This review is for a maintenance (service) visit, where I was helped by Jaime Vega. This was my first time at this service center, and I was pleased by how the visit went. Even before the actual date of service, I had talked on the phone with Jaime to discuss pricing. He was very straightforward and genuine, plus very prompt with following up when I asked him to look into price matching another service center. On the day of service, he continued to provide excellent communication and gave timely updates regarding the progress of the service. From start to finish, a 5/5 experience.

I cannot remember the exact names of the individuals who helped us. We have been to this dealership two times and have had an excellent experience! This past visit was on 1/19 and I went in with my toddler due to my car battery dying. The gentleman who assisted us with such a gem, he was very understanding and worked quickly and efficiently to get me and the little one out of there. In addition, he appeared to understand the issue well enough for us to not have to leave my car overnight. He was very courteous and efficient. I am glad I have this close by Subaru that I can bring my car to as I was originally going to one further away. These guys def deserve more good reviews.

I used to go to Glendale Subaru to get my car serviced, but staff there haven't been that great so I switched to Monrovia location. Upon arrival and checking in, Rafael had been very welcoming and friendly. He answered all of my questions and concerns even though he had more people to see. I felt like I was cared for well and he took his time to address any concerns I had! I highly recommend Rafael for being an educator and a great spokesperson for providing exceptional customer service!

Jaime Vega did a conscientious, thorough job of completing the maintenance service on my Subaru Crosstrek. He updated my telephone numbers, and called/texted me when the service was completed. Overall, Jaime is an excellent service employee and I recommend him without qualification!

Service rep Veronica Rios was super efficient managing a visit for routine 18k mile maintenance while I waited on-site. Well worth spending time to type a review to say so. Couldn't be a more pleasant experience.

Sierra Subaru has an excellent service station. I made an appointment and Veronica Rios helped me as I explained the issue with my car. The waiting area in the service station was nicely furnished and stocked with coffee and snacks. Once my car was ready, Veronica explained the technicians' findings and how they fixed my car's problem.

Always a friendly staff and do the best they can to make sure things are done right. Rafael Ibarra is usually the person that helps me out and he recently help me fix/replace a faulty radio I had on my Forrester. He got me a loaner since the shipment can take several weeks. I got my car back last week and everything seems great so far. I know if anything comes up, both Rafael and Sierra Subaru will make sure it is right.

The service at Sierra Subaru is so much better than other dealers we have used in the past, that we drive well out of our way to go here. Yadira Cedillo helped me on my past two visits and she is friendly and extremely helpful. I have definitley become a return customer.

This dealer is very reliable and satisfying. I've been a customer since 2017, starting with my first Legacy and then with my second Outback, all maintained and repaired at their place. I recommend Jaime Vega - he's very knowledgeable about cars. Every time I visit and explain a problem with my car, he accurately identifies the issue, especially with Subaru. Most importantly, Jaime is not only professional but also courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this dealership, and suggest you look for Jaime when you visit!

As always, Jaime provided efficient, informed and friendly customer service. This time the service center was unusually crowded but Jaime provided the same excellent service and answered all my questions and made timely suggestions for keeping my mountain loving Subaru Adventure ready. Kudos to this excellent Subaru Service center and to Jaime Vega .

Veronica Rios gave me and myNew Subaru excellent service. I dropped in without an appointment because of an issue with my alarm and she immediately got me in to check out the issue. She was friendly and efficient and Subaru of Monrovia has a great waiting area.

I've been to Sierra Subaru for service twice now, and both times have been excellent experiences. There's often a long wait, but the staff does a really great job of estimating your wait time and keeping you updated so nothing is a surprise. I worked with Yadira Cedillo both times and she's always kind, courteous and efficient. She makes sure I have everything and I need and takes the time to answer all my questions, I really appreciate her.

I can't recommend Sierra Subaru Service enough! I took my car in after a check engine light went off in what I thought was simply a sensor issue that would take a few hours to fix. I soon found out it was a more complicated issue and I would be without a car for a while. Veronica Rios, the service advisor I worked with, made a stressful situation less so. She helped me understand the issue with my car and my options, kept me updated on the status of my car, and got me into a loaner car as soon as it came available. I have never felt more taken care of! Veronica was knowledgeable, communicative, understanding, and solutions oriented!!! Thank you again!!!

Antonio Sandoval, the service manger, has been very accommodating in several situations with my vehicle from providing a loaner car to providing excellent customer service when there was a mistake made by the dealership - accidents happen, and we all know that. The great thing about Antonio is that he realizes that and makes it right with the customer. Excellent service all the way A+A+A+.

Getting my car serviced is usually a chore but Sierra make it as easy as possible with prompt attention upon arrival, excellent advice and explanation of options from Veronica Rios and thoughtful follow-up. Frankly couldn't ask for more.

Jamie Vega is and has always been very pleasant and seems to be a caring person in that the customer is please, informed. However, I don't know about the mechanic for leaving their phone in my car. Jamie was calling to let me know. I was over half way home had to turn around and go back. Was not a happy camper after spending over 3 hrs waiting for my car.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was served by Rafael Ybarra. As always, I am treated with courtesy and am never pressured to repair something that doesn't need immediate repairing. I have no complaints about the service and no complaints about my car, a 2021 Subaru Forester, which I bought from the Sierra Subaru dealership. I'm a happy customer.

I had originally made an appointment to have a part replaced because of damage done to the original. Unhappily, the part wasn t in stock when I arrived for my appointment. I was very disappointed since I had made an appointment specifically to have that part replaced. Jaime Vega understood my predicament and said that he would order the part and give me a call when it came in. The best part was that he said I could come in anytime, and he would personally put the part on for me, no waiting. Which is exactly what happened. I really appreciated Jaime Vega making the dealership s mistake good. I know mistakes can be made, but what I value is how they are taken care of. Thank you Jaime Vega.
