Welding and Fabrication on site, wiring, lights, hitch installations, lumber racks. Been around a long time and I've been going there a long time. They have always treated me right.

This place is awesome. I scheduled an appointment in advance, they knew who I was as I walked in the door. Got my new trailer hitch for my RV custom built and installed the same day. Great people!

I just went there to have a towing pigtail the repaired for me checked out when it wouldn't work at home. Charlie was extremely helpful and corrected a problem on my truck and it turns out the pigtail they had repaired for me was in perfect condition. Charlie went the extra mile and I'm very grateful to have found such a great company to do business with!

Bought a 2 inch hitch and had it installed on a 2020 subaru forester. Very professional job of install and for less than 1/3 the cost of what subaru dealer was charging. I scheduled an appointment to get the installation done and service was completed within an hour of arriving.. Very happy with the install and quality of hitch and highly recommend.

Great service and installation. Had some electrical problems pop up and I was able to have my mechanic fix it and they reimburse me for the bill

They installed a trailer brake controller in my silverado. Super quick and clean work. Charlie was a super cool dude also.

Great experience. Given a price Saturday, hitch install only, same price when I went in.($100 less than a co in ontario i tried) Quoted an hour but probably 30-45 minutes really. Excellent cust service, friendly, helpful. Had info on 5th wheel hitch (inquired about) for me when i came back to pick up my truck. Lots of part for trailers too. Will be back.

Had another place ( rack attack ) install my hitch only to have issues with my exhaust causing vibrations and making my car almost undrivable. After two attempts of them trying to correct the issue I gave up and took my car here. Within thirty minutes the issue was resolved and my new car was functional again. My mistake was not taking my car here to have the hitch installed in the first place. Cannot say enough about their skills and experience. Would never considered going anywhere else. If you want it done right the first time come here!

Started having problems with my brake lights turning on. Took apart my cargo area only to find a extremly botched wiring job. Not only did it destroy my original harness but they left wires exposed. Installing a hitch on subaru outback should've been an easy job, these guys decided to try to reinvent wheel. Expected work like this to be done by u-haul, not an "experienced" company.

Excellent service. We had an issue with our trailer and they fixed it same day. No issues ever since. These guys are legit professionals. I highly recommend this spot.

Friendly, fast, prototype service. You need a hitch modified or made to fit your rig, or a change, adjustment, or just a new setup? This is a family run, friendly business. Hard to find these days, the people here know hitches and hauling. Stop in and get your trailer problems resolved.

GREAT people!!! Family owned for generations. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Charlie spent a lot of time explaining to me what to expect in towing my Abarth behind a Thor Citation, and I needed the tutorial!You should be extremely pleased using The Hitch Depot. I'm in La Verne and Shawna really worked around my hectic schedule to get me in and out quickly. Will definitely use them again as needs arise, and will refer over anyone else who may need professional hitch installation!!!!!!THANK YOU all so much. Gary Charlebois
