I went to Detail Union to have my jeep tinted. Chris at the front desk was very helpful in helping me to decide how dark I want the tint to be. He was excellent in communicating and kept me updated on the process. Chris clearly explained to me details about the window tinting and I love the glare reduction, privacy, heat resistance, and UV protection.Jose did an outstanding job, I know my old window seals gave him a hard time but he worked very hard to make sure it came out perfect!The Detail Union team got my jeep looking fantastic and I would recommend their shop to anyone.

I m very particular about the businesses I want to work with and as such, I do a lot of digging around and read up on everything I can about them, Detail Union was no exception. I read through all their reviews and knew they were the right company to go with. I reached out through Yelp and immediately Joel, the business owner, contacted me directly in a matter of minutes answering all my questions, offering suggestions, and gave me a timetable of when I can drop off my car. I ve been a car guy all my life, however this was my first time doing a full PPF on one of my vehicles and Joel guided me throughout the whole process. I got a full PPF (paint protection film), full tint on all the windows, and ceramic coating on every surface including the rims and brake calipers. These guys are so precise, you wouldn t even know there was a film on the car. Pricing is very fair for the job performed and timing was impeccable. I m truly impressed by their work that I ll be visiting them every year for a touch up on the ceramic coating and plan to tow down another car from NorCal for them to do the same exact work. On top of all that, I just found out they do radar detector and dash cam installations as well so I ll be stopping by again to get that taken care of. I have been here on multiple occasions now, mostly related to my Tesla's XPEL Paint Protection Film, which I had installed here. Detail Union offered me a competitive bid on this service and I came to find out that their professionality and kindness was very exceptional. Chris, the manager there, went out of his way to provide good customer service and to make sure that only the best quality work was done on my Tesla. He was also very kind and communicative with appointments and estimates.The shop itself was spotless, very well decorated, and has a very high-end feel to it. I really felt comfortable there on the occasions when I was waiting for services to my vehicle. I also had a car exterior and interior basic detail done on my car. They did a spotless and top quality job on this.This shop seems to guarantee top quality work and top quality professionality. I would return if I need their services in the future.

Would highly recommend this detail shop! The guys are very professional, very helpful & offer great prices (you pay for the quality and the service!)Ive been using this detail shop for over 3 years now. The owner is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. I took my new car here for tint and PPF. These guys do a wonderful job, especially with the PPF.Really awesome place with solid service and knowledge workers! Yes, I would definitely recommend Detail Union!! I can't say enough good things about this shop! First, I am writing this review approximately six months after I had work done. The work, no, the craftsmanship that the employees at Detail Union turn out is superb. The customer service is exceptional. They've helped me out, no questions asked, during any follow up visit(s). They provided honest feedback on various things that I wanted done, even if it didn't work out in their favor! Detail Union was flexible, and took the time to answer many phone calls and questions that I had. When I need to have my Ceramic or PPF redone or fixed, this is the shop I am dealing with, and I've dealt with over a dozen of these kind of shops. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Came here about a year ago for ceramic coating and tint. The ceramic coating didn't hold up or perform as expected by any means. I recently had the whole car recoated and it is a night and day difference in performance. In terms of service the people are nice but the quality of service itself is lackluster. They kept the car more days than quoted and it was recieved back with water marks all over the interior. As for the tinting of the car that's fine and nothing much to say there.If you're getting the Ceramic Pro line be sure to have them add it to the warranty system because they originally didn't which makes me question if they are a pro-dealer. When I took it to the new shop they didn't find the warranty which is how I found this out.

Joel and his team at Detail Union did an amazing job on my car! I recently moved to Cali from chicago and drove about 30 hours. My car was in need of a bad detail. I went with the multistep correction as well as ceramic pro silver. Joel kept me up to date when they had my car and explained the whole process. After picking up the car I am extremely satisfied with the results. The car looks like the day i bought it brand new with the added mirror effect. It made me fall in love with my car again. Originally had front PPF and ceramic pro gold installed in 2018 from Joel and team. Still has the great service and attention to detail at a bigger location now, love to see how this business has grown since then. Came in for annual maintenance wash. In addition, they recommended I have the display and center console wrapped to prevent scratches in the future.First few pics from 2018-2019 road trips, last photos are after getting maintenance wash. For all you Tesla owners, great daily but paint at least from the 2018 models did not live up to price paid. Detail Union made my car look better than factory, after learning about paint correction all my future cars will get protected day 1.

I was shopping for a detailer to take my new Rivian Truck to and Detail Union was the only shop that quoted me without a truck on hand. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. So, on my pick up day I took my new Rivian Truck straight in for a full PPF and tint. I shocked by the level of professional from Joel and the crew. They had my truck for 7 days and when I got it back I was awestruck by the quality of their work! I was instructed not to touch anything and bring it back in 2 weeks. I followed directions and 2 weeks later I brought my truck back and 3 guys spent 1 and 1/2 hours going over every line of that truck. When the guys were done they told me to bring the truck back if I see any concerns and they will fix what ever my concerns were. Detail Union stands behind their work which gives me a great level of comfort after spending a considerable amount on the work. Detail Union is my go to shop from this day forward!! Thank you Joel and Crew!!

I can't speak highly enough about the work done by Joel and the crew from Detail Union. My brand new M4 came from the factory with beautiful San Marino blue paint only to be let down by minor imperfections and surface scratches from day 1. Now my paint is flawless and every time I wash the car, it looks as good as the day I got it back from the magicians who did their magical thing at Detail Union. Had front clip PPF and Ceramic Pro silver applied to both my car and my motorcycle. Money well spent!

I purchased my 2021 Bmw M3 Comp with Factory Frozen Portimao Blue paint. A week later I dropped it off @DetailUnion. The moment you walk in you re welcomed by their beautiful work and some cool cars. We decided to wrap (ppf) the entire exterior, every inch and ceramic coat everything. To keep the factory matte finish they used Xpel Stealth. Detail Union went above and beyond for my vehicle and I really appreciate it. Few months later and I m leaving my review, I am completely thrilled how everything turned out, I have no worries about rock chips and this made it easier to maintain. You cannot tell the vehicle is wrapped! I will definitely be back for other services and future vehicles. Thank you detail union!Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection

This is the only place I take my cars for details. The team is professional, fast, and they take pride in making your car look it's best.My E36 M3 has 20+ year old paint that had seen better days. These guys made it look new again with the ceramic coating and paint correction. I get compliments about the appearance every time I drive the car. Keep up the good work!

We got our Rav 4 wrapped and tinted here. The people are very friendly and professional, and the prices are worth what you get. If anything is not right, they will take care of it, and they do follow-up appointments to guarantee the work is solid. I will be taking my cars here any time I have a new one or would like to get the wraps or tints touched up or changed. It's worth every penny.

Got the full package on my 2015 STI. Complete wash down with CERAMIC PRO finishing. Car was in rough shape since it was sitting for awhile, it even accumulated some cob webs under the car. Got the car looking like new again! It was surreal feeling the butter smooth paint correction done to the car. To be honest, I've never felt the car this smooth. It came out crispy clean. Spot on interior cleaning as well as the fresh new roof wrap. The car had a roof wrap that was baked on for 3 years, it was tough to remove but they made it work! Definitely recommend them and will be taking my car back for a maintenance wash.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and have had multiple services done to my car. No matter the job if you can think about it and want it for your car Joel and his team over at Detail Union can absolutely make that dream a reality. The customer service along with the attention to detail they provide is next level. Sure they got the car clean but for $800+ I expected more than a clean car. I had a couple of areas that was sanded with a K3000 paper and some fading in plastic trims that weren t taken care of. I went to Walmart to buy Cerakote trim restorer and took care of it myself. I wish I would have taken before photos of the plastic trims and sanded areas. While it s not back to factory it is 100% better and only cost $18. I highly recommend Cerakote Trim restorer. As for this business, not so much

Best place to take your car if you care about your car.I ve been coming to these guys since they first opened and the quality has not declined even though they ve become so popular. Most places start to cut corners as they get more busy but this isn t the place.I get the same great wash and attention every single time I go. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they take their time with your car. Never rushed, meticulously done, and never lets down.Most important, these guys won t mess up your car. The staff know how to proper handle exterior wash unlike a lot of other places out there. I never get my cars back with swirls or scratches, I always get it back in better condition.Highly recommend this place

Joel and team are excellent to work with! I had my 2019 Jeep SRT in for Color Correction and Ceramic Pro w/ Wheel & Tire coating. The vehicle came out better than I expected. Joel and team take pride in what they do and their attention to detail is shown in their final product. Joel took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain the science behind it so I knew exactly what I was getting. Highly recommended.

Wish there was a 4.5 star. The results of a full PPF and window tint came out great. But it took a few tries. I really appreciated the keep coming back until it's done right attitude but losing a new car over and over is not ideal. The people were very nice. It was extremely full of cars; they seemed super busy all the time. It's a short walk to some nice eateries if you have a short visit. I love pretty far away so I had to find things to do vs go home.

Wow what an insanely impressive shop. It's rare that a business with such a detail oriented service does well at this size. Detail union is absolutely killing the game.I brought my 20 year old a4 in for a full retint and ceramic coat. My a4 is my baby, fully built no expense spared so it really mattered to me that I was leaving my vehicle with someone who has as much attention to detail as me and offered high quality brand name products. It was also important to me that someone had enough experience to not burn my paint when polishing.The shop itself is super impressive with two different bays. Detail union has a whole team of techs, some washing, some tinting and doing ppf, and others ceramic coating. I have never seen so many Teslas in one place outside of a charging station. Clearly the Tesla guys love it here.Absolutely blown away with how much car looked post tint and ceramic coating. Cost for this stuff is certainly not cheap but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it and bringing back my widebody sq5 for them to do next. Just picked up my 2021 BMW M340 from them and the car looks amazing. Had tints put on all around, ceramic coating full car and PPF on the entire front nose of the car.Super professional shop, very modern way of doing things, you'll get pictures as they do the initial inspection, estimates you can view online... there's no sudden change in pricing, and everything is 1000% legit.Literally the only way any detail shop should be operated is how these guys do it. Absolutely recommend if you're shopping for PPF/Ceramic Coating or Tints, this is the shop you need to go to.Their pricing was competitive but not cheap... but with PPF and Ceramic Coating... you definitely do not want the cheapest quote you get.While the services are not cheap, I was surprised that Detail Union was actually able to beat out other Ceramic Pro shops not too far from me, even if it was only by a couple hundred bucks... which was ultimately sold me in the beginning.After seeing the quality of the work they've done, they've earned a lifetime customer.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Paint protection, Window tinting

Brought my new Tesla to Detail Union for ceramic coating treatment. Joel was very thorough in walking thru the treatment process and benefits. The team was very meticulous with the way they wore gloves and used different towels while working on cars. Overall, Joe and the team have done an excellent job on my car. Thanks Joe and the team!

Took my car to East & Joel s shop at Detail Union because an object had hit the wing of my Porsche leaving nasty mark on the PPF of the wing. They were extremely kind to make time immediately and took care of the mark within a very short time. The PPF on the wing did not need replacing and looks 100% flawless like it never happened. I ll be back to Detail Union for all my future PPF needs. Also their shop was extremely bright and clean - which I always appreciate when trusting someone with my high end vehicles.
