*AMAZING*The Mrs conned me into going to the dealership to look at POSSIBLY getting out of our CBS '21 Crosstrek Limited and getting a Forester. She knows me and right away starts looking for a Crystal Black Silica Wilderness Forester.Enter Jeffrey Stevens. He walks up just beaming with positive energy. He greets us, asks what he can help us with, and goes on a hunt for our "POSSIBLE" adoption. I'm thinking there is absolutely no way there would be one (I secretly built on the Internet two days prior) on the lot. After about 20 minutes, Jeff comes out with keys and says, "I think we have one in the other lot." We get in a Forester, which he let's me drive, and head to look in the next storage lot.We get in a lot two minutes away and boom, there it is! EXACTLY, how I would have ordered it if I could have. Long story short, Jeff worked out an amazing offer and we happily adopted our new @Raven.Subie a 2023 Subaru Wilderness Forester. We are looking forward to all of the new family memories we will create because Jeff and his team did all that he could to get us where we wanted to be.Thanks Jeff and everyone Sierra Subaru of Monrovia for helping us keep the adventures going strong!

I leased a 2024 Subaru Forester. The agent, Michael Conquilla was wonderful. I took a test drive in the Forester & Cross Trek, but chose the larger Forester. It fits in my garage. The color I wanted was the color of the one I test drove. So I took it with only 22 miles on it. Michael was great - patient & knowledgeable, answering all my questions. All the staff were friendly & helpful. I highly reccomend Sierra Subafu for purchase or lease.

Worked with Joshua at Sierra Subaru. What a great experience! Buying a car can be so unpleasant, but everyone including finance made our experience simple and was such a pleasure to work with. Used the AAA car buy service which added another layer of simplicity and saved us money including our after market add ons! We will buy from this dealership again.

This was my first time buying a Subaru. Edgar helped us order a car & it came within the time given, 6 weeks. We are more than happy for the helpfulness we experienced at Sierra Subaru.Their Love_Encore program where they have you come back and have any unanswered questions with Dominick was very informative. I learned some things & met the Sales manager Alex who was very nice. All & All our experience was hasselfree & I would recommend Sierra to all my friends & family

Bought my '21 WRX a few years ago and have had nothing but 5* service. Got a deal on my car at a time when other dealers were marking up. Got more for my trade than I was expecting. Oil changes always on-schedule or completed early. Super friendly. No attitudes. Will certainly buy here again as long as they continue to offer the same quality of service.

If I could I would give zero stars. I bought my car in 2020 and also bought gap insurance. I cancelled my insurance in 2021 and a few months later even paid off the car. They never gave me a refund. I filled up multiple times but gave after a year . They kept giving me the runaround saying I have wait . However they are quick to ask me to trade in my car and purchase services from them. Those emails and texts don t stop.

Fantastic and seamless purchasing process with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable on the features in the 2024 Forester. We felt relaxed and reassured throughout the process. The financial process with Tanya was fantastic, she explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable asking questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!My experience here was exceptional !There s one very kind gentleman named BRANDON MAYA that works there which I definitely RECOMMEND going to see and purchasing a vehicle with,He s very informative and patient with his customers.Answers all questions and suggests different alternatives to buying a car even if your score isn t that great.Service and environment is very tidy and inviting.Didn t take all day (like it has for me in other places) I felt my time here wasn t wasted and even though it was busy I felt attended to and valued as a customer (which honestly you don t get much of these days)Good job SUBURU for hiring people that actually love their job and gives their work place a GOOD 5 on their reviews!

My daughter wanted to buy a Subaru 2023 Crosstrek for my granddaughters. We used all the available search engines to find local dealers and dealers around the state. We decided to purchase from Subaru of Monrovia. Our Sales Consultant was Joshua Villena. The dealership had a large selection of Model Year 2023 Subaru in stock. Most of our communication with Joshua was by text or email. We settled on a price before we visited the dealership. We arrived at the dealership a little late on a Sunday night.All the paperwork was ready when we arrived. There was no deviation in the agreement we had made with Joshua. The Finance representative didn t try to sell us a lot of extras that we were not interested in. She did give us a lower rate than our Credit Union. We drove the vehicle off as the sales team closed the dealership for the evening.

Visited 5/27/23Adrien was on time and did not disappoint (unlike other dealers I had visited that same week)He had the car pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived.During the test drive he was very pleasant and informative.-NO hard sales pitch-NO uncomfortable pressure-NO shadinessHe sensed I was interested and said lets talk numbers and get an idea of where I stand.Gave him a number I was aiming to pay monthly and after just 30 minutes I was signing paperwork!I feel like I got a great deal, not to mention the transparency and confidence he and everyone involved instilled in my purchase.I felt like they genuinely wanted me to leave happy and satisfied.So if you're looking to buy or lease do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Adrien!

I HIGHLY recommend Sierra Subaru of Monrovia which gives me satifaction each time I do regular maintenace here. Best part is the expert-honest unchallengeable diagnosis. I have, not once, found that they erroneously diagosed or overcharged on repiars, this is beacuse I have independently verfied repairs needed, since I have an independent help from an area service manager of a different car maker. Mgr Joe West is a great service manager at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia.

My family and I were in the market for a new car and had been shopping for quite some time and tried multiple other dealerships with no luck. After seeing an ad on Facebook I called Sierra Subaru. At first I spoke with Leo who was very attentive and listened to what I was asking for. After agreeing to a time my family and I came in and were greeted by Shanye, from there she guided us through the leasing process with ease. Shanye was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were leasing and its features. From there we worked on the financing and paperwork with Tanya. Tanya was polite and fun to finish up our transaction with, she made things very clear and cut through any red tape. After the sale was complete Andrew the sales manager and Shanye came out to wish a farewell. Overall this was one of the best car purchase experiences I ve had, Sierra Subaru will be my first choice for a car in the future.

After getting a service done I received a text telling me my car required sway bar end link replacement and throttle cleaning that would cost close to $1K. I declined. I took it to a trusted, independent mechanic who asked who told you that you needed this? There are no issues. Watch out for these guys!!!

okay dealership but service department needs a lot of work.I took my brand new Crosstrek for a service and was underwhelmed. Lack of amenities whilst waiting for the car to get serviced.Staff were coughing and visibly sick with flu like symptoms. To top it off they didn't even offer to wash my car, despite other cars being washed. When I asked why others have had their car washed they said it would be another 45 minutes to do it!

We enjoyed our sales experience with Michael Conquilla as he is very friendly and quite knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles. There wasn't any sales pressure in purchasing our Outback Touring XT, an important factor in our decision as we disapprove of high pressure sales tactics. We are slightly bias with Sierra Subaru of Monrovia as we purchased a Subaru Outback XT three years ago from this dealership. On both occasions, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

He worked on my deal from a position of sincerity, was on top of it until we arrived at a position whereby I could drive to Monrovia.If you need a vehicle, go here first and talk to Josh!

Not sure how all these 5 stars are even real!!!Bought a 2015 WRX in late 2014 and remember comically how back then the three salesmen that teamed up on me to try and pressure me to drive the car out of the show room were commenting well we can t be sure this car will be here if you go back home to look over your finances and I replied that it didn t matter cos if it wasn t there then they d just have to order the car in whatever specific color I wanted and have it delivered anyways..I ended up buying that car anyways and the following years had poor service with their maintenance dept for things as simple as an oil change.Fast forward to now. I recently had an accident that totaled that car, check in hand from my insurance office I email regarding a used WRX they had listed on the site for 19k. Brilliant! (I HATE the way the 22 and 23 look) They confirm it s still available I call for a shuttle from Pasadena Progressive to there as I ve done previously with no issue. There guy is off apparently. So I Uber over there at my expense and immediately the high pressure sales starts. Provided no carfax and gaslit about the features that are busted in this car. Oh that s a plastic part they all burn out like that re: the engine cut out - my car was older and didn t look THAT mangled! There aren t any LEDs on the gear shifter, you can see that on the console there ARE SUPPOSED to be LEDs on the shifter bro.. I look it over and want it anyways even tho it ll cost me a bit to fix up some of the uglies.. I have a check that more than covers the listed price and also have a pre approved bank loan just to know what my financing would look like should I choose that route - the salesperson insists that I see what financing thru them would look like and reluctantly agree. *Note I have NO IDEA how many hits they put on my reports but my credit score just took a huge dive for no reason at all other than this one occasion!! Then here s the real kicker - bro comes out with the financing and casually drops that the price is now actually 38k FFFFffffffTHAT!!!! We haggle it down to 28 which is still massively overly blue book. I go outside to talk to my dad because I can t believe they re trying to make me pay for their additional security system (they said it would cost them more to take it off than for me to just pay for it) and the special protective clear coat on this seriously janky wack paint job and knowing I d still need to replace the LEDs inside and completely replace the engine vent.. they send out no less than four people to take turns interrupting my call every five mins or so until they send out a fresh finance guy to come out and level with me that they re not gonna budge a cent below 28k so I say cool thanks for wasting four hours of my life tonight. The financing they offered me was also WAY beyond the 6% my bank pre approved me for so they were only ever looking to do themselves a favor by generating more of my money via their secondary revenue stream. Looked on the website because I couldn t believe the actual audacity going down and they changed the listing price from 19 to call for price! Total bait and switch, high pressure, BS, tacky old used car salesman techniques.They literally tried to make me feel like a beggar for offering 24k in full/no financing - the higher end of the Kelly blue book MINUS their surprise add ons to drive off the lot that night. Not possible they said. Miss me with this nonsense and I will NEVER step foot in this business ever again not ever recommend anyone to go there - even an enemy! Lost a customer FOR LIFE! I have no idea how a business survives running like this!! I m embarrassed for y all.Found a better WRX in Riverside County a week and a half later for 18k that was newer, more features, pristine condition, squeaky clean carfax ready in hand in addition to their own internal multi pt service inspection, premium sports package, and upgraded sound system, spoiler, tech, and tints. And oh yea coincidentally in EXACTLY the specific color I wanted to start with! Wild lol
