Brandon Posculli was my sales man, and he was amazing., but the entire sales team was knowledgeable and helped me with the perfect car to suit my needs and budget without any pressure or upselling tactics.The purchasing process was smooth and efficient, thanks to their transparent pricing and straightforward financing options. The staff took the time to explain all the details and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.After purchasing the car, I had a few follow-up questions, and the dealership's customer service continued to impress me. They were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Overall, I highly recommend Sierra Honda of Monrovia to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Saul Gaitan was amazing! He helped my family and I find the perfect car for me. He was very patient with us and explained everything carefully. He was exceptional! The people here are great. It s the typical back n forth that you d experience at any dealership, but you can t escape that really. Other than that though, my salesman, Jose Chichipa, was genuinely nice and fun and seriously helpful. I ended up selling my trade third party (not to the dealership) and he gave me all sorts of advice, answered all my questions about third party sales, and even printed out all the paper work I was going to need that is definitely above and beyond! Big shout out to Tom Reddman too for being so helpful and making sure I was happy with the car I was getting. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

You can tell a lot about a company after the sale and that's the reason why I keep purchasing my cars from Sierra Honda. I took my car in for service and Kelvin, John and especially Darrell took care of our needs. A lot of other dealerships don't even come close to the great service I received from this team. You can tell that they have a great company culture and great people working there. They have won my loyalty.

For the care sales department: Bad service. If I can rate no star, I will.Even though it is just business, I was shocked about how rude they can be. We went with our child. During test driving, they don't allow car seat. So I have to wait with my child when my husband is testing driving. It was hot that day. The manager just left us outside and went inside by himself for his business. After that, when we were discussing the price of the car with the manager in the room, the manager invited another employee came in. Then the other employee just kept reminding us how upset his other costumer is and he wanted his costumer to come in the room to sign her contract. He tried hard to kick us out by standing next to us in the room. The manager allowed him to be in the room to complain while we were still in the conversation. The manager as well reminded us that they needed to use the room to serve the other customer. I could see and hear the impatience. So I thanked them and stepped out.Actually, I am grateful to see these. So I can skip this store in the future and don't need to waste my time here. We found there are not too many cars available for sale in most other stores with better service in this season. But here, the cars are arranged so crowded and even hard to pull them out. I believe it is reasonable if they don't sell well.We have not yet went deep for the price discussion here. However, our friend recommends the West Covina vendor for they are more honest on price.I don't recommend buying car here. I will never come back.

Tom Redd was the most courteous, knowledgeable, and humorous fellow to help us find the car we were looking for. We have been BMW buyers for 25 years, we looked at the Tesla, and even another Honda dealership. Tom had us. He sold this car and we are still smiling.The parking problem was quickly forgotten until I gave the review for the entire experience. Thanks Tom.

Alberto was a fabulous salesman! He was passionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've never had a salesman spend so much time showing me all the features of the car and patiently helping me to understand all the bells and whistles. He was a joy to work with. When my Ford Fusion Hybrid needed to be replaced my husband and I decided to look at Sierra Honda because he has been going there for maintenance for years and loves it.We'd done our research and came with printouts of exactly what car and options we wanted, the manufacturing price vs. MSRP, and a list of dealers in town that had that car.When we walked onto the lot Prosper Umudu greeted us and was friendly and open and never did a hard sell. (I HATE hard sells and was ready to walk away to another dealer if we'd gotten one.)Prosper was courteous and friendly.We saw the car we wanted but it had extra options added at the dealership and cost more than we wanted. So we were planning on going elsewhere but asked if we could still test drive it. He said, "Yes, of course!" and went to get the keys. After the drive, Prosper asked us to repeat exactly what it was we were looking for - and because he listened well, was friendly, helpful and open we ended up purchasing with him.We drove off the lot with the new car and the whole process took about four hours from the moment we walked onto the lot and drove off the lot with our brand new car.

My wife and I were lucky enough to be assisted by Eddie Haro when buying a new CR-V. He was friendly, not at all pushy, he has a nice chill vibe about him, and his knowledge of Honda cars is off the chart! There was not one question he couldn't answer for us.The day after I bought my new CR-V, I was at home and I couldn't get the doors to auto-unlock like I wanted. So I texted Eddie, he quickly researched the issue, then he texted me a video back showing me how to go into Settings and fix the issue.Amazing customer service!I had such a positive experience at Sierra Honda of Monrovia, and Eddie Haro was the biggest reason why!5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Anthony Rodriguez is an excellent sales man. Professional and respectful making sure his customers always come first. He was able to get me the Civic I wanted in the color I wanted at a great price. I walked away extremely happy knowing I got a great deal. I appreciate it the excellent service everyone provided at Sierra Honda of Monrovia. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. Five stars was the maximum I was able to give but in my personal opinion they deserve a 10 star.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had Anthony Rodriguez help me and he was very knowledgeable about all the cars. I had spoken to Tom Redd and all the offers he had given me were respected. They don't force or push add ons on the car if you say you dont want any. I highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing experience. From the get go I had the best customer service. My needs were listened to and I was into the car I wanted and needed and for the price I wanted. Albert went above and beyond to find ways to make a deal that was more than I expected. He went over every detail and spent the time to make sure I was familiar with my new car. I also have some accessories to purchase which he is going to handle for me so I don t have to look or figure out sizing etc. this puts so much time back into my pocket which is so valuable to me as I am crazy busy. Albert at Honda in Monrovia is a rare find a gem to work with. Ask for him you won t find another person more dedicated or professional than him.. and he s unbelievably personable and nice. Thank you Albert- I appreciate you and you made my experience smooth and effortless.

Brandon Pascual and his service was super good. Starting from test drive to explaining all the features along with comparison between two models was outstanding. He ensured that I get the car which I was looking for since last 2 months. I am loving this Honda HRV EXL Model 2023. I would also like to appreciate the finance manager who walked me thoroughly to the entire process. His patience and guidance deserves an appreciation. As a whole, Sierra Honda Team, keep up the good work.

This review is to WARN about the Price Lies.I recently went there and got recommendation to fix some problems from one of the service advisor, Billy Tam. I emailed for part availability and the final quote. He double the price that he originally gave it to me. When I pointed out the price differences he said he was confused and actually the service wasn't really necessary. Soon, I realized he s a liar so told him I can t get the service from him any more. He just hung up the call without saying anything. He misrepresented the price intentionally also very unprofessional. Be Careful with this dealership especially advisor, Billy Tam.

First Impressions Sealed the Deal on our 2023 Honda HR V...Lily Sandoval, our sales consultant, clearly understands that you never get a second chance at a first impression. She is a refreshing burst of charismatic energy, and professionalism. From the onset we knew we were destined to buy a car from Lily even after comparison shopping. Just purchased my new passport and traded in my old car all on my own today. With that being said, I had such a amazing, worry free, and outstanding experience. Looking for a reliable car is sometimes hard to find and having to search and go at it alone can also be very intimidating. So with that being said, I've avoided buying a new car for a long time. But so glad I was proven wrong today. I decided to go to Sierra Honda and happy that I did. Right away I felt very comfortable. Their facility was super clean and I was greeted by every friendly employee. Shout out to Saatara for helping me out. He was very patient, super knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. When it was a done deal the entire paperwork process was so quick and easy I couldn't believe how fast it was. They had high tech devices to do the paperwork on which was cool to see and made the process go a lot smoothly and easy to understand. Another shout out to the dealer and the finance manager Fawzi for all their help. In the end I wish had gone sooner. If you're looking for an easy, worry free great customer service experience? Well go no further because Sierra Honda will not disappoint. I'm now a loyal Honda customer for life! I love my car btw. Thank you again Sierra Honda team.
