I went with my 2023 c8 corvette and got the service done there after I picked up the car I kept on hearing rattling noises I go home and check the car and so many bolts in the undercarriage are either missing or loose. How can a dealer even let a car leave the dealership like that, I don t even know what else could be loose or what else they forgot to tighten or not put back properly. But the service advisor (Marvin) was amazing and made everything so simple and easy, truly an example of how customer service should be. I just wouldn t trust their technicians.

Sierra Chevrolet is fantastic!!!! I brought my 2023 Chevrolet Colorado to them, after taking it to another dealer for the engine check light, and they were able to fix it!!! They provided me with updates while it was there and afterwards! Marvin is so easy to talk with and it was a great experience!

Brought my truck in to get a heating steering wheel installed. I must say I was very satisfied with this last experience at Sierra Chevrolet. Tanya was my service advisor. She and the staff were helpful and friendly. Was very pleased with the amount of time it took to service my vehicle. Thank you Sierra Chevrolet Service Department.

Excellent customer service. Jeremy, service advisor, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to describe the potnetial issue with my car in a way I could comprehend. Pricing was a bit high but after doing some research, having Sierra Chevrolet fix my car was the best choice. Can't beat the warranty they provide.Thank you,

Tanya was great, kept me posted for my 2021 Chevy bolt recalls. Got me a Lyft ride back home and to the dealership. Got everything completed in less than half a day. I still got to spend time with family on a Saturday. Even the our pup enjoyed the ride home. Thank you so much.

I do appreciate how well I was taken care of. My car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. And my rental was accommodate to match my actual car. So driving the rental was great!

It is very rare that when I have taken my GM cars that I have received exactly the service that I went in for but not this time. For instance, since purchasing this car, the kick plate on the back of the front seat came off and no dealership or service adviser has ever be able to get it repaired since 2017. When I went to pick-up my Trax, I asked it was fixed, instead of giving me excuses, Joe Jimenez, took the car back to the mechanic within a few minutes, he came back, low and behold, the right front seat had been fixed. That extra bit of attention to detail and pleasing the customer shows how much Joe is dedicated to providing excellent service at Sierra. No one has taken time to fixed this long awaited outcome. Thank you, Joe!

Always friendly and super helpful. Had my rear window smashed Sunday night - brought it to the dealer walk-in on Monday morning. Marvin immediately got me checked in - and notified me they'd be able to work me in same day. He kept me informed of the whole process, didn't try to sell me a bunch of items or services I didn't need and just kept it simple. The service tech also did a fantastic job - got every single last bit of shattered glass out and had the new window in good as new. I took in my Chevy Bolt last week for a couple recalls. My past experience with this service department was not always positive. I was greeted by Jeremy Cesena who was friendly and welcoming. He explained the services and the amount of time it would take. He arranged a Lyft to take me to work, and said he would call me with updates. Communication was my previous issue with this department. I decided during the ride to work to add a couple of services, so I called and he answered on the second ring and politely added them to my work order. At around 2:00pm he called to let me know the car was ready. I look forward to working with Jeremy again.

Service here was the worst I ve ever had. My car was having break, screen/ radio and tire pressure issues. None of my concerns were taken care of. No one can give accurate information on what was wrong or fixed with my vehicle. Spoke to Will GSM and unable to get a call back or resolution. Marvin was my advisor within the service dept. Probably won t be back here

First time visit. After reading some reviews I decided to drive out to Sierra Chevrolet for an oil change, which was out of my area and having some closer Chevy dealerships to choose from. Tanya Ruiz was ready to help. Great customer service and more as told in many reviews I ve seen. . Will continue to request her when making appt. She took me in right way and was out a short time later. Sooner than what I thought I d be waiting. Tanya responds quickly and provides updates.Service: Oil change

I just needed a tire rotation on a close-to-new car. I had made an appointment online, and it's not clear exactly how that affected anything since they don't really have room to keep a separate line for drop-ins. But they took care of it reasonably quickly and texted when they were done, so I don't have any complaints.

I recently brought my car into Sierra Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. I met with John Twiford, who was my service agent, this time and noted that I tended to stay up to date on my maintenance so I shouldn't need much beyond the basics and possibly a wheel alignment (which I suspected I needed). He promised to keep me up to date if I even needed the wheel alignment. Well it turns out I needed much more as I had a small oil leak. I actually hadn't seen anything previously. It was good enough not to only tell me about it, but take me to see what the mechanic was referencing and why it was a problem now. It would also mean that I would need to leave the car and get a rental. They were kind enough to take care of this for me, getting a car similar to my own. They also kept me up to date on the service. It did take an extra day as they had to order a part. My car is small and the type that everything has to be taken out to get to the part that needs to be fixed. While it certainly was not what I had expected in the beginning, I must than John and the rest of the team at Sierra Chevrolet Service for taking care of me and my car. She is very professional yet a down to earth person and pleasant to speak with and am pleased with the service on my vehicle. I believe Tanya Ruiz is an absolute asset to Sierra Chevrolet. I will continue to ask for Tanya when my vehicle needs servicing.

I am wavering from really good to I will never take my vehicle back. Although, the length of time they kept my vehicle was ridiculous. I understand it wasn t their fault per se. But the compensation they promised if delivered will suffice for the lack of communication. As a costumer communication is key to a successful transaction.

My experience with Joe Jiminez was extremely positive. Joe is an excellent listener and he understood and noted all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable right from the moment we met and it was immediately clear that he has a wealth of knowledge about Chevy vehicles and cars in general. I was very satisfied with the work completed on my vehicle and Joe was very timely and responsive throughout the day as we communicated on the status of the work. Joe is the consummate professional and you will be fortunate if he is assigned to your vehicle!

I recently had a mechanical issue with my truck while on a family trip to Southern California. I placed a call to Sierra Chevrolet to let them know I was bringing my truck in to be looked at. I spoke with Marvin Orellana and he was very understanding and helpful over the phone. When I arrived, Marvin was there and ready to get me checked in. He arranged a ride to the nearest rental car facility and explained when he would be able to have a tech look at my truck. While this was happening my wife and 6 year old son were allowed to sit in and check out the showroom Corvette (my sons favorite car!). We were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and on our way to the rental company and back on the road. Marvin stayed in contact with me throughout to let me know the progress of my repairs. His level of customer service went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at a service department. Recently had a recall service appointment at Sierra Chevrolet. My appointment was set, I was able to drop off the car, get a ride home, and it was done just a few hours later. No hard pressure for other services, and excellent support from the service department. Glad this is my home dealer!
