As a factory rep for after-market vehicle parts very critical upon repair of my personal vehicle. They were excellent, and unlike most repair shops actually read my written work order. Didnt have to ask if they "checked this" or "did that" as they confirmed "checked this" and "did that" professionally. Most auto shops are clowns in my opinion - this shop follows through on all follow-ups promptly.

I Was looking to see how Much it would cost to replace the latch to the hood of my vehicle. After inspecting my vehicle, they thew an outrageous price at me, in which I knew was not fair. I kindly asked for the bill for inspecting my vehicle, in which they told me was $300 to simply inspect the vehicle. This was outrageous...and when I asked why it cost so much, the lady had told me because it took up "2 hours of their time". I'm thinking, "Why I am being penalized for Workers going at their own peaceful pace". When someone takes their vehicle to get an inspection, they typically charge an hour of their time. It is an inspection and nothing more. The fact that they tried to overcharge me was infuriating.I DO NOT recommend anyone going here. Dishonest, shady place. When I confronted them about how I felt them were disrespectful and got angry, in which I decided I was over all of it. Do yourself the favor, and never go to this location unless you want to be ripped off.

Have been going to Homers for several years, and have had various vehicles serviced here. They do great work and are great to work with. They are a family owned and operated business and they have great customer service. Alec is awesome and as a Jeep enthusiast he has tons of knowledge regarding Jeep and off roading modifications.

I've gone to Homer's about 5 times now, they really worked with me to increase the longevity of my van. They have a hometown feel. Sarah calls you and gives you a quote, is very friendly and genuine. Yo (owner) keeps it real too, he's honest and kind. He even told me when it was time to stop fixing the vehicle. I'll be returning with my next car.

Homer's has been my mechanic for about 3 years now. I can't believe it has taken this long to give them a review! They are honest and provide quality service. Yo once even advised me on a good price for an emergency repair in another state. I highly recommend Homer's for anyone looking for routine or major repairs/maintenance.

Usually, selecting an auto mechanic, a great auto mechanic, is often a challenge. Well, if you have found Homer's, you are fortunate, because they are great on many fronts. From the time you walk in and are greeted to the service and even the bill. I can't forget the bill. When I went to Homer's, I brought my car in to have them check the transmission, or so I thought. The problem actually turned out to be an issue with the brakes. Great mechanics are also honest mechanics. To my surprise, when I went to pick up my car and Frank said, "I have news for you." Uh oh, I thought, I better sit down for this one. That's when Frank told me the good news and said that the transmission was fine.He gave me a bill for an air cabin filter, and, actually showed me the dirty filter that they replaced. Their service is the kind of service one should only expect from their auto mechanic. And oh, I forgot to mention, Frank tried to call me twice to tell me what they found before doing any work. Since I was tied up and could not receive the call, I could not speak to them until I arrived to pick up the car.I can't say enough about the folks at Homer's. Check them out for yourself. I am confident that they will provide you with the kind of customer service, experience, and care you are looking for.

I'm baffled by any good reviews. Twice they have told me something needed to be fixed when it didn't. I got my battery serviced and they told me I needed an oil change. I had just gotten my oil changed a couple weeks ago and have barely been driving. I went to them long ago and they told me something was leaking. I didn't have the money to fix it and good thing I didn't cuz no mechanic anywhere else told has ever mentioned this problem. Also, not friendly and they aren't wearing masks during a pandemic. I will never go there again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just moved to the area and went here on recommendation from my sister. I called in and dropped my car off later in the morning. The place was busy, but I took that to mean that people like the shop. I called later that day and came to pick up my car. All that my car needed was a small plastic clip replaced in the wheel well. When I asked how much it would all cost they replied, "Don't worry about it. Welcome to town." No shady dealing or inflated prices. I definitely recommend giving them a call.

I was recommend to this place by good friends of mine.so i too recommend to one of my car Guys. We took his car in on a monday .told the shop you have a week to get back to us. They never called us .we had to keep calling them . Then the BS started. They started making excuses of why they didn't get to the estimate. Then they didn't even look at what was asked on the work order the owner said to good friend who owns the car i give you my word i have it ready done. Its to bad the owner lost his passion..customer service is a lost art .hes living on his past loyal. But its not the past victories that keep bringing in new customers. Its going on two and half weeks no results. I should have known by the parking lot. It still has same customer's cars from two years ago .they car shops like this graveyard shops. .nice people. But nice dosen't get the job done. Try Wards auto repair next time

You can park outside next to the building, put your keys in an envelope with a your contact info and problem, and they'll take care of it the next business day, which is great if you have car problems at night. The staff is super nice, and they do fast, quality work for a fair price. Can't recommend them highly enough! If I cant fix it myself I take it to them.

I have been bringing my cars to Homer's since 2010 and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They have done a great job on everything from regular maintenance on newer cars to keeping a pair of (discontinued) 1999 Isuzu Troopers alive and running. They show the parts they replace and explain why they needed to replace them. The price is always fair, and if anything Yo has undercharged me for some of the more complex projects with the Troopers. Alec and Steve have done great jobs on some of these tough projects and have made great suggestions for saving money in the long run with the trucks. I always refer my friends who don't know about cars and are afraid of getting overcharged to them.

You are treated as a friend. Very honest people. You can take your car and do whatever they ever they recommend because they know what they are doing without taking advantage of the customer. YO is very professional and knows his craft. Very reasonable prices for the good job they do.

I'm from out of the area, and just happened to be nearby. They were so nice and so helpful when I needed to pull in with an emergency, due to a very suddenly cracked radiator and overheating vehicle !!! Even though they were closing in just a few minutes, they took the time to diagnose and identify the problem. Radiator had split along the top and a new radiator was needed. They were very helpful !!!!

Had my brakes done at Homer's and upon getting home noticed a clunking sound that was coming from the front of my vehicle, a 2007 Honda CRV. As I do a lot of off road driving, I was concerned that this had to do with my suspension.I took my car back to Homer's and talked with the guys there who put my car up on the hoist and within minutes had diagnosed the problem to the bolt that holds the a-arm to the frame being loose. The mechanic who was helping me tightened the bolt and sent me on my way NO CHARGE. They surely could have charged me something for their time and work but did not. Kudos to them for being legit.

Recently I had taken a vehicle to this business, after hrs, towed by AAA who parked it perfectly in the adjacent lot to Homers, based on the only space available. Arrived early the next day after calling upon their opening that the vehicle towed was located next door. The ignition key had been dropped in their door drop. The young lady identified herself as the new manager and would locate the vehicle and move it to her lot. Arriving 2 hrs later, I found the vehicle where the tow truck driver had parked it the night before. When asked as to why it had not been moved to her lot and the mechanics had not to look to examine the problem which caused it to be towed, she related she couldn't find the vehicle all morning. Amazed I pointed to the vehicle from just outside her office door, she indicated she couldn't leave her lot as if she was physically or more accurately mentally limited to walk just 15 yards to see the location of the vehicle. She began to repeat ly identify herself as the office manager and she didn't have to retrieve the vehicle despite telling me thru phone conversation she would. As I waited my turn to authorize repair, each of the 3 previous clients seeking service were repeatedly informed that there would be a $75 assessment fee if work repairs were not completed by her mechanics, subsequently she lost the interest of all 4 potential clients irrespective that we had been repeatedly had been prior customers and each had never been told this before. Her lack of business decorum and lack of appreciation fell short on her attitude. The owner had never, ever, acted in such a manner, additionally, she was on establishing with each client that she was the manager and there bentwas no one else we could appeal to, needless to say, each of us removed our vehicles primarily due to her inflated ego. This person turned out to be a family member, and one of the mechanics privately related that with her attitude she has lost a lot of potential clients due to her self importance.I can't see ever going back there and will cease in referring my friends and associates to this business.. This is not the first time that the succeeding generation ruins a once prosperous reputable business, the mechanics individually and collectively provided excellent, friendly honest service. Just difficult to get past the young ladies difficult and arrogant behavior.

WORST PLACE EVER! Took my car in to get the headlights fixed and they ended up costing me almost $400. 2 months later they stopped working. I tried to take it back in but my car sat there for over a week. They have horrible customer service. Every time i try to call them, they pick up the phone the hang up. This place is a jokeI would not recommend this place!

I've been going here for a long time now and never a dull moment, the staff are extremely nice people who are very trustworthy and they've always gone the extra mile, weather it be they clean the glare of my windows, or topped of my washer fluid or even fixed small things i didn't know were broken like a bad wire for free. Will definitely be coming here for many years.

This is definitely one place of you pay what you get for. And that in a good way. Are they cheap? Not particularly. But are they good? You bet. And they will always ALWAYS be straight with you. If something is minor, they will tell you and say it doesn't need to be fixed unless you want to. If something is major, then you better believe it is indeed major and you best be getting it fixed. And they will fix it top notch for you as all their mechanics know their job very well.

Good professional mechanics and thank God that I took my Ford F-150 to do an oil change and they look over the truck and found that I needed to replace the front brakes and too expensive for them to replace it so I replace it myself.

Great service! Family owned, you feel like you matter instead of the impersonal service you get at some of the bigger places. Knowledgeable, great work!

Ask these guys what police force they are on today. They somehow think they are cops. You'd have to pay me to take my car to them.
