Incredible service!!! We worked directly with Ari and I have to say I would recommend him to anyone. He was SUPER kind & gracious with his time. I had a full list of questions and he answered every single one. Couldn t be more thankful for all of his help. Truly a great guy!We also worked with Brandon in the finance department and he was incredibly helpful as well. Answered all my questions and was not pushy in any way he truly wanted to make sure I was happy with the car I got.Everyone at this dealer was great!! Thanks again for all the help

This is my second purchase experience with BMW Monrovia and both were outstanding. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get my back on the road within 24 hours of my test drive. Monica was especially helpful with my purchase by delivering my X5 to me and following me to return my rental. I will definitely refer friends and family to your dealership in the future. I want to start off by saying this is my second Mini that I have purchased as a lease with this dealership in Monrovia. I leased a car from BMW Monrovia and the process involved a Honda trade in and return of expired BMW lease. The sales representative Mr. Edd Minine and the sales manager Mr Edwin made the entire process so quickly and to my satisfaction. Edd is very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and with proper interpersonal skills. Edd truly made me feel that I am getting a fair deal whether with the lease itself, the trade in or the expired lease. I highly recommend this location. Do ask for Edd, he will get you what you need. The sales manager Mr Edwin is also client-service oriented and will not disappoint you.

Sales rep Freddy was outstanding in getting me into a beautiful BMW. Showed me the car and explained all of the features. Took his time answered every question i had. Plus Monica and the management from finance went above and beyond. Was going to a different dealer for this same car. Here at Monrovia BMW I got the same car with more features less miles and a better price. Third car I purchase from them. Great great service.

Mark Aziz was great when helping to assist me buying a 330i. He was very flexible and accommodating when I asked if I could come by. Upon arriving he had the car ready to go and with a quick test drive we were ready to start the buying process. The process itself was haggle free with very straightforward pricing. This was my first purchase of a BMW and also the first time I ordered a new vehicle from the BMW factory. I choose BMW Monrovia because their participation in the Costco Auto Program. It took a while for delivery, but worth the wait for the i5 M60 once I actually saw the car as I configured it. My sales representative David B. was great and kept me posted about the car's transit status and Costco member price updates. For me, this was one of the best, if not the best, vehicle purchase experiences I've had because of the convenient location, nice facility, good coffee machine, excellent member price for the car (which was loaded with options) and the top notch staff who I found easy to deal with in closing the transaction. I would recommend BMW Monrovia to anyone else who wants such an experience.

This is my third Mini purchase from Mini of Monrovia. I always find it to be a relaxing and friendly place. While waiting for paperwork to be drawn up, I enjoy a latte from their coffee, etc. machine. Super tasty. The seating is comfortable and the showroom, offices, common spaces and restrooms are immaculate. I have bought my last 2 Minis from Javier, who is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I highly recommend him. He s honest and forthright, which I appreciate. The other people I dealt with on 12/31/23, Ray, Don and Abraham, were friendly and knowledgeable as well. There is no hard-sell at Mini of Monrovia, which I appreciate. I do not tolerate that, and would walk right out of the door if I encountered that. Thank you for having reasonable people deal with the customers! . That s why I have bought my last 3 Minis from you! I LOVE my Minis! Best cars ever!

After using my BMW X3 for five years, I encountered some problems. Fortunately, Mr. Steve Coreas (the Service Advisor) from BMW of Monrovia provided me with excellent service. He explained the issue, provided a solution, and helped me save time and money. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by the BMW of Monrovia team, especially Mr. Steve. Would not do business with this dealership. Dishonesty and deception by the sale rep. Had a deal in principle to purchase a vehicle. Negotiated and agreed to sales manager to a price. Waited for rep to send application from their finance Dept and the sales agreement. Delayed response. Claimed to have sent the paperwork but never did. Sales rep than claims vehicle was sold by other sales rep without knowledge the same evening.

***Please DO NOT bring your vehicle here for service!!***This place has gone downhill! The management is terrible and non responsive, the service director is not very good at his position. His lack of customer service, attention to detail and care for the vehicles is a grade F!!Took my vehicle for a simple oil change, when I picked up my car it had been hit in the front and had small scratches all around the car.I was told to bring it in so they can check it and then was given an appointment for them to fix what they had done to the car.Brought the car back to the dealership 2nd week of September. I left my car thinking it would be completed in a week, nope almost 2 and a half weeks! When I went to pick up my car, there were new blemishes and missing covers on the front bumper. The back bumper scratches were still there. The incompetent service director Raul asked for the car to be left again. 2 more weeks pass and I'm called to check the vehicle again, when I arrive to the dealer the back lights are not aligned to the car and Sticking out of the body, the back bumper has left over paint accumulated and the car just looks terrible. The mileage on the car had also gone up 30 miles!! My front seats were dirty and I mean black dirt dirty! The incompetent service director Raul apologized and said he would have car cleaned and bumper fixed.We are now mid October and I've been to the dealer 3 times. The level of incompetence, lack of customer service, waste of my time is just absurd!Still nobody in the dealer showed any care for my vehicle! I continue to come back 2 more times to the dealer due to the front bumper not being aligned properly and it was due to a missing bracket!! Whoever they work with for body work is completely clueless and unprofessional!!I gave up trying to get my car to the condition it was in when I initially brought it. The service director is a complete incompetent joke of a man!! I picked up my car in NOVEMBER!!! Yes it was there sun September!!!I have yet to hear from the general manager Ronald Brown whom I've been copying on all the email with all the pictures taken during this nightmare.It's sad that such a reputable brand as BMW is being represented by people who have no clue what their role is or how a customer should be treated!!

Experience I have never felt at any dealership I have been too. From the time I place my order from Monica until the day I accepted delivery. She has gone above and beyond my expectations of BMW. Really top notch service. Updates on my car whenever I asked. Went into BMW end of September 2023 Monica helped me spec out my BMW and from there gave me updates literally everytime I messaged her. I ended up taking delivery on Dec.16th 2023 and the transaction went smooth as butter. I want to thank Neil the Manager on sight that night and Monica for helping me bring this beautiful 2024 BMW M2 home. Great people to do business with very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Monrovia of BMW. Go see Monica best customer service experience you will find. Thank you Monica
