Ferrari Brothers is absolutely the best body shop that I have ever been to! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I 100% would. Jeff and Steve are the nicest, most knowledgeable people that I could ve ever hoped for. They helped me so much with the entire process of fixing my car, they even helped me with dealing with insurance. Not only did they fix my car beautifully, they fixed additional issues they found unrelated to my accident and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. They also detailed my car before giving back to me and checked that every feature of my car was working perfectly. Both Steve and Jeff were in constant communication with me and gave me frequent updates on the status of my repair, which is normally not the case with other body shops. They also repaired my car in a timely manner, even finishing it well ahead of time. I cannot even express how beyond happy I am to have found them and what an amazing job they did. If you are looking for a body shop, look no further, bring your car to Ferrari Brothers, you will NOT regret it!

I researched body shops the day after I ordered 2 new cars from the dealership, just in case something happened.Ferrari Brothers surpassed all the shops I visited by a large margin. Steve Sy, the manager, gave me a tour of their complete facility at my request. No other place wanted to do that or had reasons why they couldn t while I was there.What I was looking for was a clean and organized shop. Well, I found it at Ferrari Brothers!Two years later one of my vehicles was T-Boned and there was a question if it would be totaled or not. Fortunately it was able to be repaired and the job was flawless.It was impossible to see where the shop had painted or where they had made the welds that were needed. Everything looked and functioned the same as the day I took delivery 2 years before.The car came back cleaner than the day I dropped it off. I never had to call for status updates because Steve called me at least once a week, usually more often.If you want a worry free car repair experience this is the place. If you want auto body repairs that are not visible to the eye Ferrari Brothers is the place to go.

I would give Ferrari Brothers Body Shop 10 stars if I could. I live on the Westside of Los Angeles, but choose to get my bodywork done here, 36 miles away because they are that good. Ask for Steve Sy and you'll be in good hands and beyond taken care of. Steve is extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and just an all around kind person and a great human being. I live in L.A. but grew up and have family in the area and have seen this body shop in Monrovia as long as I can remember. Based on the Yelp and Google reviews, I decided to give them a try over some shops I visited in LA and Pasadena that just seemed impersonal and like a chaotic mass production.My wife and I have had bad luck getting our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude into two very minor but aesthetically nasty fender benders within 6 months of each other. Steve made the whole process not only easy and accommodating, but dare I say a pleasure? He always checked in on the status and progress of the claim and repairs, and was always available for questions or concerns. They use OEM parts and stand by their work and warranty. They also go through great lengths to make sure the paint is perfectly matched and blended- Steve explained that there are over a dozen variations of my particular paint color for the year of my car alone.Being a perfectionist, I had spotted some minor flaws in the clear coat that had pooled around the door frames and Steve had it taken care of right away. Also some of the OEM Mopar weatherstripping and fender flares had issues with the adhesive strip from the manufacturer, and Steve took care of it right away as well ordering new parts and using their own adhesive in addition to the manufacturer's as precaution, and I've no issues since.I recently scraped up my wheels and a part of the front bumper on a red curb, so I brought it by Steve to see if was worth filing a claim for. He advised against it for the small amount of damage (against the cost of the point on my record and the premium going up due to it being an "at fault collision") and immediately brought out his paint team and they buffed out as much of the scuff as possible and then matched and made up some touch up paint for the wheels and applied it- all on the spot for free! Beyond the extra mile!If you are looking for a reputable shop in the SGV... or L.A., don't overthink it, call Steve Sy and you'll be well taken care of at Ferrari Brothers!Service: Body & Trim

Ferrari Brothers did a fantastic job on repairing my nissan rogue after it was hit at work. Steve even got a replacement elephant sticker for that rear hatch. I would definitely recommend them to everyone

I sadly have gotten in a few accidents (most not my fault) and have taken my car here every time! The staff is so friendly, especially Steve. I love the constant updates that were given while my car was in their care! Also the fact that my car came out looking brand new is so amazing! I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could! The work and customer service at Ferrari Brothers Collision Center are excellent. I took my car there for a minor repair that was done promptly and perfectly. I also had an unrelated problem with trim which they fixed nicely for no additional charge. When I picked up my car it was freshly washed and clean inside and out. Steve was extremely helpful with advice, research, phone calls and referrals for two other issues. Talk about good old-fashioned quality service! I am so glad I chose Ferrari Brothers and highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Steve was a pleasure to work with. Communicative and updating me every step of the way. Car had front bumper and fender replaced, but it only took less than 2 weeks to complete, which was a very short time considering the shortage of parts nowadays. Very satisfied.

My daughter got into an accident recently. After googling/yelping a reputable body shop, I chose Ferrari Brothers In Monrovia. I had been to too many mediocre body shops around my area, so I was skeptical.Upon my arrival, Steve was quick to inspect the vehicles, explained to me the scheduling and repair process in great details. He was patient and knowledeable in all aspects. He proceeded to order the parts and told me to bring the car back when parts arrived since there was a part shortage everywhere. After 1-2 weeks, parts came in and I took the car in, and that's when the difference between good and mediocre shops began. Steve updated me every other day to keep me inform of the progress in great details. He gave me an estimate completion day, and he got my car completed on time! Repair job was also top notched.i would not hesitate to take my cars to Steve for all future body work. Thank you Steve, good job!

I got rear-ended and referred by state farm to Ferrari bros. It took me just 5mins to get everthing done. Dominick was very professional and efficient. I can't believe it's so easy and quick!!

I was involved in a car accident where my car was rear-ended. Luckily the other driver claimed fault and total liability so I was able to use his State Farm car insurance for the repairs. Ferrari Brothers was one of the designated repair sites. I was very happy I chose Ferrari Brothers. Steve at Ferrari was so friendly and was very good at keeping me updated about my car s repairs (my car was at their shop for about 3 weeks). The repairs were done beautifully and efficiently. I definitely recommend Ferrari Brothers for all collision repairs, insurance related or non-insurance related. Thanks again to Steve for the great customer service!Service: Body & Trim

Jeff and Steve are a total class act. They are professional and have a first rate shop. I took my vehicle in for a door ding and they referred me to their paint-less dent removal specialist. The dent was on a body-line and I had no idea it could possibly be fixed using paint-less dent removal. Anyway, it worked out. These guys are honest and put my interest first instead of saying my vehicle needed expensive body work and paint. I would recommend Ferrari Brothers to anyone. I got in a car accident, my passenger door was smashed in. Doing some research found me calling Ferrari Brothers. Folks, this team did OUTSTANDING work on my car. They replaced the doors, repainted my roof, and ensured the paint matched the rest of the body. The work was superb quality. On top of that my point of contact, Steve, made sure I was in the loop with what was happening the whole time. I never had to chase down answers. Nobody likes when bad things happen to their car. And nobody likes to have to take their car to an unfamiliar shop. If you end up here, you're lucky. Honest people. Incredible communication. Friendly and helpful attitude - above and beyond. On time, high-quality, work. Highly recommend.

Had a small scratch on bumper. Steve quickly touched up the scratch, gave me some touch up paint they had on hand, and sent me on my way free of charge. Grateful for their help and will definitely return in future if I need body work.

Amazing service and humble people. I came in last minute due to my bumper getting loose on freeway and George and Joseph took care of me like I was a regular here. Very nice guys and I'm super satisfied with the service and work. Thanks again. I would highly recommend anyone to them without a doubt. They earned my respect and I'll definitely be coming back here for any of my auto body work in the future.

Fast and efficient with unbelievable communication through the process! They stand by their work and made sure everything was to a very high standard. My paintmatch and panel gaps were ace, they cleaned my messy post camping car to the nines.

Jeff is extremely professional and handles our job as expeditiously as possible. We are a business and need every job done as soon as possible. Ferrari bro s was able to do that for us without sacrificing any quality. In fact the underside of the gas tank we had done (which nobody will ever see once mounted) is just as nice as the top side people will see. I d give 10 stars if I could. I recommend anybody who cares about the quality of work to bring their jobs into Ferrari brothers.

I have a very old truck which needs repair from time to time. I have gone to Ferrari Brothers once every couple of years to have some small repairs done, and they have never charged me . You can't do better than that. The sales guys are noticeably nicer than the other sales guys . They have two shops, one in Monrovia and one in Pasadena. I like these guys. No sense of commitment, very unprofessional, I showed them my car and shop owner took like 30 pictures of the car and told me I will be receiving email with quote in three business days never got any email. I went there again, owner didn't have any clue about the pictures and quote. I just left the shop and went to another repair shop in El Monte. He did a great job on time and charges are very reasonable.

Our first experience with Ferrari Bros was excellent. Our car was broken in and side window smashed. Ferrari Bros made the car looking new again, showing no sign of accident after 2 years. So when I scratched the side of my classic car entering the garage, I went back to Ferrari. A perfect job would have required major repainting. I asked if a small polishing and repainting on the flaked spot was an option. Ferrari Bros accepted, warning that close observation would reveal the repainting. So they bought matching paint and did the job. I insisted to pay for the paint and work but they told me this is the way existing customers receive their support. Kudos to Ferrari bros and team.

These guys are the best. I had a door issue and instead of charging me, they took 25 minutes and helped me out. It's pretty rare when you find a business that really cares about the customer. Great experience, friendly staff. Had a minor adjustment with bumper and taillight and they fixed it in minutes, free of charge. Call ahead as they are busy.
