Great experience and deal, processed the deal for a 2023 ram promaster 2500 remotely, 3 hours away and this dealership honored everything that they promised. No extra surprise charges and very transparent. Which I appreciate the most. Dealt with Guillermo on this and Irvin, both did a great job as well as the finance desk

Javier went above and beyond in assisting me and patiently explained everything during my Van drop-off. In contrast to other dealerships in the area with poor customer service, Javier made me feel valued and never like a bother.Highly recommend seeing Javier if you need your car serviced.

I have been maintaining and repairing my Jeep and Challenger here. It is my favorite dealer. And Wendell is a trustworthy friend and really professional. He gives me a lot of suggestions every time. This time I need to repair my Challenger. He helped me with a lot of complicated work, thank you very much

I ve taken my wrangler here for service since purchasing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Though their service is below satisfactory. On multiple occasions I have come back to find my service not done correctly. My fluids were not topped off. My tire treads were not inspected and I even had low tire pressure after a tire rotation. Just yesterday I found my wrangler low on coolant even though I had it topped off not even a month ago when taking my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The worksheet said all fluid was topped off. I would highly scrutinize their work if I were you or spend my money elsewhere.

Isaac from Monrovia CDJR always takes care of my service issues and the process is always efficient and organized. I'm always impressed by this location's efficiency. They keep me updated while my vehicle is serviced and easily offers a Lyft ride to and from. I don't deal with miscommunication and mishaps at this location. Highly recommend!

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler here a couple years ago and have come to get oil changes and normal servicing since then. I ve had a pleasant experience with every employee I ve met, each time I come! Oil changes used to be first come first serve but now they have appointments and you get in and out faster!

I was greeted by Joshua Wagner. He was approachable, kind, knowledgeable about my vehicle. He even let me know their was a recall on my vehicle. I wanted my car inspected and a oil change. Service was completed and my husband and I was on our way. GREAT SERVICE

I've used Monrovia Chrysler for a number of service repairs. Isaac and his team always get me in, diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. They keep you updated with the status regularly, explain the problems clearly any give you all the options to resolve the issue.

Came in today to buy out my lease and it was great and easy process thanks to the sales guy who helped me out! Didn t catch his name my fault. Everyone here was helpful and nice I really don t do these reviews but I had to ! Would definitely recommend this dealership they didn t pressure me into buying anything I didn t need.

I recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango the team at Monrovia CDJR, made the purchasing of my vehicle one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment we walked on the lot with my wife and 2 kids we were greeted by Alberto he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Going into a dealership to purchase a vehicle with toddlers running around can steer salesmen away but Alberto did not hesitate to help us out throught the whole buying process from the test drive, to working out a deal with his sales manager he exceeded our expectations. We arrived on Sunday evening and were able to finalize a deal on Tuesday afternoon, Alberto helped us out throught the entire process even tho he was not there to finalize the deal he set us up with Guillermo and he went above and beyond he made sure we don't not leave dissatisfied. We also want to give a huge thanks to Irvin ( sales manager) & Ed ( Finance). The make you feel valued as a customer and try to get you the best deals.The entire team at Monrovia CDJR did an outstanding job, best customer service would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I can't speak about the sales department at Monrovia but the service department gets a 5/5 from me. I have always had a positive time when I bring my vehicle here and the service tech by the name of Wendell takes amazing care of me! I can't say enough good things about him and I hope he receives the credit he deserves. I will always recommend this place as an amazing service provider option.

Wendall Provided me with great customer service. He provided me with detailed explanation of what the service involved and how much it would cost he. Also kept me apprised of the progress on the vehicle and even helped accommodate my need to have the vehicle done quickly so that I could make a client meeting.

Every dealership I called told me they couldn t take my truck in for at least a month, Isaac said they d take it in the same day to get a diagnostic going. Went in for an issue covered by the extended warranty. Due to the UAW strike it took over 30 days for the part to come in. Isaac in Service did an EXCELLENT job in keeping me informed, even if it was a call to let me know there was no news. When my usual dealership would barely be putting my truck on the rack, I was driving off the lot in Monrovia. Can t say enough good things about the communication and professionalism. I ve found my new Service shop for my truck, they ve earned a customer for life. Thank you Isaac and team!

Went in on Saturday to look at one I had an eye on but unfortunately got sold Friday night. Jonathan helped me every step of the way. Every obstacle he put so much time and effort into making my payment and ideal car work perfectly. In the end I walked out Sunday with an Amazing deal that worked for me thanks to Jonathan s hard work and determination!

Just ended perhaps the best dealership Service dept/warranty repair visit I have had in my life. I normally avoid the dealership at all costs based on past experience but Wendell at Monrovia CDJR was professional, courteous, helpful, and informing the entire way. Service was great and the turnaround time to retrieve my vehicle was in reason. I would not hesitate to visit Monrovia CDJR again for any future needs. I had a great experience at Monrovia Jeep with Chris, Irvin and Guillermo. Very friendly and personable. No run around, no hidden fees and no mark up accessories. Would gladly do business with them again. I ve own 3 Jeeps so far and I would gladly say, this is the best Jeep dealership I ve been to to purchase vehicles.

I own a Chrysler Pacifica and service it exclusively at Monrovia Chrysler. They do a great job. My service advisor is Fred and he s always very helpful and makes sure that my car is well taken care of and washed too! I highly recommend this dealership.

Isaac Borquez took great care of my Jeep Rubicon.I had originally taken it to another shop and they couldn't seem to get it right. Isaac explained everything that needed to be done to get me up running and back on the road ( actually off road HA!). It was a big job and Isaac and his team got it done on time and under budget.Thanks Isaac!!!Danny

Unsupportive Maintenance service. I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in on a Saturday. My schedule does not allow me to make it to the dealership during the week. Because my issue requires a tech to do the diagnostic the car would have to sit until Monday. They told me they would charge me a $400+ storage fee for me to keep it at the dealership from Saturday to Monday. This comes after I brought my vehicle in previously with a warning light. They kept the vehicle for several days and returned it to me saying they could not recreate the warning. The warning light came on less than 5min after leaving the dealership and has been on everyday since.

Been here several times to get diagnostics. They have not been able to fix anything correctly. Thank GOD theres other mechanics who can. Brakes, had to be redone, transmission had to be redone, motor shakes, had get it fixed else where correctly. Yea, I don't recommend them, even foe an oil change.
