It was a great experience, the workers respect your decision on whether you want to add additional services needed or wait. The workers were kind and attentive during my visit and the service was fast. What I like is that they actually have their prices listed on their website so it makes it easier to estimate how much you will be paying during your visit.

on September 7, 2023 I took my 2018 Toyota to get a new brakes and rotors and oils change my charge was 1,107.00 for break pads, rotors plus oil change I went 2 times in September and 1 in October taking time off work not having my car for 10 hours one day because the front brakes rotors are making grinding sounds as if the breaks don t have pads I never ever had that grinding sound ever until I took the car there the Manager Joe mention there was rocks first time they sopose they clean the rotors 2nd times they put new brakes and rotors again the Grinding on front rotors sound got more severe after a month so took it for another technician Midas city of Corona on Lincoln street near my job they told me it was the suspension I m very dissatisfied with the Midas services I really regret bringing my car here I m taking my car to my dealership see what actually happen what kind of brake job was done , This grinding noice is goin on 2 a months I m very concerned I been driving my car 30 miles a day I hear it continuously all my car needed was new brake pads and the back routers which the front did not need so they said the front had to be changed too so I did now it s a problem that Midas did my car front brakes are in worse condition everServices: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Oil change

Midas is highly recommended place they are well very detailed and helpful at all cost I came here to check my van for my alternator and battery and they gave me an honest result and a reasonable price. They are also very professional to explain everything to you.

Service at this location was unparalleled! Went in due to the dreaded tire light in the vehicle during our 500+ mile trek home from SoCal to NorCal and the folks at Monrovia Midas treated it with a sense of urgency and kindness! Recommend to anyone in the area!

The store is under new management. The receptionist and mechanic are friendly, and intake was smooth. Regular service is fast and efficient. They do recommendation of additional services, but they do not pressure you.

Got my rotors replaced, and as I'm driving home I hear a loud grinding noise. I removed the tires and noticed that the plate behind the rotors was bent back grinding against the rotors. The mechanic that checked my car the second time threw my cap to the rim on the floor and broke it. Unfortunately I didn't realize till i got home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received today. Sure, I was expecting a big-name auto chain to be pleasant and maybe even trying a little, but I called this Midas location anyway since I had one day to figure things out with my brakes. Greg, who is obviously a long time employee, was professional and very interested as soon as I told him my name. I told him I may be by in an hour or so so I could eat lunch there and when I arrived, Greg told me to get comfortable, eat my lunch and he'll see what's going on. Sure enough, I was metal to metal (as I thought) and he was very honest about the shape I was in. I could do front brakes or both brakes, but he would come up with numbers to see what I wanted to do. Either way, he had time today to get me fixed up. Sure enough, the price was right for both sets of brake pads and rotors and I agreed to it. I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to be in charge of my needs today, especially since I only had today to do this (otherwise I would be back in a month). I highly recommend this Midas location and I look forward to bringing the truck back when I need any other service that they provide. Well done Greg! Also, thank you for being normal, and not a pushy salesman (which I was worried about). I felt like my truck was in good hands the whole time!Service: Brakes

The customer service at Midas was amazing. I was already annoyed waking up to a flat this morning and it didn't help that I broke a wheel stud while changing the tire to a spare. After calling other tire stores, PJ at Midas answered on the first ring and had the tires I needed. I really appreciated PJ's customer service skills. He was friendly, open and honest about how long it would take to replace and balance my tires. He even made arrangements for me to wait at home instead of spending the day at the shop.Service: Tires

A friend suggested that I stop in this store for an oil change. What a great experience with PJ! He was super pleasant, professional & responsive. Just last week with the downpour of rain, I drove through a puddle of water and hit a curb, damaging the front tire on the passenger side. The damage was pretty extensive and the Front Control Arm system had to be replaced. Mind you, this was on a Sunday and that very day PJ and Greg ensured my car could get repaired. Both are Professionals in the manner in which they conduct themselves and execute on the work. My car was repaired in under 3 hours and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. This was my first time at this Midas location and certainly not the last. I encourage you to go take a look at the shop, talk to PJ at the front office. I ve been going to the Monrovia Midas for a few years now. PJ is alway helpful, and fun to talk to. This last time I was just supposed to take my sister to pick up her car. My tire unfortunately exploded at 10pm on Wednesday evening. I towed my vehicle to Midas at the Monrovia location. I figured it was close to home and that I would just go first thing in the morning. Instead I called right when they opened Thursday morning and PJ answered right away. He let me know that the exploded tire was done for. He also let me know I should change my other tires. I could tell my other tires were old and it was time. I have a 05 jeep so I'm used to keeping things up to date. I called them at 8am. Went and spoke to them at 9:15am. My car was done by 11am. Truly nothing better than that. I had to work today so PJ made sure they took care of me right away. I'll definitely come back to this location. I received amazing tires for a great price. Also amazing service. I knew from the moment I spoke with PJ I had made an excellent decision on the right tire shop.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Had a coupon for 19.99 for my oil change. Declined the extra work quoted because I think the labor was too much. Nice people.9/14/22 Greg really is ausome. This is the second time I ve brought a car to Robert and he s been extremely honest with me on what needs to be fixed and what can wait. He doesn t beat around the bush and is always looking out for your best interest.I recommend his Midas shop to anyone who feels like they get ripped off anytime they have car troubles.He truly just wants his customers to leave happy, which I have both times!

I've taken my vehicle several times in the past and present due to the fact the service provided has always been up to par. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any of the customers questions without any hesitations. There are no run arounds. The mechanics know what there doing unlike some places that end up not doing the job correctly. Robert is a great and experienced highly motivated mechanic and gets the job completely finished and promptly

The mechanics at this location are well trained, professional and most importantly ethical.The young lady at the counter is thorough and does a good job of trying to accomodate customer requests.I've been very pleased with my car being serviced and paying reasonable prices for quality work.Highly recommend.
