Aron Hurtado Store Manager and Alex Technician saved the day for me heading to a interview had a bolt in my rear tire pulled it in a repaired it . I was at Mountain View tire 5 minutes early told me it would be a hour. To fix it when no one was in there tire store very rude. But Aron and Alex made it happen at Discount Tire & Service Center. Thank you again you certainly have my business and will recommend to all. Thanks Don Ramos

From the first interaction I got a great experience. I previously tried to go to pep boys to get a nail out my tire and I was treated harshly by the person at the front Gary. With a cold demeanor and brief response the man said I can t help you today then walked away with nothing to say. Mind you I previously called earlier in the day to specifically ask if I needed an appointment so I wouldn t waste my time. I was told that they could take me at anytime today and there was nothing to worry about. Not only that but I arrived much earlier than closing time about a few hours when I was given that poor response. He didn t even try to refer me elsewhere or acknowledge what might have been my need. Being a businessman myself I thought instant red flag and poor business etiquette. I didn t even take my time to react because I realized our mindsets must be completely different. I went on to call this establishment and was greeted with very inviting energy by Gabe who answered the phone. He immediately told me to come in even though this establishment was closing much sooner. I admired the hunger in his voice which sounded like he wanted to deal with people and not push them away. His approach to immediately be curious about my needs and the in person interaction was no different. For anyone trying to increase their business interactions I hope you read this review and take notes because half of the job is the energy you carry yourself with.

Fixed a nail in my tire in 20 minutes. Excellent customer service and very good mechanics! Great prices on tires too! I highly recommend taking your car here for service.

They've been great about helping me out with my Honda element! I bought one last year that has had issues with its alignment. They've been fantastic with diagnosis of other issues, readjusting alignment and even fixing a nail in the tire for free! They're my go to for local car help!

I went to DTC for car service since I work close by. I was very satisfied with the quality of work I received from Gabriel (Store Mgr) & his staff. The store is kept up very well & has a clean appearance. The team at DTC assisted me with my vehicle by performing a Coolant System Svc & EFI Svc., which has my car running smoother. Gabriel was able to replace my air filter at the last minute while the store was getting ready to close. I will definitely make this my go to place for any car repairs & will recommend it to my family & friends. Thank you Gabriel & Staff.

Great customer service Aron and Gabe. Tire repair was a success after Pep boys Monrovia turned me away, telling me it was too late. It's 445pm and they don't close until 7. Unacceptable. Great customer service gentlemen.

Had a great experience here with these guys, i checked all over my city for a good tire shop with great prices and i stumbled upon this one after calling over 10 shops. Not only were they efficient but their prices beat any tire shop around (even costco im not kidding).Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires.

Awesome service! Thought I needed a new tire but they were upfront and honest with me! They did NOT try to sell me something I didn't need. They explained, gave options, and let me decide without any pressure to BUY BUY BUY.

UPDATE: went back to DT monrovia and got to work with Gabe and Aaron with replacing all 4 tires for my Honda Odyssey. They were friendly and gave great customer service. I think the prices there are reasonable and the included bonuses (free oil change, free front wipers replacement, free rotate tires every 5k - all of which I'll be doing on my next visit) for getting 4 tires is awesome. Thank you!!PREVIOUS comment in 2022:David and Matthew are awesome! They took care of repairing the nail in my tire and did it with smooth, quick, and professional customer service. Thanks very much! Will be more than happy to be back to take care of any tire related needs.

Beware!! I went to purchase 4 new tires yesterday around 4:30pmSpoke to a worker named Aaron and told him I had spoken to someone the day before and received a price quote. Well another worker came in to assist and it ended up being the one who I had spoken to on the phone. I did not catch his name. Fast forward, I was offered a better deal with a mail in rebate of $100. I agreed. The other guy(no name) asked me for my debit card info and told me he needed it for the rebate. That it would be sent directly into my account. the other guys Aaron began talking to me about the tire brand info and then I told him I would be paying by my credit card. Then he said he did not need it since I was approved for there credit card. I said, "What credit card? I did not apply for any credit card. I already have one. He said yes you did and you got approved. That was the one that my co worker helped you with. I said," No one told me about any credit card. At this time the other worker came back in the store and I told them both because of there dishonesty and no one told me about having to apply for there store credit card in order to receive the rebate, I wanted everything cancelled now!. Aaron began to apologize and told me to please give them another chance. I told then I do not do business with dishonest people. I said, "Cancel it now!. A customer spoke up and said, "Didn't you hear her, she said NO!Then I walked out.

I came in this morning bright and early with a flat tire. Alex took my car in right away and I was patched and repaired within a half hour. Did you know they patch for free?! I was stunned. So kind, fast, reliable, and generous! I will be back! Next full set of tires I purchase will be here.

Gabriel and Alex were great, I got there first thing in the morning for my appointment and they brought me on in. Needed to get two tires mounted and get my alignment done, they told me about the 3-year alignment plan and it's a discount off of the traditional price even if I just come in one more time within those 3 years, I bought it and I'm glad I did. This has been my second trip to a Discount Tire shop, both times have been great and no hassle whatsoever.

Gabriel was SO helpful. Had an issue with tires leaking, turned out I needed new tires and new brakes. That s A LOT of money. They have a financing program that only does a soft credit check that he recommended. I was approved and got to get everything done that I needed and now my car is safe to drive. He even stayed after he was supposed to leave just to make sure my car was done and safe. If you need help, come here and ask for him!!

I brought in a flat tire. I didn't know what was wrong with it. They could've convinced me to buy two new tires, but instead, they fixed the valve stem and I was on my way...free of charge. Always shop for the best price, but consider these guys. Good service.

I am so glad I chose this discount tire center. I came in with 40 min before they closed with 2 screws in my tire and ended up needing a full set, keeping them longer. When they want nothing more than to go home. They were so great and respectful. I trily appreciate the amazing service from Gabe. Thank you for helping me out. Great experience with the entire team. Will be back.

Got tires a few months ago, and the service was great. This week, I had a nail in my tire and took the car back. They got me in and out very quickly, and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place.

I had made an appointment with a different location, but they didn't have any tired in my size so I was sent here. Agreed to take me in on a Saturday under an hour before closing to change my tires. It was an emergency case I am unable to explain here, so I'm thankful they were willing to take me in.Gabriel at the desk was friendly at first, then his face dropped when I said my tired needed to be installed, too. When asked for my tire size, I was going to pull up the tire size as he said "You don't know the tire size" and ran out to check himself. I get it, I'm a young woman who was having a hard time talking and paying attention, but didn't have to go that far.Among a few other things, towards the end of the installation and loudly proclaiming to another person that he should have been out by 5pm (but at least you got the next day off, right?), he asked me if I needed my tires aligned only to immediately follow up with "I don't have time to align them." I didn't even ask, and why even offer then rescind it?Not long after I drove off, my TPMS went off so I went to check. Turns out my new tires were all inflated at the wrong levels. Rear tires were 43 and 46, front ones were 32 and 40. All four of my rims are also dinged and dented up ALL along the edges. Just because there's some scratches on my vehicle already doesn't mean the team can't take care of the rest of my car as well.I'd give one star, but I'm grateful you all took me in last-minute, so an extra star for that.

No purchase made here, but the worker happily checked (1) the air in our car's tires (2) added air as needed (3) checked the valve stem for potential problems and (4) did a visual check for possible nail or other puncture problems. He was pleasant and interested/accommodating in providing the service.Down side: This place is a bit wedged in to a small area with several other auto service businesses and not the easiest to maneuver getting into & out of, and is not easily seen (ahead of time) from the main road.

Best experience so far! I took my car to so many different places, everywhere they try to take money out of my pocket by saying something or the other. Monrovia Discount tire has a very exceptional staff. Justin and Alexander were very patient. Did a total car inspection for FREE. Did not charge me anything and gave me an amazing feedback about the car and told me to come after 5000 miles because I would need my tires change then. David the store manager was very professional too. Justing and Alexander had very high level of customer service and they answered all my doubts. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for any car repair or tire service.

I was working in Monrovia today and needed new snow tires for my truck. Discount service was close so I decided to stop and get a price. They gave me a good deal and a little more. For FREE they checked a number of things on my truck. They did not try to hard sell me anything!!! They were friendly honest and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this shop to my friends in that area and anyone eles who wants to be treated fair!!! Thanks guys =)
