Fantastic+!!! Had an even better word for it but forgot by the time I got to writing this. I haven't felt this great about visiting a dealer for service in over a couple decades!! Really never, because this surpasses any expectation so far. My service representative, Bobby Ly, was attentive, professional, and exceptionally helpful with my every question or request. Could not have been better! I was a bit apprehensive about visiting a dealership to service the 2nd hand vehicle that I have had for a few months now. That was unnecessary worry as this place set worry aside. Instead of leaving feeling like I wasted my day in anguish, it was quite the opposite, as I left feeling bolstered, accomplished, and supported with energy and a sense that the rest of my day could be just as awesome!

I have to call out Jason and Dee who were both exceptional, helpful and diligent.The issues I was having with my Mini didn't make sense (& shouldn't have happened) and frankly we regretted buying this car and were even ready to ditch it. They really understood our frustration and worked to help resolve the issues. We ended up getting our car fixed for a smaller fee that would have cost us thousands. Thank you both for restoring my faith and trust in the brand! I highly recommend this service team.

Mini of Monrovia, is the first Mini home I ve visited. I took my car in for full inspection, because I bought her used from a third party dealership.The staff was friendly, quick, and professionals. I really enjoyed my experience. They give me a 2021 rental to enjoy driving while my car was being inspected.My car was in great condition nothing to worry about right now, felt good knowing that.Thank you so much Mini of Monrovia and Jason who helped me with everything I asked for.See you when I m ready for my oil change.Thank you

Customer service 5 stars. Service advisors are great. Jason in service is experienced and knows how to take care of you! Been coming here since June of 2014 when I purchased my Mini.
