Quality business. These guys go through your car in detail and are crystal clear with what issues there may be along with pics and prices describing the job that needs to be done. They even told me that certain work should be done at the dealer as my car is still under warranty. Sergio and the lady (sorry forgot her name) that greeted me were very polite and informative. I ll keep coming back here for future maintenance on my Lexus RC 300. Also, the garage is super clean and organized.

Today was my second time experiencing Seiko s Auto Services and it was just as great as the first time ! They have amazing customer service, very professional, knowledgeable and their work is extremely detailed. I first took in my 2013 Subaru BRZ for a comprehensive visual inspection and then was given an online checklist of services my car needs from high priority to low. Today I scratched off two of the high priority services my Subaru BRZ needed which were the clutch and brake fluid change (they had over 3% moisture in the fluids). I highly recommend Seiko s Auto Services for your vehicle services and repairs.

I've had two major repairs at Seiko's in the last 6 months (Interspersed with short notice checkups which they always accommodated quickly). Each time, with 100% transparency, they provide a clear diagnosis, list of probable causes, breakdown of solution(s) from high priority to lower priority.I've gone with their recommendation both times and my car has never driven better. I'm no longer concerned about finding an honest repair shop that will take care of my vehicle. The peace of mind and customer service are 100% worth every dollar. I'm not happy spending money, but if I were to spend it anywhere I'll gladly to do it here. I will never hesitate recommending Seiko's repair shop.

Since 2018 we have been bringing our Prius and Prius Prime to Seiko for all maintenance and repairs. They provide a high level of communication are dependable and provide reliable service at a fair price. Every interaction has been positive. Thank you Seiko and team!

Seiko and his team are awesome! They are always on top of updating me on the status of my Lexus RX350 car. They are honest and upfront about what should be serviced or not. I like the detailed line by line online system they use to track the maintenance priorities for my car, and appreciate that they spend the time to talk through each one so I never feel like I m getting taken advantage of. Everyone on the team is so friendly too! I also like that I can borrow a loaner car if needed. I highly recommend Seiko and his team for your auto repair and service needs!

Seiko's Auto Service has the absolute best cusomer service. They are everything I look for in a business; efficient (fast turn around), transparent (they explain the repairs step by step and show you before and after photos), tech savvy (reminders, quotes, invoices, etc. are sent by email), professional (great work ethic), and everyone is just very kind and personable (they send out signed holiday cards)! Would recommend to anyone looking for auto repair services!

This was my first time bringing my STi here for a normal service and not only was Seiko and the team great, but they were very informative with everything before/after doing a full inspection. Sergio was especially great! He gave me a full run down of everything they d be doing and answered any questions I had. He was honest and transparent when he gave me the full rundown after and made me feel super welcomed. It may have been my first time coming here but it definitely won t be my last. I highly recommend you come here for any of your vehicle needs. Thanks again Seiko!

First time entrusting my vehicle with Seiko's Auto Service. Sergio was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his open communication regarding my vehicle's needs and their thorough mechanical assessment. I was inclined to give Seiko a 5-star rating but I typically reserve 5-star ratings for when consistency of service is earned. I recommend giving Seiko's Auto Service the opportunity to earn your business.

Great experience! Sergio was awesome. They checked my Honda CRV & gave me the breakdown. Got my oil changed & now I know what repairs my car needs. I live close by and they gave me a ride to my house and picked me up when it was ready. No pressure & honest place. THANK YOU

What a very thorough, amazing place!!! I love how they check everything, take a photo of what theyve looked at, if it needs repair they break down what needs to be replaced and the costs and everything is sectioned so you decide what you would like repaired and what you want to skip and they also rate it to tell you how urgent the part needs repairing or of its still decent, etc.. Also they gave me a loaner car!!! Who DOES that aside from the high end overpriced car dealers?? Everyone was very nice and helpful and I trust their work. My brother took our parents car there a few months ago. I recommend Seiko s. I dont live closeby but its well worth the drive. Ive been to too many other mediocre mechanics and these guys set the bar at the top and use high quality parts. They have an immaculate garage so you know you arent getting used or refurbished parts and nothing is getting mixed up with other things that are laying around etc

5 stars all around. Great communication from Sergio and Brittany! Had a PS hose leak on 2010 Nissan Murano, now no more leak. Need ball joints and tie rods.

Back for routine servicing on my 11 year old Prius. As usual, Seiko and his crew did a good job getting my car in and out with a minimum of fuss. I could probably spend less at some places, but the confidence I have that the job is done right is worth it.

This will definitely be my new mechanic! Seiko's was able to give me information about a couple of issues my Subaru was having that another mechanic blew off. They gave me advice on what needed replaced now and what could wait. Sergio was great at keeping me in the loop and following up. Seiko s Auto Service performed a comprehensive 50,000 mile evaluation of my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, as well as an oil change. Sergio was very responsive, informative and professional throughout the process and was up front about which services were more urgent than others. My wife brought her 2010 Corolla in for a similar service last year and our experience was the same. I appreciate the before/after photos they provide. 10/16/21: Thoroughly explained recommended services with "before" pictures (i.e., used brake fluid and transmission fluid colors), and provided detailed "after" pictures (showing exactly what work was done) via phone call and text message with a link, so that I could review and approve the charges from home. Also explained what was checked and not recommended for repair at this time. Clean and safe loaner car. Constant updates on the car repair's progress throughout the day. Car was ready when promised. Highly recommended and I will definitely return here again.Update 10/12/23: I'd give ten stars if I could. I had replaced a dead battery and thought the alternator was fine after AAA told me it was; two days later a battery icon popped up on my dash, and Seiko's was able to fit me into their extremely busy schedule on ten minutes' notice, diagnose my issue, and confirm that my charging system wasn't working due to the alternator. If it wasn't for their willingness to help me on a packed day, I would've driven this car with my kids and potentially stalled on the freeway at night with no system or battery power. Instead I parked it safely, got it properly repaired the next day, and avoided something a lot worse than a car repair. Thank you guys!!!

This review is probably long overdue. I first started coming to Seiko in 2015 for service on my 2014 Toyota Scion FRS. I later brought to him my first 2005 Toyota Sequoia for major maintenance work and standard maintenance. He now services and maintains my other 2005 Toyota Sequoia LTD Ed. and most recently services and maintains our 2009 Toyota Corolla. Being a former mechanic myself, I have a basic understanding of my vehicle maintenance issues. However, if I were a layman, Seiko and his team do an outstanding job of explaining all the reasons for any suggested repairs. They go out of their way to make sure I completely understand the process. They even retain most of the removed damaged/worn parts to show me after repairs have been completed. They provide photos along with the estimate which is quite impressive and beyond anything I have ever seen before. To say that I trust them is an understatement. Seiko's always does a great job with my Prius C. Sergio, who has performed the inspection the last few times, is always thorough and quick. He calls multiple times to update on the status of the job and makes time to answer any questions. After a lot of drama with a leaking radiator, a seized engine, and more, I finally ended up at Seiko's and my car probelms have finally ended. They have excellent communication, provide before and after photos, emailed detailed estimates and information on work that needs to be done versus what could wait until later, and they're quick. By far the best experience I've had with any mechanic and I don't plan on bringing my subaru anywhere else but Seiko's going forward.

I went in with a problem with my ignition not turning off completely. Seiko ran a diagnostic and discovered that my issue was not electrical, but mechanical. Things were done and the problem is now fixed. Extremely happy with the explanation and work done. Highly recommend this shop for repairs. Trust is the biggest issue to me and not being deceived or ripped off with unnecessary repairs. A bit more expensive but Seiko told me that he uses ONLY OEM parts. I will always pay more with the assurance that repairs are done correctly with the OEM parts.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always look forward to seeing Seiko and Cody and Sergio at Seiko s Auto Service. They re very knowledgeable and explain in a clear and pleasant way what my car is needing. They never pressure or upsell , which is such a nice thing, and their prices are reasonable. They re very thorough and organized, and they obviously care for each customer in a personalized way. I like going to see them more than I liked going to the dealership for service. I think we will be going to Seiko s for a long time.
