My experience was amazing. All the workers were kind, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on the progress of what was next to do with the repairs. What they found and how they were going to repair. They really put me at ease and their charges was amazingly reasonable. My car looks brand new. And kudos to the paint team. They matched the paint perfectly. I will chose caliber collisions first and only. I also got my car a week earlier than planned. Plus it runs good. Thank caliber collisions. Job well done. I give you 20 stars.

Roberto, Luis and the entire Caliber Collision Monrovia staff are amazing! Very professional and easy to work with. They ensured the entire repair process of my vehicle went smoothly, paid attention to detail, very knowledgeable and available for any questions throughout the process. Not to mention, all done within a timely manner. The great, top notch work done on my vehicle speaks for itself, would highly recommend.

I am majorly impressed by the work done at Caliber! Robert and his staff are very kind. They updated me through our the whole process, which I greatly appreciated. They even finished my car 3 days earlier than expected, saving me money on my rental!

I really appreciate this body shop from the excellent customer service and communication to the beautiful work that they do. I was t-boned in the front driver's side area of my vehicle, which caused nearly $7000 in damages and labor costs. The turn-around time was roughly a week, even though they gave me an estimate that was a lot further down the line. So they got my car back to me earlier than expected.I had to use them again when I was rear ended and once more, they did such a nice job on the car. The paint job and bumper replacement were perfect. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own your vehicle, be it ten months or ten years down the line.I got my rental car through Enterprise, who work with Caliber. So I didn't even have to return the rental to Enterprise and figure out a ride back. I simply showed up, handed the keys of my rental over to Caliber. They handled the paperwork with Enterprise and took care of getting the vehicle picked up and I left with my car. SO EASY, I was amazed.I originally chose them because they were close by and an approved body shop with my car insurance, Progressive. But I chose them a second time because of their excellence and professionalism. Also, Progressive only works with the best, most highly rated shops, so that really says something. Thank you all so much at Caliber Collision for fixing my car and making it such a pleasant and seamless experience.

Toyota Rav4 2024 was completely restored by Caliber Monrovia.after it was damaged in a parking lot. Roberto and Luis keep us informed every step of the way and the car was beautiful again after the repairs. All was done in a timely manner. Thank you Caliber Monrovia.

I used Caliber to have car repaired from a minor accident. My insurance recommended and I took it in immediately. Jacques, Luis and Diego as well as all the other staff were respectful and knowledgeable. They kept me posted through text and phone calls. They give you an estimated time the job would be complete it was done 3 days early. Jacques made sure everything was perfect before left and it was hassle free. They took care of all paperwork with insurance and reassured me that all repairs are warranted. I would definitely recommend this establishment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have brought two different vehicles to Caliber - both of which needed damage repair that required the use of insurance. I was pleasantly satisfied with the before and after care, as well as the consistent follow ups and voicemails in the event I wasn't able to answer their call! They were apologetic for things out of their control, like the car going past their estimated completion date due to supply chain issues to obtain the necessary parts to complete the repair properly. Their sincerity, quality of work, and professionalism is above and beyond.

Wow! I'm impressed. After being hit in an accident, I received a measly $600 check to "repair" my vehicle. Matt, the manager, explained some insurance company tactics. He advised me not to cash it. I handed over the check and he assured me they would take care of all the repairs, at no cost to me.Caliber Collision did their magic, Ricardo, negotiated with the other party's insurance company. They got my entire front bumper, grill, and radiator support replaced with all original parts.The car did take a little longer than expected but that's understandable considering the Thanksgiving holiday and the further damage they saw upon removing the bumper. However, Ricardo and Matt were really great at communicating with me. They kept me up to date with all details. They always took my calls and returned my messages. I really felt like I was taken care of.My car came out looking amazing! (like when I first bought it out the lot) It was well worth the wait! Kudos to the paint tech, he did a great job of matching the color. Also, they offer a lifetime guarantee if the paint starts to chip.

My car was not done properly. My door was not sealed correctly it is still whistling. The manager there said he did not contact me for the entire month they had my vehicle because they had the wrong phone number on file but did not say anything each time I called for an update. They had done previous work to my vehicle about 6 months before and informed me this visit that the first visit 6 months ago had been done poorly and was unsafe so they needed more time to fix their own mistakes. I was met with attitude from the manager when I asked about the poorly done job. They scratched the back of my vehicle paint came off and they did not push in my interior to my door all the way. I feel very unsafe in my own vehicle right now and I am very disappointed. Also I was given paperwork stating I dropped my car off with 61,000 miles on it and it was returned to me 31 days later with 64,000 miles on it, when the manager was asked about that he responded with his system says something different. So I am not sure what to believe the paperwork or the faulty system that has the wrong number? This was a very poor experience.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to Caliber Collision in Monrovia after another driver backed into my car while gunning it; she didn t even check to see if anyone was behind her. Luckily, she admitted that it was all her fault and her insurance paid to repair my car. Caliber worked with her insurance company to do the work. And they did an outstanding job!Caliber had my car for just over a week. Not only did they make sure that the alignment was perfect, they also fixed an issue that I didn t know about that the accident had made significantly worse. A barring was wearing out. After the accident, I thought that just the alignment was out. But Caliber found the worn bearing which was making my car randomly jerk. They replaced it for free even after the insurance company said they wouldn t cover it.During the process, Caliber and I spoke several times to let me know what was going on and what was being done. Chris who I spoke to when the car was initially dropped off is great. He s friendly, answered all my questions, and handled everything to do with the insurance company. On top of that, I had my dog with me. We talked about his plans on adopting a dog.When I picked up my car, I hardly recognized it. They had completely cleaned it. It looked brand new. But even better than that, I ve driven the car for almost two weeks. It drives better now than when I bought it used 2 years ago. It s a 2011 Juke with a manual transmission. Chris told me they returned it to factory specs, and he wasn t kidding. The car drives like a dream. Before the accident, I just drove it around to get me from place to place. But now I actually enjoy driving it. And since getting it back, I ve made it a point to drive in different conditions: traffic, no traffic, freeway, street, etc.Bottom line, I m so glad I took my car there to be repaired. I received fantastic customer service and got my car back in significantly better condition than when it went in. I hope never to have an accident again. Totally satisfied. My BMW 740 I was treated as a VVIP. I was treated as a VVIP. my car was beautiful done and delivered on time and ready to drive off. Best ever. I will not hesitate to come back again.

Amazing experience!!!Called and booked an appointment because my Left head light felt loose, they were able to fix it ! And they did a exceptional work. They fixed it as a customer courtesy which I appreciate. The customer service was great. Very friendly staff and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.
