My overall experience here at Monrovia Collision was Amazing. Go see Kevin he takes care of you like Family. The shop itself is warming like a home. The office is very clean and professional. The Technicians are all Certified, the shop itself is very clean and everything new!!My car work came out better than when I picked it up at the dealer. The wash and wax they did after repairs was amazing. Kevin and his crew are the best, hands down! They know how to get the job done with minimal involvement from you; great at working with my State Farm Insurance. I've sent family and friends to this shop and they all have shared this same experience, just take your car here and let the pros get things done. I cannot say enough about this company! I was a stranded motorist, not knowing anyone in a 400-mile radius. I just stumbled upon them from one of their customers. Not only were they extremely fair on their pricing, they had my repairs done and my vehicle returned to me in less than 24-hrs! AND..ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle, to make sure I would have no further problems. The owner..Kevin..has renewed my faith in the good of mankind!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent work and fast turnaround. Kevin and his crew are highly recommended. Very professional staff and a really neat and clean shop. I felt very comfortable there. They kept the insurance company and rental car company in the loop during the entire process, so I never had to worry about it. My car looks better than new and I'm very pleased with the service. Hopefully my car won't need body work again but if it does I'm bringing it back to Monrovia Collision Center!

It was my first visit to this shop. I needed my front bumper replaced with a new one. I inspected it after the replacement and found 7 blemishes that included a few unpolished/scuffed areas, some tiny bumps, and a remarkably noticeable paint drip.My 1 star review is to reflect my experience with the following:Professionalism - The quality of work was not professionally done the first time.Service - The shop owner - Kevin - tends to give attitude and exhibit rudeness when I asked questions relating to work performed on my car.Ethics - For being at fault in the installation process of a brand new replaced front bumper, the owner and business should be responsible for reimbursing the transportation services for the customer who has to go back to the shop to fix their errors. The owner refused to reimburse for the transportation costs. I contacted my insurance company about it and they also agreed that they should reimburse for the transportation costs. Unfortunately, fighting for the reimbursement will cost me more than what I'll get back so it wasn't worth it. This was very disappointing and just unbelievable to learn of their unjust act and moral principles in this situation.Safety - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages all Americans even people who feel healthy to wear face masks or face coverings in public: the owner did not wear one on both of my visits.I hope this review will help others decide if this auto shop is the best choice for their auto needs.Stay safe and well everyone!

I needed work to be done on my car as there was some damage and it needed a little bit of painting as well. I was given a quote and told that it will take a week. I was surprised that my car was ready before time and that the amount did not exceed the quote(which was quite economical). When I got my car back it looked like new!! I am super impressed with their work!!

I just changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because Kevin is so awesome. He does great work, and is a very, very honest mechanic. He will not give you false hope, and is very thorough. I appreciate the honesty quite a bit. The shop is also nice and clean with some bar stools to sit on if you have to wait.

This place has the best prices and service. I ve been here at least 3 or 4 times over the past 3 years. Kevin is friendly and I m always surprised how quickly I get my car back. I don t even live near here but make the trip because my car always looks like it came from the dealer without the outrageous prices they charge. I have a car that seems to attract rear end collisions. I've brought it to Monrovia Collision Center where Kevin has always been upfront, honest, and pragmatic about what can and cannot be done. He has worked with the insurance companies and the other drivers and has made the experience as painless as possible. I hope you never need this service but if you do, go here.

Absolutely the best service I've had. Kevin will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your repairs. He puts customer service above profits. I highly recommend Monrovia Collision center.

It's never fun when you have to take your car to a body shop, but if I have to, I don't mind taking it to Kevin at Monrovia Collision Center. The service is always great and the workmanship couldn't be better. Thank you Kevin but I hope I don't have to see you again anytime real soon.

In the past Kevin has always taken care of my cars,,but the last time I was in there he repaired my door,, I went down the street and notice a scratch on my fender, I asked to review his cameras ,,he said ok but if we see something I'm not going to fix it for free !!!! I couldn't believe he said that ,,,I'll never refer or go there again...

Transparent price, friendly staff, nice service. Was recommended to this place and I must say it s a place you can trust. Both the staffs and owner were pretty reliable and put your interest at heart, and always try to solve the problems at a minimum cost.

Mr.Takano is a decent man who really works on his own pace. He doesn't work on big jobs. He just work on mid to small jobs. He's fee is modest
