I first used Line-X Pasadena about 6 years ago to install a hard top tonneau. Just got a new truck and was glad to see that Roy was still going strong. I ordered a Roll-N-Lock E Series XT this time. Roy is not a fan of the power retractable covers and let me know of some of the issues he has encountered with the various units. I really appreciate and trust Roy's guidance but the heart wants what the heart wants. I am loving the Roll-N-Lock and Roy did a great job with the install.The cover has a 5 year warranty and Roll-N-Lock is a solid company so I feel good about my choice. Looking great on my '23 Sierra. I added the Vortex Rhino Rack crossbars and am able to use my 10 year old Rhino Rack cargo basket for more storage and camping and ski trips. Loving it and love doing business with Line-X Pasadena (in Monrovia :-)

I've brought a buncha trucks here in the past. They've transformed my rust bucket beds. This most recent example was a 95 F350 that had a plywood board sitting on the bed for a number of years. It led to a lot of rust. After some light sandblasting, they were able to turn in to a proper work truck.Roy in the shop and Charlene at the front desk are an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous and extremely amiable. They never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need.I'll be sure to bring any of my other jalopies to them.

2008 Silverado short bed.These people are perfectionists. No overspray at all. Filled in some small screw holes in the tailgate. Very clean work, outstanding work...truck was returned just as clean as when I dropped it off.

We got a Jeep Gladiator trunk liner done here and are very happy with the overall experience and the quality of the job.George and Sharmain provided excellent customer service and the work was done on time.We recommend them for this type of work and wish them well!!

Professional and Great People!Ordered steps for my son s truck as a birthday gift. The steps came in a day early and they were able to squeeze me in two days earlier to install. Installed right away and they look great. I read their reviews before contacting them and see why they are rated so highly. I have some more work on a Jeep and will definitely bring back. Everyone at this place is great as they are very personable and treat you as if you knew them. Thanks Line X Team!

Everything went like clockwork! Very timely response from Charmaine with a quote online. Once I found my new truck, I called and made an appointment. I dropped the truck off the afternoon before. The next day I was notified it was done at 1:30 pm. Quality of the job is outstanding! I'd totally recommend LineX of Pasadena to anyone in the market for a quality spray-on bed liner!Jason

If everything I've read about the LINE-X bed liner product is true then I'm a very satisfied customer.I've only just picked up my truck but my initial reaction is very satisfied. The staff of LINE-X Pasadena were very helpful and friendly. I left an email request for a quotation on a Sunday evening and was contacted promptly Monday morning. After agreeing to the price quoted I dropped my truck off. My office was in the area and received a ride back from LINE-X. Less than 4 hours later my truck was ready to be picked up.The work area seemed organized and clean. The people I dealt with seemed professional and friendly and the installation looks fantastic. From what I've read the key to a good spray in bed liner is the installers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LINE-X.

Friendly staff that is more than willing to answer my questions. I was a repeat customer because Line-X lasted more than 11 years in excellent condition in my last work truck.Easy drop off. Truck was ready to pick up in 4 hours like they said it would.Now the most important part: they did a beautiful job masking and spraying the Line-X on in the most even, beautifully applied coating ever. It is so nicely applied, you can t imagine it was sprayed on by a human. Just perfect.Thanks to Roy and his professional team.

They've done a lot of work for the landscaping company I work for. We've had their truck beds in use for 8 years in some of these trucks, and they last. We treat them pretty rough, but the protection holds up. We get all our truck beds sprayed by them now. They're quick and always do a good job. Highly recommend.

Roy and Charmaine were great. Friendly folks. Waited for 3 weeks to get my truck in for a bed liner. Well with the wait. Roy was attentive to details. Greatly appreciate their product and service.

Walked in to set up an appointment, talked with Charmaine, who told me they could do it today, after all I just got off work, told me to leave it, I had a gift cert. added two upgrades, got a ride to my home, great people, great conversations, full details. Picked up truck later that evening, " THE TRUCK LOOKED BETTER THAT WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED IT IN 2008", any way I was beyond pleased, it looked brand new!! unbelievable job...Thanks Roy for a perfect job, and Charmaine for making me laugh and saving my day off..Thanks again to the entire staff!!

I had my personal truck done with LINE-X over 10 years ago and it has held up great and still looks great!! So now I recommend them to all of my customers who need a good covering for there vehicles. We just used them again today and the customers truck looks great. Thank you to Charmaing and the crew at LINE-X Pasadena/Monrovia for a great job and great customer service

I needed my truck's LineX bedliner installed sooner than the appointment I had made with them. They took my name and number and told me they would call me if they had an earlier opening.They called me today (6 days before my appointment) and said they had an opening and asked how soon I could be there. I was there in 15 minutes. They got my truck in, prepped and finished in less than 3 hours.The staff...all of the staff...were friendly and courteous. The bedliner looked great when they were finished.And as a former mechanic and auto painter, I noticed there was no "nonsense" going on in the garage. The employees were always moving and taking care of vehicles and pieces of material. There was no "fatmouthing" going on and seemed to work together well.

Roy was awesome and answered every question I had regarding the entire process. They took care of lining the bed of my 2020 F-150 4x4 as well as the rear wheel wells and did a supurb job. Work was clean, perfect lines and they explained how to properly care for my new liner. I would highly recommend Line-X of Pasadena.

What a pleasant experience! It was already noon on a Friday when I called to make an appointment for another day and Charmaine still got my 2018 Silverado in the same day for its new Premium Bed Liner. The staff was very friendly/professional and answered all my questions. Charmaine even gave me a ride home while I waited for my truck. When I picked it up it looked AWESOME! LINE-X of Pasadena is a Premier facility and will treat you right.

A very pleasurable experience ...and the end result is spectacular. After trying to refurbish my bed and seeing the cost in the thousands, I thought this would be a compromise....no way... This not only looks incredible but will also increase the value of the truck and protect the bed for life.

On Monday, I was looking for a tonneau cover to protect the contents of my truck bed, in anticipation of a trip the following morning. Calling around, I wasn't getting much assurance it could happen on such short notice. A friend reminded me that Line-X now carried a line of accessories, in addition to their exellent bed liner material. I placed a call to see what they had in stock...nothing!BUT, their warehouse might have something in stock!After a short time, I got a callback from the good folks Line-X. The warehouse had several from which to choose. I listened to a number of options before deciding which way to go, paid a small fee for speedy delivery, and a few hours later I had my new cover installed in time to load up my truck for the early morning journey. Great service, great products.
