I recently purchased a vehicle from Sierra Infiniti and was very pleased with the service they provided. Guillermo Murillo was very informative and helpful while assisting me in choosing a car that I liked. The whole process was very easy and went smoothly, and I did not feel as though I was being pressured to purchase a car from them. He was cooperative and gave us the best possible deal. Overall great customer service. Definitely ask for Guillermo if you visit their location!

Purchased a new vehicle today at Sierra Infiniti. The customer service was superior. They were able to accommodate all of our needs and get us a great price we were comfortable with. Christian Gonzalez our salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful and allowed for a no pressure process where we were able to make the best decision for us. The finance representative, Mira, was super friendly and explained the process so that we could feel comfortable with our purchase. Overall was a stress free process. We were very pleased with our experience. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle and great customer service!!

John (sales) and Mira (finance) took great care of us at Sierra Monrovia! From the start, the process was seamless and professional.John was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking into and any other questions we had. Mira took care of the finances for us, she too was knowledgeable and organized.We expected to spend a whole day there, but we were in and out within 3 hours with the car of our dreams! Excellent experience leasing our new 2024 QX 60 from Sierra Infinity of Monrovia. Started with an online inquiry for the vehicle we wanted. They were quick to respond with a detailed offer. Went to the dealership next day, worked with Christian Gonzalez. Looked at a few different options, very low pressure. Worked the deal the next day over text. He was able to get us the deal we were looking for. Very simple and easy process. Working with Mira in Finance was great, explaining everything and answering all of our questions.Highly recommend anyone considering Infinity to check out Sierra Infinity in Monrovia.

Picked up my car yesterday and really provided a wow experience. General Manager Nicholas Cook and Sales Consultant Guillermo Murillo was genuinely helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. The experience was great from start to finish. Even the Finance Manager Mira Haha and Sales Manager Christina was very courteous and professional and ensured that I was well taken care of. Never had I had this level of experience with an auto purchase. Usually auto dealerships are sharks, but Sierra Inifiti genuinely care about building long lasting relationships and care for their clients. I am looking forward to be a long time customer here.

This will be my third Infiniti that I m leasing and I can t say enough good things about this company. Every one of the cars has been excellent. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Jason got me a great deal and Mira was very friendly and handled my lease paperwork quickly. She even showed me how to operate the new app to control the car. Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely loved the buying experience. Was extremely easy, good deal, and I am absolutely in love with my Premium Q60. Big shout out to Andy and Chris for being amazing people and so down to earth. Also thank you to Nick from service, I brought my car in for a simple Seatbelt sensor and they went out of their way to fix that and a few other things they saw were about to fail on the vehicle. Amazing dealership. These guys even gave me a loaner car for like 2 days because they ordered the wrong part. They even take full accountability for their mistakes, and that is so refreshing i can't even begin to explain. This is my first time buying a more expensive vehicle and I truly believe I made the right decision by choosing Hgreg Monrovia

Although I didn't end up purchasing here, Guillermo Murillo offered me a 5 star experience. First of all, there was no pressure to make a decision. The car had an accident reported on the Carfax, and he had no issue with me taking it to a local mechanic for extra peace of mind. The prices are very competitive, and the communication throughout the process was so simple. Fwiw: the only reason I didn't buy at this time was due to my current car declining +2K in value in a matter of 3 weeks. Waiting to see what this crazy market does, and this is the first shop I'll look at.

Mira is the absolute best. She worked her magic and got me an incredible deal on my 2023 QX60. From the moment I walked in, she approached me with a warm smile and was so patient and knowledgable throughout the entire process. I had plans to go to other dealerships and shop around since this was only the beginning of the shopping journey but I knew working with Mira I had to cancel those appointments. She is amazing and I highly recommend working with her. I will be referring my friends and family over to Sierra Infiniti and most importantly to MIRA.

10/10 Truly exceptional experience at Sierra INFINITI of Monrovia with our lease purchase on a QX 60 model.
