Billy Tam has been very helpful and predicted my tire would blow out if I didn't get it fixed. (It happened) He also has been very good at being respectful and kind while working through issues with my car. Hope to continue to see him working at the Sierra Honda Service and Parts center.

Recently bought a 2012 Honda CNG as a daily car to commute to work (70 miles round trip). When I bought the car I knew I would have to invest some money into. Took it to Sierra Honda where I got to meet Darrell. The service Darrell provided was excellent! He was very communicative, and kind. What really stood out to me about Darrell is that he took the time to explain the issues that they found with my car. Not only that but he went the extra mile to come up with a game plan on what issues to take care of first to split up the costs instead of paying a huge dollar amount all at once. I am extremely happy with the service I have received by both Sierra Honda and especially Darrell!

I purchased a new '23 Accord from them, and I had to take it in for a recall ( system update ). I wasn't happy about that. But they took care of it the same day. They had some good coffee while waiting, and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. The service writer was Yessi Perez, and she was friendly and professional. Honda is the best !

The only place and the only person I would like to get my auto service done is Sierra Honda of Monrovia and with Kevin Eng. This guy is the best of the best. Super friendly, (always greets customers with a happy smile) knowledgeable, honest, great personality. I know that I can TRUST Kevin because he actually help you and provide the best service. Thank you Kevin! I'll be seeing you on my next service date!

I had great customer service from Yessi Perez when I took my car in to get detailed last week. I originally spoke to her about it when I took my car in for regular maintenance back in December. Yessi remembered me and she responded to my questions right away, let me use a promotion coupon which saved me money, helped me make the appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and provided me continuous updates the day I took my car in. Thank you, Yessi!

Received a recall alert from this dealership as I purchased my HR-V here and was able to immediately schedule a next-day service appointment to come in. I was serviced by Darrell Brannon who was professional and speedy. The recall inspection was completed quickly (there was nothing wrong with my particular vehicle), and Darrell texted me promptly to let me know when everything was done.

Billy Tam of Sierra Honda in Monrovia provided me with the highest level of care. Billy was helpful and professional, but he was also kind and friendly, and made me feel as if I really mattered not just as a customer, but as a person as well. From here on out, I will always ask for Billy whenever my Honda needs service.

Had my wife's CR-V serviced recently at Sierra Honda and was assisted by service advisor Yessi Perez. Yessie was helpful and friendly from the very first moment. Sierra Honda always provide great service but trusting your advisor is vey important. Yessi is a great example of what great customer service should be. Thank you Yessi for being so attentive, kind and helping to get our vehicle serviced.

Billy T was great. He explained everything that the car needed. He wrote everything down, all the work that my car needed and what was recommended. He didn't pressure me to do what was recommended at the same visit. I will recommend Billy to my family and friends.

Yessi Perez has been assisting me in the maintenance dept for years now. This is the first time I decided to write a review. Bringing your car to the dealer for maintenance is usually something I would dread but ever since I started being serviced by Yessi Perez it has been an experience that I look forward to every single time. Yessi Perez goes above and beyond for myself and all of her customers. She explains everything thoroughly and with clarity and makes sure you understand what is going on with her vehicle. I have learned more about my own vehicle by dealing with Yessi Perez. I feel confident on the road with my vehicles abilities thanks to her. Looking forward to the next oil change.

Darrel Brannon was great! I didn't have an appointment, but he helped me right away. He immediately offered me a Lyft home, and when he realized it would take a while to do the work on my car, also offered a replacement car. He worked magic to get me a fantastic deal on the work I needed. Thank you, Darrel!!

Had a great experience with Sierra Honda. I appreciated the help Yessi Perez provided me with my oil change for my Passport. She was detailed and informative. I bought my Honda from another dealer and didn't know I had 2 complimentary oil changes with my purchase. Great service!!!

Went for an oil change and to ask a question about the dashboard display. Yessi Perez was very helpful in setting us up to get the oil service and then met afterwards to show how to adjust settings on the dashboard. Time estimate for the servicing was a slight over-estimate, which provided a nice relief when the work was done earlier.

Adam is the best service Advisor . Not only is he very professional, loyal, kind, honest . He cares about his customers and treats them, how one would treat their love ones. In addition, the other service Advisors are also great when, Adam isn't available.

First job - washer tank replacement: Canvassed repair quotes from a couple of known auto workshops within Monrovia and found out Sierra Honda's quote was a little bit less than the other quotes. Ended up letting Sierra Honda had the service job. They also did free multipoint inspection besides the California requirement of checking tires & air pressures. Out the inspection, they found oils leaks around the engine bay and recommended for further diagnosis. Happy with the washer tank replacement and the mechanic also did a free initiative of adjusting wiper blades to avoid hitting each other.Second job - service maintenance & further oil leak diagnosis: Maintenance minder came on soon during the weekend. The service was accommodated in on Monday which was good as found out later that repair on oil leaks would need extra time before the service maintenance could be done. Few more items were found and reported they needed service as well. Car was completed on the day I was told it would be ready for pick up.The repair & service cost was not that cheap, but service coordinator did the best he could to apply available discount coupons to reduce the repair bill. They have also the Sunbit finance option to use if required. I took the option (with down payment but no interest to pay)that works for me.Note that I was not able to get quotes for the additional repair jobs due to time constraints & I am not sure if it would be less pricey if had. Overall, am happy with the service.Both of the first & second service job were coordinated by Adam Lopes(3049) who did a good job as well as the technician (3074).

Took my car in recently for an oil change/tire rotation. From start to finish, I had a great experience, I was very impressed with the service provided by Darrell Brannon. Very professional and polite. He kept me updated as time went by to let me know how much longer I had to wait. Billy Tam went above and beyond for servicing my vehicle. I went for a regular maintenance service and it turned out I needed all four tires replaced due to unrepairable leaking (I had been having problems with my tires). He quickly helped me get a rental car because I still needed to get to work and was so kind and joyful the whole time, answering everything thoroughly. I ve thought about going to other locations because another one is actually closer to me, but I always remember how amazing the service is at Sierra Honda and this experience solidified that again, which is why I always come back here. Thank you so much!

It is usually not easy for us to go to any car dealer because we have to face strangers and have to get to know unfamiliar intricate details about car maintenance as well.On July 25, 2023, our car was serviced at Sierra Honda dealer, and our original worries were easily resolved. The staff who welcomed us was Billy Tam, who was professional, conscientious, friendly and explanatory, making us feel that he was a person we could trust. With his help, things became easy and simple.The pick-up and drop-off service was also very well arranged and we felt very safe, convenient and effective. Thank you Billy, and thank you Sierra Honda.

I ve been a Sierra Honda customer for 25+ years and their service department provides first class treatment. Billy Tam was the associate helping me last week when I brought my Pilot in for recall repair and general maintenance. He was professional and courteous, explaining each step of the process. Service staff is usually good, (though also occasionally really bad), prices for goods and services are always pretty high, but they do give you a ride home and are timely. Since I leased to own my car from there, I got into the habit of going there but recently have opted to get servicing elsewhere because of extremely above-market prices for transmission, tires, coolant, brake fluid change on top of an initially high inspection fee of $189.95 which covers nothing else besides the inspection. I'd recommend them but it's not affordable to go there for everything.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I've gotten oil changes completed here on multiple occasions with Billy cuz the price is right. However, when I had service on my Clarity's charging unit covered under warranty, Billy's team tried to sell me on a tire alignment I didn't need especially considering I just bought new tires and had alignment service 3 weeks prior. Either way, I took it back to Norm Reeves who sold me my tires and they said there was no issue and even showed me the tires. When I brought this up to Billy, he said he would look into it and never got back to me. The repair was good and they updated me on that process but I def no longer trust their additional recs considering this situation.
