Quality, trusted, quick, convenient service. Been going for years. Everyone has always been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient (like Miguel and Devin). They offer additional services that can be conveniently done during your service (and I choose to do many of them) but they never pressure you to purchase any of it and they tell you when it s not needed. Highly recommend and wish they d open a location closer to where I live in Los Angeles.

Best place for an oil change and fluids service and more. They do a multi point inspection and let you know if they see anything that needs to be done. They look deeper than my regular mechanic to identify issues before they become more serious.And they are fast and super friendly, give you a soda or water and you stay in the car the whole time and they explain what they are doing. I ve never understood my car so well!

Great stop for our oil changeFirst time here and it was interesting. We stayed in our car and they offered us water or soda. They showed us every step they were taking and asked if we wanted any if the extras they offered. They were up front and honest as well as knowledgeable. Would go again and I recommend them.

Oil stop, is the best! Their processes and consistency are unmatched! The best way to explain this is I went for an oil change during a rain storm, the still cleaned my windows even though as soon as I pulled out they would be wet. Love the beverage while they hustle through the service and top off the fluids etc. Thanks for all you do !

Got oil change, tire pressure adjusted, transmission flush and replaced my ripped wipers all during my lunch break. Talk about real team work - Jazmine Perez, Luis Rodriguez, Anthony Ruiz, Miguel Quintero! Highly recommend and I have a coupon for my other car s oil change

All the staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They provided me with information on my vehicle and let me make the decision of whether I wanted to service or not. There was no pressure at all. I was in and out in a great time. They are the best!

Great experience. The technician (Devon) who worked on my truck was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change, and fluids topped off.

Excellent experience. Great service. I was most impressed with the people .Extremely professional, polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again. Even though they aren't close to home I would make the extra effort when out that way.

Easy, convenient, no intimidating upselling. Miguel the manager is always friendly and professional. Love the little things like the free beverage, car wash, air in tires and lubricated door hinges.This was my third time there and I will continue to go!

Anthony, Luis, and Miguel attended me for a 33pt oil change on my car. They did a great job and Anthony especially answered questions about my check engine light before letting me drive off. This team is professional and really take pride in their work. I recommend!

Besides some quick work wheen they actually touched my vehicle, I did not appreciate being left alone while other vehicles got pulled in serviced and released before my vehicle was addressed.Those other vehicles arrived after I did, and were seen too immediately.This full be my last service with this company/location. 20240307.If I wanted to wait over an hour I'll just go to a dealer or jiffy lube

Employees are very courteous and very professional while performing the oil change on my vehicle that's why I go back every time to oil stop and I remember one of your employees that has passed away. He was always smiling, very courteous and that drew me to your oil stop facility and I have come back every time so thank you for your employees and the experience, they give me as a woman coming into an area where most men are dominant thank you very much

Oilstop has been a last resort for me. It is super expensive and they try to upswell you at every turn. They must have asked me 30 times if I wanted something else besides an oil change. If I had said yes to everything they tried to sell me it would have been at least $500. The free coke was nice.

They had me wait in the sun 45 minutes and did not tell me it would be another 20 minutes before they could render service and then they blamed it on me. Overcharging is one issue but having to wait in your car for so long is ridiculous. They need to be honest upfront.

1st. They treat everyone who drives in with the outmost respect which is hard to come by these days. 2nd. They don t sell you to add more that you really don t need, but make honest suggestions with appropriate an appropriate time frame. 3rd! Best oil change and customer service I ve ever experienced .ive enjoyed valvoline and jiffy lube as well but this place rises above with their thorough explanations addressing with respect (yes ma am/no ma am) and then with the added touch of a cold beverage as you wait in your car .

It is always a nice experience having a vehicle serviced at Oilstop. I wish I have one closer but I don t mind the drive to Monrovia to enjoy the professional service I ve received since my first visit and it looks like they are just getting better and better every time!!!!

Always outstanding service, I've been to the Valencia location, Costa Mesa, and now Monrovia, and they have all been great. An FYI, please come to Temecula/Murrieta ASAP, we need an Oil Stop there! PLEASE!!!!
