I ve had the pleasure of having Jonathan Jimenez be my service advisor several times now. He has been able to make everything go as smooth for me as possible . He has gone above and beyond especially this last visit while supporting me with barriers that have come up related to the extended warranty. He has always been respectful and friendly and I truly appreciate the kindness especially when the last thing anyone wants is an unexpected car issue to arise.

When I come in to get my old 2011 Infinity serviced Jonathan Jimenez is always welcoming and helpful as if I just bought my car. He listens to my concerns and gives the best advice for my budget being everything is so expensive nowadays. I really appreciate his honesty and generosity. If I had the extra cash coming in I would definitely purchase a new car at this dealership.

They were very straight forward with processing the purchase of the new car, not much hassle and very willing to work with me. Guillermo was very responsive and very transparent about the options and the price of vehicle. Mira was who helped me finalize the paperwork and was very informative and kind, very pleasant exeperience. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was the walk-in to walk-out time was a little bit lengthy, but to be expected when buying a car.

Sierra Infiniti has giving me the best experience/service overall with any other dealerships I ve dealt with. They (Benjamin G) are fast, attentive and the waiting process ain t a bother when you they offer a comfortable waiting room with a coffee and tea bar. The cleanliness is at a 10.

Amazingly quick service. We were in and out in less than an hour, as a walk-in and that included the oil change, washing the car, and putting on my license plates. When I used to take my car to Infiniti of Ontario minimum time for JUST oil change was 4-5 hours with an appointment! I LOVE the staff and service at Infiniti of Monrovia. They always go above and beyond!! Benjamin was awesome!!

I had a great experience having my car serviced due to the superb customer service professionalism provided by Benjamin Gutierrez of the Service Department. Benjamin was very helpful in getting my routine service maintenance done efficiently, along with diagnosing some minor mechanical issues I had. He immediately ordered the necessary repair parts for the repair and made special efforts to insure I had transportation while my car was being repaired. I have been coming to this same Infiniti dealership location for over 15 years for service. However, when the dealership changed name and ownership twice recently, along with different staffing, I was afraid service quality will be compromised and didn t know what to expect. However, after my favorable service visit experience recently, I can recommend Benjamin Gutierrez as your Service Advisor at the new Sierra Infiniti.

Benjamin Gutierrez was very understanding and pleasant. After completing the service on my car. He explained everything that was done and then he flipped the paperwork over and show me that my car was in great shape. He advised me to continue with my service appointments and to keep coming back to the dealership. I appreciate the service that I get at Sierra Infinity.

I made an appointment with my service advisor Jonathon Jimenez. He greeted me and discussed the service I had requested. I also needed brake assessment and Jonathon added it to my request. He offered a ride if needed and gave me an update on the services being completed and when the car would be ready. He was friendly and very professional.The waiting area is comfortable, clean and water and coffee are complimentary. There is also a vending machine for snacks available.This is my go to dealership for service.

My car needed routine oil and tire service. I also had a slow leak in one tire. Benjamin Gutierrez was helpful and professional. He took care of my issues efficiently. My tire needed to be replaced because of the damage, and he showed me the damaged areas on the old tire. He was also able to provide a loan car. This is important to me when it's more than just a quick service.

We were really happy with the service that Jonathan Jimenez and Sierra Infiniti gave us and our 2014 Infiniti during our recent car service. The car has over 100k, but we love the car. Jonathan was friendly and clearly explained the servicing that was scheduled and other items we needed to be done and why. Car service was done ahead of schedule and runs great! I have been having my QX60 Hybrid car serviced at Sierra Infiniti in Monrovia for at least 4 years now. I am so happy with their service on my car AND Customer care service. They are to notch and I especially appreciated working with Benjamin Gutierrez. He was very helpful at getting my car in quickly and serviced so I could be at another appointment that day. He went above and beyond to make that happen. Just wanted to thank him again and Infiniti of Monrovia for great care and service.

Had low voltage and strange issues w battery not charging properly. Was concerned about returning to HG Greg as my past experience was not pleasant. However this experience was the opposite , Benji was polite, knowledgeable and took time to understand my concerns. He also knew Ali had a business trip I needed to complete locally and he went out of his way to find me a loaner to make my meeting. I came in to have my visor on the driver side fixed, they replaced it very nice I m happy. They took care of some recall incidents. Check the transmission no problems with it at the moment, it checked out excellent. And picking up the car the car was washed it was clean. And they left me an estimate for the left driver side light fixture. I was surprise 2500 for the complete light fixture. Overall very nice experience. Veronica was excellent, very informative. Providing me with good service purchasing a ride home and back to pick up the car that was excellent.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
